I booked 21 movie tickets through paytm, but the payment failed message came, and 3000 rupees were deducted from my wallet. I tried contacting every customer care executive of Paytm, but they say we cannot see your details. I sent screenshots but still, no action has been taken by them. Please take strong action, because it is not my money but my team's money. I have been raising this issue with paytm customer care executives since the day it was deducted and now it is more than a week and no signs of refund.
PLEASE HELP ME. I HAVE TO PAY BACK MONEY TO MY OFFICE TEAM.
