On 20 october 2019 refund has been made by amazon on regarding a product (Order number is #[protected].
"the reference number for refund is #[protected]
But, the refund has not been received yet.
Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action against paytm payment bank. By

    I had booked my bus ticket on Paytm on 23/9/2019. Paytm show that ticket was confirmed but when I reached on bus, there was no my name in Resevation List. I had faced so much problem due to this. When I complained in Paytm, they tell me that they will solve this problem in 15 days. Today is 24/10/2019 almost more than 15 days.When I called Paytm after 15 days, they tell me that please wait for 24 hours. This happened 5 times when I called but till this day, there is no solution of this problem. I want to register this complaint against Paytm and I want refund with the concession for problem which I faced. Please help me. I had attached the photo containing Reservation list and my bus ticket.

      Hello Paytm Support Team,
      I have placed order for Mi A2 mobile at paytm with order number : [protected], I have received the phone on and it is a defective product, Charging is getting drained in few mins after 100% charging, checked again after full charging, but same problem, Its looks like the phone already used and rejected by some others, The seal of the box is also looks like re arranged, I have packed the mobile in the condition as i get and placed the return request on 21'st October, till now i didn't get any reply from your side and Return status still showing "return requested" and still not approved, Now i have checked the seller feedback he cheated so many of paytm buyers by sending repacked mobiles, Why you are encouraging these type of fraud sellers that it will drag down your reputation, Please arrange my return pickup ASAP, and refund my amount i will place order for another mobile, When i tried to call your customer care numbers they are saying numbers not in use :[protected] and[protected],[protected], all are not getting connected, Even mail bounced back when i sent to your mail id: [protected]@paytm.comHope the response from you soon...

        My name is Pawan Mouya and I had ordered BSPA PLASTIC BOTTLE of rs 149 in amazon on 27/09/2019. I cancelled thid order due to personal reason. And on 30/09/2019 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get money. Amazon sent this reference number 0TIPENQ20000K0QLCM1G and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

          Regarding transfer ref id#[protected] inr-300/- net banking recharge done on dated[protected]:34 pm and this amount i had send for dish tv online recharge but unfortunately they didn’t receive by mistakenly it has gone to paytm mobile solutions private mobile solutions, kindly return back this amount to my account union bank of india a/c#[protected] for paying the write person here please refer transaction screen short and take an immediate action accordingly.

            My paytm account is blocked since one month. It happened after i got the message that someone else tried to login my account. Since then my account is blocked and i am unable to solve it. I tried every number to reach customer care but i failed. Whenever i tried to call them, i got the reply as "unable to send the link to change password due to some error, try later".
            I still have 125 rupees in my wallet. But i am unable to fetch that. Neither am i getting any response from them

                Paytm has blocked my wallet amount without any reason and deducted rs.100 from my wallet on[protected]. Pls refund of my money rs. 100, which is blocked by paytm without my authorization. I did so many emails to paytm but till now not refund of my money. I have called so many times to paytm customer care number but they did not refund my money. Paytm refund my money and how can you deducted rs. 100 from my wallet.

                  From paytm i bought an electronic gadget that does not power on. If i compile paytm then paytm says that we do not have a return policy. Can't give me closed products no even if paytm does not have a return policy please resolve my issue.

                  It blocks debit card on correct OTP also. It blocks at the first time. The card should get blocked when incorrect OTP is given for three times. This has happened with me 3 times. I am unable to use by debit card on all online transactions.
                  Sir, I booked GSRTC bus for date 12/9/2019 from bharuch to bhavnagar, bus timing was 23:50, but bus not came till 1:00 am on next day so I cancelled ticket from paytm but I did not given refund yet do need full as soon as possible

                    Dear Team,

                    I am very disappoint with PAYTM mall service.

                    Because of size issue, i raised return request on paytm and request approved by paytm. Then on 17th OCt 2017 Two person came back to back for pickup and first person took the return product.Same thing i informed to 2nd pickup person.But after 10 mins i got a mail like "your return request rejected".

                    How can they reject my request which was already picked by Blue-Dart courier person.

                    Now neither i have the product and nor refund.
                    Worst Customer service i ever seen .

                    1.Why 2 persons are coming for one pickup??how can i know to whom, i should give the return??
                    2.why paytm is not sending any msg regarding pick date and pickup person mobile??
                    3.why paytm 24*7 numbers are invalid??
                    4.why paytm fast track customer executive did not attain my complaints .
                    5.why u people are looting customer money.

                    i need immediate result.

