My name is naveen. I have paytm account with mob no: [protected]. I make several payments on paytm trusting paytm. Recently i made a payment for mobile recharge, for which inr 35 promocode was provided, but when i applied the promocode, it didn't work and when i contacted the paytm team including the grievance team, they didn't resolve even after nearly a month by discussing with team on phone and emails. Now on 17/9/2019 i made electricity bill payment, for which paytm wallet option was not shown and only way to use paytm wallet was not to apply any promocode. I contacted the team and after providing them with screenshot also, the team could didn't provide me any resolution. I had discussion with one of the rep of paytm team who didn't any answer for my problem and was telling lies and changing words on call itself. I said patym team to give me inr 100 cashback since i was denied of the inr 100 cashback promocde, they told me that it is not possible.
Paytm and its team has caused me severe mental stress. I request the team to take note of this matter and also help me get genuine cashback and also action should be taken against paytm for making customers fool.

Updated by naveen100 The Paytm Rep called me and was telling lies that the problem is resolved. The problem still persists. When I asked Rep to send the screenshot, he said he will not send. Paytm ask customers to send screenshots of everything and if we don't send they think we are telling them lies. Now when I asked the Paytm Rep to send screenshot, he said he will not. Why should we trust Paytm and make Payments, when it doesn't trust its customers. I asked him for the cashback of INR 100 which I was not able to apply due to problem from Paytm End. Please Esaclate this further to help me get my cashback and also the Paytm Wallet option should be shown.

Updated by naveen100 FRAUD COMPANY, DID NOT RESOLVE MY ISSUE. I HAVE WRITTEN TO COMPANY OWNER, NO RESPONSE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, ASK SAME QUESTION AGAIN AND AGAIN. HIRED BY THE COMPANY TO MAKE CUSTOMERS FOOL AND IRRITATE BY REPEATING AND ASKING SAME THING AGAIN AND AGAIN.ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST SUCH COMPANY FOR MAKING CUSTOMERS FOOL IN THE NAME OF CASHBACK.
