Accidentally i purchased google play gift code from paytm i wish to have refund for the purchase made. Suggested by google play team that they did not receive any recharge also i have not redeemed it still i have chances to get my refund from paytm, google play team gave solution that i should request paytm to contact the google team from where they have purchased the gift card code so that the transaction can be cancelled and you can get the refund from paytm. As google play do not have access to check the transaction which is made through paytm as paytm is a third party app.

But paytm team are not even ready to talk to google play team on cancellation of the order.

In this way i am loosing my money.

Even i got connected to grievance officer still they treated very bad on call.

Google play gave solutions on it so that i can get money. But paytm team is not ready to give my money back.

No other option left for me but to complaint against them.

Paytm customer care people talked to me in inappropriate way.

They were abusive.

Please take my query seriously

    There is a Call from a Company for getting a prize money of Rs. 7, 50, 000.

    For transfer they have charge the following amount to get the amount:-

    1. Registration Charges-4500
    2. TDS - 18435
    3. GST- 36870
    4. Conversion of SB Account to Current-45800
    5. Transfer Charges - 28, 500
    6. Delay Payment Charges- 15, 500
    7. RBI Holding Charges - 49, 950

    Now they have give a secret code to get the transfer amount i.e 99710

    8. Finally they have asked to give the amount of Rs 51, 950 for Income Tax by today or tomorrow. Then only they will transfer to my account.

    Kindly confirm whether I will get the amount or they are just fooling me.

      I places an prepaid order order id - [protected] on paytm mall on 26/09/2019 which was delivered to me today that's 03/10/2019 at 1340 hours after out for delivery since past 4 days. When it was not delivered to me on first day of out for delivery then i reported to paytm mall about not delivered to me. And now the defective and damaged product delivered to me today then i again made a phone call to paytm mall's worst customer care service but the executive was helpless as worst service. I think paytm is existing to make fool to its innocent customer like me.

                Today i have purchased a voucher of kalyan jewellers of Rs 25000/- when i was go to kalyan jewellers cash counter for payment and give him a voucher than he told me the voucher is cancelled after that i massaging on paytm app i chat on app since last one half hours but still i have not received and back call or revert for paytm i dont know what to do my problem not resolved still i am in kalyan jewellers kanpur showroom and wait for responce if the quesry not resolved than i have to consumer court and also delet your frustated app from my mobile and from my all family mambers it is very bad experience related to customer service issue

                  I have raised complaint with them twice, set emails to them regarding this. It has been 4 days but no one responded till now.
                  3999 is not a small amount for the middle class people. Please take this complaint as a priority.

                      I have purchased a doublemint which has an offer of rs. 10 cashback in paytm.

                      I have text the code imprinted in doublemint cover to [protected] on 27th sept, 2019.
                      Within few minutes i have received a paytm cashback code of rs. 10 and applied it on https://paytm.com/redeem-coupon-code/doublemint after loging to paytm with my registered mobile number.

                      The cashback was supposed to be credited within 24 hours.

                      As the cashback was not received in stipulated time, i have raised a ticket to paytm vide reference no.[protected] providing the screenshot of the paytm cashback code message.
                      The support executive is inefficient to understand the problem. They are addressing me with some other name, don't know from where they got my name as "gaurav", everytime they are insisting to provide me an order number. I have already clarified them with all the details and i have expected that they would understand the concern here.

                      But still they are stick to an order id to be provided. I have logged into paytm and entered the paytm cashback code in the https://paytm.com/redeem-coupon-code/doublemint. I don't know where from do i need to retrieve the order id for applying the code. It's not a cashback against any purchases or recharges.

                      Please help to resolve the issue.

                          There is offer on groffers from august 9th 2019 to august 11th 2019, if we shop and pay bill minnimum of 1800 from paytm upi there is a cashback of 15% to paytm wallet. This was offer during those 3 sale days. I made a transaction of 1828 and also paid from paytm upi on august 10th 2019, but till now i didn't receive cash back. There was also another open offer from paytm that 2 transactions should be made with in a week grom groffers shopping and payment should be made from paytm upi this was on all days this should be activated from paytm app and i did not activate it it. Both offers are different and i didn't activate the second offer paytm has activated on their own when i made a transaction and whenever i make a complaint they are saying as 2nd offer was activated by you sorry for the mistakeand one more transaction has to be done before 17th august, as you failed we are not sending cash back. When there is a sale in groffers and open offer how can paytm activate second offer without our knowledge andmake us fools without sending cash back. I made my 1st complaint on august 16th till now i made complaint nearly 15times by paytm chat and more than 20 calls, when ever i call they will say as by mistake it was activated by us and we are very sorry for that please wait for 2days for the cashbak but it was nearly 45 days i didn't get any cashback.

                          i did't get any solution but it is marked as complaint is resolved. how can a case be closed wothout any solution??
                          My paytm wallet amount rs 700 and my account blocked and paytm not contacting me and my call not transfering call and my problem not solve customer service

                            Return pick up supposed to be happen yesterday, though i am following up multiple times on this issue with team i have not received any info.

                                Dear sir /madam
                                I have account in mpocket (It's a lone giving app to a student's) so i have to pay a loan for them. When i was paying i selected by debit card to make a payment. I have enter my debit card number, month year, cvv and i also entered a otp came to me to debit the amount from my account. After that it did not show me anything after some time it showed that transaction failure but amount is already debited from my account. And the mpocket is telling that your amount is no paid. After that i saw my bank passbook it shows that the amount was debited to "ecom-paytm mobile solutions noida /19:05 / 00220084" it's like this so the amount is debited to you please i am requesting you refund my amount back it's urgent please.

                                  On 27th september, I purchased uc in-game from pubg mobile and the money was deducted and transferred to times of money ltd but uc was not received.
                                  It was worth 800rs for 660uc which I paid rs 724 for after using a google play credit reward of 75rs.
                                  As the money is hard earned, i request you to please give me a refund or have the uc reflected in my game account.

                                    Was making payment to mahavitaran mseb electricity board online. Transaction done and rs 1290/- has been debited from axis bank a/c. Via inb/[protected]/paytm mobile solutions pvt.
                                    But mseb shows payment declined. When checked with axis bank they said beneficiary paytm mobile solutions pvt has been received the payment via prn no [protected].
                                    You are requested to refund my amount rs 1290/- or credit to mseb at the earliest. Also confirm me the same

                                      I have ordered a iphone xr 128 gb black but i have received a yellow 64 gb when i contacted paytm mall they told me you will get your replacement or refund now they are telling its not possible felling like my money just got ripped off i don't know why paytm or even the online retailer do this to us its really very pathetic i hope my complaint gets solved as i am from a middle class family i have to save my money to buy this product please help me

                                        I inserted 1900 to my paytm wallet and on use, they showed kyc is needed. I request partial kyc at doorstep. But person came and asked for thumb impression and i denied as i clearly told for partial kyc. Also i requested to refund my money back to same account from which it had been deducted. But till now issue is unresolved almost half of the year went. Such careless and fraudulent behaviour should not be accepted.
