I ordered a product from paytm mall order no. [protected] on october 26, 2019 and paid it through online transaction and it was showing that the product will be delivered by october 30, 2019, it was shipped by blue dart the pathetic courier service with waybill no. [protected], the shipment had reached hadapsar etail center pune which is their final delivery station by october 29, 2019, the shipment sat in the center for 2 days, called the paytm customer service raised this issue on october 31, 2019, compliant no.[protected], the advisor told that he has sent the request to bluedart to deliver the package will expect the delivery by 24 to 48 hrs, again that was not the case, the shipment was out for delivery and later it was marked as address is incomplete and so the package couldn't be delivered, called bluedart checked the address it was correct, tried to contact by messages as the paytm confirms has 24x7 support but no response so, called paytm on november 1st, 2019 checked the address it was correct and was asked to wait for more 24 to 48 hours pathetic service, i mean unprofessionalism at it's par, ridiculous agents ignores me to compensate me also will not provide any accurate solution to my issue, pathetic service from the bluedart too, i called paytm today november 1, 2019 and spoke to a manager an was told to wait again for 24 to 48 hrs, the agent first told me to wait till november 4, 2019 which was totally not worth it so asked for a manager still the issue is not resolved, i want compensation for this ridiculous wastage of time and money, pathetic service, also i want my product delivered as soon as possible.

        I booked ticket using irctc app and paid via paytm gateway. I cancelled the ticket and irctc has refunded the amount but i havent received the money.

        This is the 4th time this year that i made payment through paytm and the money got stuck when i cancelled the ticket.

            My account is temporary block i mean debit card is freeze i can't use it someone complain against 1000rs of dispute i don't understand what to do i only know i want my account back i called paytm care and 24×7 msg also they asking me to send scan copy of adhar and pancard.. I don't use pancard i used adhar so i send that also still my account not unblock pls help me out

              Hi team,

              I have raised a query with query number[protected] for account blocked since monday but haven't received any reply. Numerous time i tried to contact to paytm using customer care, facebook, messenger, 24*7 help portal but none has responded. Without doing anything paytm blocked my account and now they are not reverting as my money is stuck.

                I had done payment of health insurance with Rs 2812 /- on 25 Oct 2019 through online payment. I received a confirmation for the same but my health insurance company didn't receive payment. Till date the amount is not credited to health insurance company account. So, I had to make payment one more time.
                Requesting you to refund me back 2812/- which was deducted from my bank account on 25 Oct 2019. Transaction ID was [protected] and UPI Reference no.[protected]

                    I m ajay gupta,

                    I have purchased many product from paytm website and every product they provide the cash back offer on paytm wallet so i have very good amount on my paytm wallet but due to some error "your account is temporarily blocked for login" i can’t login my account or i can't use my paytm wallet.
                    Last 4-5 days i am continuing email to paytm team but nobody solved my problem till now.

                    I tried to call them in different number are given for contact like[protected], [protected] and[protected] but no one can pick up the phone and no reply or no call from paytm team side.
                    I am very disappointing for this type of support and services provided by paytm team to the customer, please help me to solve my problem.

                          Paytm helps their customers 24 hours... As i my query no.[protected] against unauthorized transaction at paytm web happened... Still now no action... As i complained on 23october 2019 still now what steps taken by the paytm cyber crime cell... Photo copies of the unauthorized transactions i submitted... If the fraud made transactions at paytm web so as soon as possible catch that unlawfull person... So that couldn't escape...

                          As per the the RBi rules I want the money shall refund me as I complaind about this fradulent transaction at paytm care on the same day i.e on 23 October 2019 when the fraudulent transaction happened ...I found message that the money from my debit card used for online Gold purchage ...
                          So what actions taken by cyber cell team to refund my money.as well as the account of the fraud who used my money illigally...

                          I went to cyber cell berhampur and they registered my details IN the name of B JAGADISH KUMAR
                          No.89 on 07/11/2019 as well as from as identity transactions those are used for purchase digital gold .and they kept my account no. From where fraudulent transaction happened.as well as my paytm account no. Details ..etc..
                          Dear sir...I done a transaction on 3/10/19 from baytm ... I got only a UPI ID[protected]...I did not receive me my transaction I'd...so I want to get my transaction ID...HELP ME

                            I buy samsung tablet and paid amount through paytm. They give me four zomato coupon worth rs.250 cashback. I already used three but cann't use last one. When i used last coupon, the coupon tell me that you can use only two coupon per user per month. But actually they don't specify it in terms and conditions. This is last month for coupon for redemtion and i cannot used it in future. This is false term and conditions. I need my cashback and compensation for waste my time. There is no online plateform to solve my problem in the paytm.
                            31st october is last date to expired this coupon code.

                            I was refunded back from Amazon and after 5 working days the amount is yet not credited to my Paytm payment Bank.

                              With great excitement and belief in paytm i have ordered a product from the site but to that turned out to be a huge disappointmemt for me and worst experience as i received a another product.
                              The same thing i have mentioned in return request and following up with team on the same incident but none of the team responding.
                              It's a time waste process and for whatever i paid to get my amount back i have to follow up with team by investing my time again with this site, which is not expected by consumers

                                    I blocked my paytm account by mistake but i'm unable to unlock it because the paytm 24×7 is not responding me and they did not resolve my problem. My account is blocked for 10 days. I requested many time to them but they did not hear it. They told me to give screenshots of transaction, banking details but i had not added any bank details to it and not made any transaction through this account

                                        On 20th october 2019, evening i have posted a ad on olx to sell my product of 2000/-, as soon i post with in no time i receive a call from ([protected]) buyer saying that i am calling from belapur which is almost 4 km away from my house said that i need that product and started bargain i said it's a final price he said okay i will pay u paytm or bhim. Where first said no and asked to meet and will hand over to you. He said no am out and i will pay you first and then i will collect it. I got agree to take the payment online by paytm.
                                        He told me to go to paytm upi and accept the one rupee payment in that case it will credit in my account and it did then he sends me 2000/- inr request i accepted it and i found that i got deducted from my account and he said it's failed telling him again and again he started send me request of 2000/- again and again and it got deducted around 10000/- where i informed him to pay me back he said the limit is over and i will pay you tomorrow around 10000/- and 2000/- for the product. He also send his adhar and pan card saying that if you don't believe than this my identification.
                                        When i called him next morning he said you blocked my paytm id where my 8000/- is stuck i can't pay you as you have blocked my paytm account if you unblock my account then i can send you your money, where i refused to do that.
                                        The. I get a call from a another number ([protected]) where he is threatening fraudster said on voice recording that his whole village is using this platform for fraud transactions, which involves terrorist activities and religion.
                                        As i have attached the police complain and upi id, upi refrence number transition, adhar and pan
                                        Please help me get my money, as no one is helping me this case as kotak bank, paytm, and police (Cyber cell)
                                        Note that the number are still live and they are doing fraud on daily bases through paytm and kotak mahindra - account use to transit is kotak 811 where they don't need kyc as it can lead to money laundering.
