    Have ordered television set order no. [protected], that has has mentioned free delivery. But Fed Ex has claimed Rs. Rs 1181/- Octroi Charges, are purchasing online last 2-3 years have not paid any octroi amt. Please consider as free delivery (inclusive of all) if is it not possible return back our Money on priority basis. Waiting for u r replay because product is hold in courier.

      Dear Team, I have ordered a tv for 20, 900/- ORDER NO. -[protected] it was shipped on 29th june 2015, it was showing deliver date 4th july but till 14th july also they did not deliver my order so i cancelled the order on 14th july i rasied many tickets to solve this issue but no one is cared of our issues, i almost raised 15 tickets but no one cared o[censored]s, so finally i cancelled the order now from past 4days they are even not returing my money i rasied 4 tickets for this also but no one gave reply, if now also no one is cared means i will submit the same thing in media and give it to NDTV.How careless is paytm.Please call me at [protected]

          I had cancelled an order and the merchant initiated a refund request through paytm 5 days ago. The refund ticket number is MPCS 2034563. I was suppossed to get the refund in 2 days. However, there is no response frm paytm of any sort. Refund amnt is 9000 rupees. The merchant has clearly informed me tat paytm has not taken any action as yet. Since there is no contact number i have no idea how to get the refund frm paytm. My mail id is [protected]@hotmail.com

            I have bought a samsung galaxy a7 from reliance digital xpess, G.K. 1 New Delhi. At that time there was an offer from paytm of getting a rs.3000 cash back i.e. rs.500 for 6 months to ur paytm wallet. Intially there was sone problem with the server of paytm, so i could get an access to that offer/code after 2 months and also after 2 months when the dealer provided me code for the cash back that code was not working. When i made several complaints to the dealer he told me to contact the paytm care. Even the paytm care is not giving any answers to it. Please help me into it. Email- [protected]@gmail.com

I go to bank they said we are not responsible for this type of activity. I call to airtel customer care also they said you contact with paytm customer care . Then i mail to paytm but they do not reply to my mail. So please help me regard this matter

                Sent the wrong product & didn't picked up as promised. After 13 days said to me to ship back the product. I have send them the product on very same day but when it reached to paytm they didn't accept as 15 days policy of return has been passed. Informed them that it was your mistake but still no action in this regard. Has taken up the money & product also.

                    Dear concerned, I have purchased a Microsoft mobile Lumia 540 ([protected])from Sangeetha mobile show roomat from LR Complex ground floor HAL 3 stage Tippasandra on 18 June 15 vide invoice no SI/TPS/574.                       Well Akash you are not alone in getting cheated by this Paytym!!! Even my money is deducted from my bank account but not reached Paytym wallet!!! I dont know where it has gone for a week vacation!!! Well Lodge an official complaint on
                      akosha.com, its a site which sends legal notices to such fake ecommerce sites!!!

                          I got a confirmation message from PAYTM that my refund amount of Rs 4400 has been transferred to my PAYTM Wallet. But when I checked my account there was no money in my wallet. I mailed at PAYTM care but haven't got any reply about my money.

                              Paytm is the worst ..no cust service at all...I had purchased powerbank (ambrane)via paytm website ...& they had stated i[censored] face any problem with thia product they will return my money back or they will exchange the product...itsbeen 3 daya I have posted my cocomplaint but no response. .. if I don't get my money or product exchanged I will post this msg on social media...

                                        Yesterday I posted a comment on the facebook page of paytm regarding the missing refund, in the comment I mentioned only the transaction id and the order Id then after 1 hour my account got hacked and someone recharged his/her pone by 500 bucks.My account luckily at that time contains only 509 bucks. Its a big security loophole, I urgently mailed as well as tried to contact by their facebook page but their response is so dull that they dont even give the to this big security threat.I dont know even a big company like paytm is not secure anymore.I request everyone dont give any order Id to anyone and to be more safe dont even have the wallet balance. I just lost 500 bucks, I dont want other people should loose theirs because paytm dont give a to these type of hackings they are just more focussed at their marketing strategy to give 100% cashback and all .