                    MY Product was already picked by.Still i am getting return cancel mail.

                      I had gone at nainital and payment Rs.940 done to ram ratnan on dt.25.08.2019 Which was transaction no.[protected] after payment done from me deducted amount from my wallet. merchant said these account not used from me since longtime so, I have done re payment from my wallet to merchant other number . yet not refund amount to me and not credited to merchant account many time complained since 25.08.2019 to paytm team by message from me and merchant but no solution provided yet.
                      I have sent confirmation letter to paytm team about not credited amount against UTR NO.[protected].which is written by merchant and conversation screenshot but no solution.

                        The indian oil xtra rewards wallet and points scheme being carried out by paytm is a total fraud. They promote and lure customers to pay through paytm on these petrol pumps in the name of giving reward points and then thereafter when they earn money by misleading, they provide no reward points on the transaction being made. Its been more than five days that i have made the transaction and filed multiple complaints with the company for reward points being not credited and yet they are still trying to give me silly excuses of waiting till 48 hours every time i call/ in addition to this, this problem happens multiple times in every month where this fraud company tries to drop the reward points and not credit it.
                        I lodge complaints and the company without even solving it, closes the case.

                          Hi, i am alok. I made an online game purchase from 'ea fifa mobile.' money got debited from the bank account. But i did not receive game credits. Moreover, the transaction is not reflected on my google play account. After contacting the bank and the game company ea, i came to know that my money is with times of money limited. So please, either refund my money or forward it to the game company ea (Electronic arts). I have sent a mail to times of money limited but i got a message saying that the mail has not been delivered as the email address listed on their website does not exist. I called their landline number in mumbai but was unanswered. I have also attached a screenshot.

                          The name of the company is Times of Money Limited. I don't know why this forum has attached PayTM to this.
                          Sir i the money will mistakely transfreed to your account.please transfered my money to my account.iHave the screenshot of the transistion .please surely solve my problem.

                            I am so irritated and depressed by your service that i truely lost faith and trust on you
                            I order red cheief shoes but beside that i received sparx slipper so i contacted you
                            And also registered a complaint that my product has not been delivered to me
                            You guys just wasted my time for tge past 10 days
                            Then finally i got the option pf different product received in chat option so i placed a return request for different products received
                            Then again you betrayed me and your courier boy called me once and as i was busy so i told him to come in thr evening
                            But he did not come and his number became unreachable
                            And at night i received notice from paytm that my return had been rejected because of tampered product
                            Are you guys making me fool
                            How someone who even didn't meet me can say that
                            After all things i came to a solution that i should register complaint

                                  I want to file a charge dispute form against paytm payment bank on a refund related issue but paytm payment is not providing this option.

                                  I have orderd a book from amazon but i cancelled the book due to some reason.

                                    My name is nishant kansal and i had ordered raw protein of scitron of rs 949 (Scitron raw iso) in amazon on (1st october) and after (Around 3rd october) i returned this order due to personal reason. And on (4th october)

                                      This is to bring to your notice that i have been harassed by paytm customer support in all senses. I have raised a ticket with paytm through the paytm application ticket number[protected]. I have been waiting for a reply from pytm from last 15 days and no body is bothered to reply to the query an ticket has been left open without any solution, even after repeated reminders nobody is helping me out. After loosing my patience i finally called paytm customer care number yesterday and tried getting a solution for my query and it turned out to be a nightmare again because the girl i spoke to did not know what she was doing and had no sense of handling the call, i asked to speak to her supervisor and i was told that supervisor is busy and can not talk right now, i waited for 30 minutes on ivr to speak to the supervisor and no supervisor came on phone. Is paytm customer support supervisors so busy that they don't have time to speak to customer either, finally i hung up because i could not wait any longer on phone. I called back again this morning and same story happened again. The girl i spoke to did not help me at all and i was again not made to speak to a senior person to whom i can explain my issue and get a solution for such a pity query i have raised. I think paytm has taken an oath to harass customers and i am not holding back now from taking this to consumer forum now. Really pathetic and unsatisfactory services by paytm.

                                        I have order a product form Amazon by paying through paytm debit card on 28 Sept with transaction I'd S53305992 and on 4th October I return the product and my refund was initiated on the same account number with the reference number 0R8UD3TG0000K0OBLEEU. With the amount of 959 rs. I need my money back. As it take so long and it has been 2 weeks since my refund has been initiated from the merchant.
