On 27th september, I purchased uc in-game from pubg mobile and the money was deducted and transferred to times of money ltd but uc was not received.
It was worth 800rs for 660uc which I paid rs 724 for after using a google play credit reward of 75rs.
As the money is hard earned, i request you to please give me a refund or have the uc reflected in my game account.

    Was making payment to mahavitaran mseb electricity board online. Transaction done and rs 1290/- has been debited from axis bank a/c. Via inb/[protected]/paytm mobile solutions pvt.
    But mseb shows payment declined. When checked with axis bank they said beneficiary paytm mobile solutions pvt has been received the payment via prn no [protected].
    You are requested to refund my amount rs 1290/- or credit to mseb at the earliest. Also confirm me the same

      I have ordered a iphone xr 128 gb black but i have received a yellow 64 gb when i contacted paytm mall they told me you will get your replacement or refund now they are telling its not possible felling like my money just got ripped off i don't know why paytm or even the online retailer do this to us its really very pathetic i hope my complaint gets solved as i am from a middle class family i have to save my money to buy this product please help me

        I inserted 1900 to my paytm wallet and on use, they showed kyc is needed. I request partial kyc at doorstep. But person came and asked for thumb impression and i denied as i clearly told for partial kyc. Also i requested to refund my money back to same account from which it had been deducted. But till now issue is unresolved almost half of the year went. Such careless and fraudulent behaviour should not be accepted.

          On 25 sept 2019 a transfer of amount rs. 2574.66 was made to mpcz.co.in (Madhya pradesh madhya kshetra vidyut vitaran co. Ltd.) as electricity bill through paytm mobile solutions pvt. Ltd. Vide ref. Id[protected]. Still after showing the amount being debited from the account the bill was not paid.

          Kindly look into the matter and make the payment successfully.

            I have ordered nutraj california pista and almonds on 23 september at 1:21 pm (Order no. [protected]). Both the items delivered on 25 september but with bad quality.

            I had raised query online with help section regarding this. I got positive reply for almonds that return request accepted. But for pista product i got message that "our sellers are authorized, we maintain high quality standards and hence return request can not be raised"

            To above reply from ur side, i sent few messages about my feelings and how i am angry with paytm service. If middle person paytm is blindly saying quality of delivered product is good and not listening to customer at all, then we are going to loose trust on ur service.

            After my messages sent on ur help section, at last i got message from ur side that we need to check your concern and take corrective action.

            I am requesting to send someone to my location to check whether product quality is good or bad. By seeing photos no one can decision about quality of product.

            I am requesting to accept return request for pista item and send person to collect both the items as early as possible.

            Kindly do the needful since its not a matter of only rs 420 /- but also trust on paytm service.

                I purchase a gionee s6 mobile on paytm as the as they give me an old product used. I raised an complaint to return but after few days they reject my request. Also the product is very cheap and low of low quality and i want to return please help me and paytm refused to return that product and my money gets wasted please help me as early you can please

                  Got a fake call about my last purchase on paytm. That I have won a cash price of 4lakh 60thousand n asked for 4200 as a registration fees to delhi government n all. His name was VIMLESH RAJNIKANT BUCH. I immediately recognised that he is fake. My ques is how did he got my no. Address n purchase info. Do u have privacy or not. How did he got my full information.                     I booked 21 movie tickets through paytm, but the payment failed message came, and 3000 rupees were deducted from my wallet. I tried contacting every customer care executive of Paytm, but they say we cannot see your details. I sent screenshots but still, no action has been taken by them. Please take strong action, because it is not my money but my team's money. I have been raising this issue with paytm customer care executives since the day it was deducted and now it is more than a week and no signs of refund.
                    PLEASE HELP ME. I HAVE TO PAY BACK MONEY TO MY OFFICE TEAM.

                        I ordered hp laptop from paytm. After few days there was a black spot on the screen. It is in warranty bt company refuses to fix the issue and demands 10, 000. The spot is expanding and the company is refusing to fix.. I want the laptop replaced or atleast fixed. Paytm mall was the webiste i purchased the laptop from. Please take action against it asap

                          But size of these t shirt is too large so that I want to replace them but customer care paytm says this product does not have return or replacement policy .
                          But at the time of placing order they have not mention these condition with order
                          My fault is that I believe in paytm mall

                            On date 25/09/2019 i had done transaction of rs. 10 to naukri.in through payment gateway with paytm mobile solution from axis bank but instead of rs. Ten my account has deduct rs. 14000. How it is happened. Automatically amount changed from 10 rs to 14000 rs. What is this. Kindly provide solution for this unauthorized transaction and request to refund

                              I have made payment of my daughter school fees from saupins school mohali app amount 17521.24 on dt[protected] from my saving a/cno-[protected] with the name of rupinder kaur through net banking. The amount is debited from my saving a/c but not credited to saupins school account no [protected]. The reference i'd is 28985610 and transaction i'd is 26812630.in my net banking it shows as success status and any is credited to paytm mobile payment solution pvt ltd. Beneficiary a/c - [protected]. When i have made transacion paytm message is displayed in the last as "opps something went wrong still unabke to transact visit us at paytm.com/care"please check the status of the transaction and credit the amount to saupins school mohali a/c no [protected]

                                I made a transaction on 14 September at 7:14pm.Actually I am sending money to my another sbi bank account from my paytm payments bank.On that time transaction was pending but amount got deducted .Then I contacted with the paytm customer care they told me to wait for 2 working days.After 2 working days I again contacted with the paytm customer service they told me to wait for 3 working days. After I see that the pending transaction was made successful. But after 10 days till now my transaction amount is not received to my sbi bank account. Every time when I contacted with the paytm customer service upi department they were not giving me any satisfactory resolution. Please help me.
