I'm also facing the same problem. Today my Paytm wallet has been automatically deducted with rs242 for recharging on 2 unknown numbers...it seems that Paytm wallet is hacked by someone or Paytm team itself doing this practice. And forget the customer care but the worst thing is that they don't even want to resolve these issues as these are the ways by which Paytm might making their money. I mailed all the details to [protected]@paytm.com but no action or a single reply is taken... This is so disgraceful. If Paytm team continue to ignore these genuine customer complaints then like me there are many other people who need to take very very serious action against Paytm.

    Hi, We have ordered three toys ( Talikg Tom, Train and Remote car). Among the three two products are satisfactory and coming to the other product, we received a delivery of 'Zeemon Stylish Rc Old Steam Engine Light Train Set Toy' on 9th of July 2015 (order # [protected]) and noticed that there is a damage in the product(4 track edges were broken due to which the train was not moving) and also we are not satisfied with this toy as it was looking like a cheap quality one. We are not satisfied with this toy. We are willing to return it back. Please compensate this with a any other good product toy(apart from the Train) or refund the money back. Thanks for your understanding.

        I hv transfered money of INR 699 /-money from my wallet to Bank A/C with BANK TXN ID-[protected], PAYTM WALLET TXN ID-A8D04F815214AE3F DATED 16 JUN 2015 Amount deducted from my paytm wallet at the same day but still it is not CREDITED to my BANK A/C . The amount is still not reflecting in my bank account.I have waited 28 days still the amount is not transfered. Now Paytm is not replying to my mails.Earlier they said that it takes 3-10 working days but 28days are over still non action is taken by paytm regarding same.I have also sent the bank statement to you still you are not doing anything.i want my money back...I had made conversation with paytm vide Paytm ticket no#[protected] and Paytm ticket no#[protected]. ...

          I order a ladies night suit size Large but when we received it was not properly fit. So we call customer care for exchange the item with bigger size then they said that this product is not returnable or exchangeable while they always advertise that we can return or exchange the item within 15 days.I paid Rs 699 if item not exchanged then it will be totally wastage. Never purchase from paytm.

                    Dear Sir, I, vivek kumar mobile no. [protected] have ordered 01 JBL J03 B tempo headphone on 07 Jul 15. my order no. is [protected] as COD. On 11 Jul 15 i got message that my order could not be delivered. so i called delhivery and asked the reason, they told that my office was closed, but i want to inform you that i was there in my office and it was opened. no body had called me for delivery. even i gave my alternate no. of 11 Jul [protected] and landline[protected]. Then they told me to deliver on 12 jul, again it was not delivered. again on 13 & 14 Jul 15 it was not delivered. In between i have called atleast 30 times they had put me on hold upto 15 minutes and told that the order has been returned. i asked the no. of delivery boy, they r just simply rejected to give number. i have never seen this type of pathetic service ever. i have been humiliated, miscommunicated and cheated. at last i thought to collect my order from delhivery office, again they are not giving no. of office. then how can i go there. I request you to proper investigate the matter as how delivery boy has made false report of closure of my shipping address without calling me. Pse do the needful. I am waiting for my justice.

                      I ordered product on 10th july 2015 and received that on 13th july 2015. Since product is defected. I tried to contact customer care with invoice & product image. Every time whenever new associates will come they are asking to send me the product & invoice image.
                      More than 3 times i sent but again they are sending back "please provide the image.

                          I have placed an order for baby walker in paytm and it got delivered with damage. So i have raised a request for returning the product.Then i got a call from customer care and they told like we don't have return process.you just send a courier by spending your money we will refund you courier charges like that. so i believed this paytm and i send my product back to seller address. But at last they refunded only product cost of rs 1019 but still i haven't got my courier charges of rs 790. Still they are giving reason and 72 hrs SLA(5 times) but its of no use. Planning to file a case against paytm in consumer court.PLs support friends. Note:Its 1 month old ticket(#[protected] still its open.

