Transaction id [protected] my money got deducted without any reason
After complaining, i got a mail saying money is refunded ticket #[protected]
You can check my passbook transactions i have not received my money. What is wrong how can you remove my money from my wallet whenever you want, you don't have proper customer service how are we going to reach you?
I want my money back soon going to close my account.

    I have done payment for my mpokket account regarding payment repaying loan amount of 1, 175/- towards andhra bank account debit card the amount has been debited from my account and it didn't get the payment of my loan but the amount was debited but payment for mpokket repaying loan not completed and amount was cut from my account i want refund my money as soon as possible iam sending all the proofs regarding payment which is debited from my account kindly refund money 1, 175 rupees

      Dear sir,
      I will get a refund from amazon. Amazon initiated my refund, but i am not receive my money in my bank account, amazon initiated my money on 30/09/2019, but 10 days crossed but i didn't received money into my bank account, i am called amazon and they will say to me we are provided you reference number of refund, they said to me your money debited from our company and your bank received this money and the bank genarate a reference number for this refund ammount, amazon prvide me this reference number, thed number is 0tipenq20000k0qlc70a, and the amazon say to me pls contact your bank, then i will contact my bank, and tell them this story, but my bank said that sorry, but we didn't not received any ammount by amazon with this reference number, bank said to me pls wait 25 days i will credited your amount upto 25 calender days,

        Regarding order # [protected]

        I have ordered two allen solly dresses, one for me and another for my cousin. Fitting was not good for any of them as size were different from what mentioned on the size chart. We raise a cancel request. The boy called me on the same day of request that he will be coming within 5 mins. He did not. Next day i got a mail that it is rejected due to issues in dresses.

        We raised another request but without even appearing the guy rejected the request with the same reasons. This is too unprofessional. I am so much agitated because of all this. Customer care helplines are not working.

          Iam sravan who has a paytm bank account [protected] was under debit freeze and my account was reported as fraud by chandigarh cyber cell and i dont know why they reported because iam from a middle class and i have only 6000 rs in my account and they said me to join an inquiry in chandigarh but i was from telangana state. Sign up karne k baad usme wallet upgrade krne k liye 500 mange fir document verification k liye 200 or maine paytm s paise transfer kiye... Unki site p jo no tha us p paytm kiya no paylock k naam s aya paytm p...

            Lekin. Jab maine call k to no invalid tha..

              I lost my mobile number [protected]. It was link with kyced paytm account bipratip niyogi.
              When i tried to block the account by dialing helpline [protected] and following required steps, it asked me to enter the mobile number of the lost account. But when i entered the number, it said me the number [protected] is not registered with any paytm account, yet if i try logging in using the lost number, it is still sending otp to the lost number instead of popping 'number not registered' message. What king of service is this?

                Paytm is not refunding amount rs750 each of tickets cancelled vide booking id [protected] and [protected] from paytm app when i approached their customer care 24 x 7 multiple times they replied that they have processed but still no amount refunded and i not get any refund reference number.                     My complaint is about the fake delivery of my courier.. I have ordered something from paytm my order id is [protected] on 26 sept.. But i have not received my order even after the tentative date of delivery.. Not even a phone call from delivery boy.. So i tracked my order and it was updated "delivered on 3 oct" there.. Without any delivery... I waited for 24 hours.. But i have not got my courier.. Then i submitted a complaint in paytm mall.. Nd they showed me the proof of delivery.. Which was submitted my your delivery boy.. And that proof was totally fake nd rubbish... They did sign of my name letter.. But signature were not mine.. Now paytm is working ony complaint to resolve the issue... But u have to work on it.. Nd solve this issue.. Bcoz your delivery service is very poor.. This is the second time i m facing the problem with xpressbees.. Nd i never faced any problem with other delivery service...

