My name is ARIF and I had ordered mobile of RS.19790 oppo reno in Amazon on 30/09/2019 and after 04/10/2019 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 10/16/2019 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
0R8UD3TG0000K0OBNZA2 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Paytm payment Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected]

    My name is mayank kumar and i had ordered koryo tv of rs 1999 on amazon.in 28/09/2019 and amazon cancelled the order on 03/10/2019 due to pricing error. And on 03/10/2019 they have initiated the amount to my debit card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (0r9x0lo90000k0oco25r) and told me to fill charge dispute form but paytm payments bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number ending is 6213.

      Recently i am cancel the order 1399 in amzon on date 2nd oct 2019 as process of refund is that refund is processed on date 4th oct and amzon customer said that amount is reflect in my account with in 7 to 10 days. But 12 days has passed amount is not credited in my account. They give refund reference no. But when i am contacted with pay tm bank customer care they tell us that no pending amount in my account.

        On 4th of october i’ve paid 700₹ from my paytm account to someone from paytmupi trasaction balance deducted from my account instantly but cant be reached to the other person’s bank account.
        Later in my statement & paytm passbook i cannot able to see that deduction but from my bank account that money was deducted instantly

          Paytm is only service provider and has no relation with the transaction, even the transaction did through paytm is not secured as they dont have much access, no matter what blunder happened they will free himself by saying we are the only service provider. Not a secured platform. Going to report fir against both amazon and paytm as both of them misguiding me from last day and providing me foolish answer.

            I was supposed to get a cashback of 20% on paytm for my first order on zomato. But till now no cashback is being received. I ordered my zomato order in 14/10/2019, but till now I have not received any cashback on paytm or in zomato credits. I tried to contact zomato support but no response is given to me. I was supposed to get a cashback of rs 52/- as my order was of total rs 260/-

              This is thakur virat singh with registered mobile number [protected]. I have booked a travel ticket from vapi to vadodara on fri, 04 oct 2019 with pnr number:[protected], ticket id:- 21xmubg,, order id:- [protected] for my relative mr. Sudhakar singh. My relative reached the provided location at 02:00 am in the morning. After that he tried calling on bus operator number provided in the ticket [protected]. The bus operator didn't respond to the call. After that i got a call that bus operator is not responding to the calls. I have tried calling from my end many times but no response.

              After that i have called paytm travel customer care stating the issue at 03:30 am half an hour after the boarding time stating that bus operator is not responding to the calls. They said as per the norms you have to wait one hour there itself. Again i have called them at 03:57 am for the same. They registered my complaint & stated that refund will be processed. After few days i got a response stating that refund will not be processed by the operator. Refund denied by the bus operator as the issues was from bus operator side.

              From two hour bus operator did not respondto the calls when the same issue was registered with paytm customer care on timely basis within 1 hour. Paytm made a flase commitmment stating refund will be processed as the issue is from bus operator end.

              This is a clear case of fraud & cheating with the customer.

                      My paytm account registered with [protected], is blocked. I don't know why. And there is no reply from your customer care also. What am I suppose to do?
                      There is no one there whom we can speak in your call center. Your 27/7 chat system also not replying. Is this kind of service you provide. You must call before blocking and should also mention reasons. You can't just block money like that.

                        I have already done all my payments and closed my paytm account back few months but i am still getting spam text and there is no way i can contact the company. They ask to contact via app, but i do not want to have any account with them.

                        Nothing is due from my end but still these poor people are asking for 250.

                        Last time i paid 3000 but my due was 2200.

                        This company spams.

                          I did two transactions today of rs. 430/- but did not get the items which i was purchasing. But money got deducted both the times. I approached sbi first. They told to ask the app customer care. I approached dreame app customer care. And they told is is between gpay and sbi. I'm stuck now please help. Money is deducted in the name of times of money limited.
                          I placed my order on 14/10/19 and money has been debited from my account but the order has not been placed.

                            I am subodh ghosh, i order a headphone from amazon date 02/10/2019. This order we pay by amazon 11.50 and paytem rupay card we pay 377.50. Suddenly i have problems so i cancel this order. And then amazon company return my money 11.50 date 04/10/2019. And due money pay my paytem card 377.50 date 11/10/2019. But sad news i can't refund my money from paytem payments bank.

                                      I will get a refund from amazon. Amazon initiated my refund, but i am not receive my money in my bank account, amazon initiated my money on 30/09/2019, but 10 days crossed but i didn't received money into my bank account, i am called amazon and they will say to me we are provided you reference number of refund, they said to me your money debited from our company and your bank received this money and the bank genarate a reference number for this refund ammount, amazon prvide me this reference number, thed number is 0tipenq20000k0qlc70a, and the amazon say to me pls contact your bank, then i will contact my bank, and tell them this story, but my bank said that sorry, but we didn't not received any ammount by amazon with this reference number, bank said to me pls wait 25 days i will credited your amount upto 25 calender days,

                                        I have ordered two allen solly dresses, one for me and another for my cousin. Fitting was not good for any of them as size were different from what mentioned on the size chart. We raise a cancel request. The boy called me on the same day of request that he will be coming within 5 mins. He did not. Next day i got a mail that it is rejected due to issues in dresses.

                                        We raised another request but without even appearing the guy rejected the request with the same reasons. This is too unprofessional. I am so much agitated because of all this. Customer care helplines are not working.