                            Sir, I had booked a ticket (ID:OCBUA6, [protected]) through PayTm from Indore to Pune (AC Sleeper )and was travelling on date[protected] via City Link travels. I have faced a lot of problems: 1. Bus was Late without any reasons. It had to reach Rajendra nagar, Indore at 6:30PM and It came at 8:00 PM. Almost 1.5 hour late. 2. We called city link travels but they were fooling around and were not providing driver’s number so that we could track the bus. After calling them 4th time they provided his number and It was already 1.5 hours late unnecessarily. 3. I had booked seat in this bus because I had to reach office on time. My dropping point in Pune was Vishal Nagar as displayed on your web site but the bus driver dropped me at Sangamwadi at 8 :00 AM which was inconvenient for me. He told me that I will have to wait for NON AC bus which will come in an hour and then will drop you at your stop. They had no value for passengers time. Driver was just not ready to listen. 4. I also called at Pune city link office[protected] they were not picking up phone. I then called city link Indore office[protected] but they were just saying they will talk to driver but they never responded back .I had to book an auto to reach my place and I had to pay 300 bucks. I had booked this bus just because I wanted to reach home early at 6:00 AM and also that It would drop me at stop near my house so I will save time and money .But I reached at 9:30AM. Three hours late then scheduled time. With respect to this issue, I want my money back as I have faced a lot of problems. You should also raise a question to the travels why this happened and for this issue not to repeat next time, you should not display City Link travels for booking tickets on your site. I hope that this issue will be taken seriously . I also need a written reply from bus operator and also from you that my complaint is been taken care of and resolved. Regards, Heena Lahothy

                              Dear Sir, I recharge my Reliance GSM mobile No. [protected] for Rs. 220/- on dt.27.06.2015 vide order no. #[protected] at 10.04.54 AM. In your website it was clearly indicated that, in recharge of Rs.220/- an amount of Rs.240/- will be posted to Reliance GSM prepaid.(in Browse plans of Reliance GSM Orissa). I selected Rs.220/- to recharge my Reliance prepaid mobile [protected], which was successfully recharged, but Rs.190/- was posted to my account instead of Rs.240/-. I therefore request you to refund me Rs. 50/- to my wallet account, to which I am entitled to get back. This was my complaint lodge on Jul 5, 2015 bearing Ticket No. #[protected] before Paytm. It was answered as follow:- Nimmi, Jul 11, 14:46: Hi Brajaraj, We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We are forwarding your issue to the concerned team. Unfortunately, it will take some more time: 24 to 48 hours. Thank you for your patience! Look forward to see you again at Paytm. Best wishes Team Paytm Till date no action has been taken by Team Paytm.

I returned my order on 1 July because phone sent is demo phone and no one has authority to sell this type of phone, I got mail from paytm that I will get my refund within 2-3 days but till now there is no Action taken. Whenever I call costumer care they always say we are processing it and when I ask them to transfer my call to supervisor then they put on hold for 20-25 min after that they disconnect the call. its now more than 15 days but still i dint got my money back . kindly help me in this case as i am helpless now .

                                    I ordered UCB COLD perfume from paytm, but when I received and opened it, I was totally disappointed as the quality of the product was worst than the one sold on the Mumbai footpaths. The product was Duplicate and damaged as well. Requested them to pick and refund the amount, but paytm neither picking up the product nor refunding my 799 ruppes. After So many useless email replies from Paytm, I am feeling looted and cheated as well.

                                      I have placed an order of one bean bag of Rs.1250 by advance payment on 16.6.15 vide order no.[protected]. On 25.6.15 they mailed me that my order has Delivered. On complaining they told me that they will check and I will get my order soon. On checking the site of shipping company i came to know that they have delivered my order in P une instead of Delhi on 18.6.2015 and on 21.6.2015 they mailed me that my order was delayed due to some unavaoidable circumstances and on 25th they change the status of my order as delivered.On calling and complaining again and again videticket no.[protected] and [protected] i am just getting time of 72 hours . Twenty days passed but I have not get any resolution. I have never seen such a bad customer service. We have to beg for our own money. Why they have established a big ecommerce platform if they are not able to handle it.

                                        I have ordered 2 bunch of puma socks Every bunch should have 6 set of socks. They have delivered one parcel for that entire order. When I opened, there was only 6 set of Nike socks only. So raised concern saying that received Nike socks and also not the expected quantity clearly thru mail. They were asking for image and I have sent. After some days also, they asked for images. Again sent. After so many mails and follow ups, same reply that sent images. So I felt that this is total waste of time, so initiated the return. They picked the parcel back and returned money for one quantity. Saying that I didn't give another parcel. I have called them also to explain. After that no response. I felt like cheated on this. They don't even bother about this matter. Can you also please advise how to raise a complaint thru court also?