                        I ordered to mobile Rs.2021.98 pay from netbanking because my patym app wallet has 0 bal. i order in 2oct 12:18pm but the merchant do not receive my product .In my bank A/c money can deduct from my A/c i want to receive my product /my receive my money and please to freeze the A/C of merchant.

                          I ordered some clothing items to my family members on paytm
                          for my kid i ordered 6-7 yrs size but got 2-3yrs size, so i requested return but it has been rejected
                          second, i ordered tshirt for my husband its not fit for him so i requested to replace with Lsize that also rejected
                          i ordered a jegging that also i am not satisfied but unble to return as they flaggedout me as misusage/fraud alert.
                          am i fraud to order on paytm,
                          on invoice it shown as midrise boot cut jeans but got skinfit
                          how can i keep those wrong items.now say me who is fraud?
                          they should have flag those sellers who sent wrong items n cheating customers

                            Paytm people are giving Lenskart coupons for Customers which is fake and not usable in Lenskart store.
                            Lenskart people are telling Paytm coupons are Not working
                            Paytm is cheating Customers
                            So many complaints about Paytm in consumer board but these Paytm is not cared about this and resolving the complaint also.
                            Please put this in media and newspaper and make people to stop using Paytm
                            Paytm is a big FRAUD
                            Serious action should be taken

                              Hi,

                              I have ordered a laptop fro Paytm on 1st Oct. It was a defective piece and I raised a return request on 4th Oct. Paytm send an email on 2nd Oct and asked for several different images with some details to send within 72 hrs. I have sent the details on 5th Oct. After that there are several emails(25) communications between me and Paytm. Today 8th Oct I have received an email from Paytm as the return request is rejected.

                              I have these below complaints on Paytm
                              1. When there is an option of return while selling the product then why so many questions?
                              2. I have asked for a replacement also then why it didn't happened?
                              3. Paytm is asking customer to get the job sheet or DOA certificate. Customer bought a new product then why customer will get these certificate?
                              4. Why there are email communication as so many in India don't have email or not able to access?
                              5. I have raised a complaint on this but not yet received any communication on this why?

                                Recently my money got deducted from my account with acknowledging me, the amount of 162 got deducted, after complaining them they dint respond wisely.
                                Please help me get my money bank, it looks like paytm is playing fraud.
                                In my passbook, there was only 1 order which had the transaction of 162 rupees which was failed and later the money was refunded but after 2 3 months, the money was deducted from my account without sending me a mail or alert. What is happening where is the security what about your policy?

                                    My name is mahesh, i added money rs.253.88 from my axis bank account to paytm wallet on 2 october 2019 11:21 am, but money is deducted from my account and not added in paytm wallet

                                    For same, first i called to bank, my rm told me that is merchant side issue not from bank side so i called to paytm customer care, your executive told me there is bank side issue.

                                    There is difficult to decide where to claim for money??
                                    To bank or paytm

                                    This kind of happened is very distracting me to use of paytm
                                    Because of amount is not big, if there is large scale of amount like 20, 000 and more than whom will be responsible for that.

                                    Here i attached screenshot from my paytm application. Please find that and
                                    I request to take a look and please let me know more brief.

                                      My paytm postpaid balance is 1143 rs. The basic spend limit is 750 rs. But last time i tried to pay my due amount and it mistakenly paid twice. Total balance is 1500 rs. Then i booked a train ticket from this balance but canceled it later. Now my total balance is 1143 rs. The excess amount is 393 rs. There and the basic amount of 750 is also there. I want to use that money and i want my 393 rs. Back. It says that i can use that balance for boking and recharge and some other purposes. But it's not letting me use it for any purpose. I tried many times to contact the customer care, they are saying that my excess amount will be returned in 3 days but it's been 2 months. I need my money back.

                                        I ordered a product and returned from Amazon to which I paid using Amazonpay UPI which is linked to my paytm payments bank. A refund of ₹1273 is not given by paytm. Amazon says they already issued refund but paytm says they haven't got any refund request. Paytm is not refunding my amount.
