i raised complain here before 4 hrs after that .i got a call form one no [protected] that person told me .i am calling from paytm .i got your mail regarding order - ORDER NO. [protected] . he told me that we refund your money .please follow the process .give me card detail so ll transfer the amount .but he did fraud transaction form my account 6000 .it's happened with me .i want to aware other people .please don't your any credit card or debit card detail to any one .if company ll ask also for refund process ask them to transfer in wallet .people be aware so many fraud here .don't put you phone no in comment's & complaints .there used to get information from complaints & comments .they can call you also .

My paytm login id [protected]@gmail.com Today when I was trying to recharge my number with paytm, i saw this message( Your account is temporarily blocked for login.) why my account is blocked, i am very disappointed with your service. you have no writes to do blocked my account. i will go consumer court if you will not activate my account as well as soon.

      I purchase Samsung galaxy note 3 neo from mobile store they offered cash back of rs.750 in my wallet for 6 months .It is good for 4 month but on 5 th month it shows wrong code I tried so.many time but not able to add cash back.then I go to mobile store they said they are not able to do for same u have to contact paytm coustomer care .then they give me ticket no. But not able to solve problem till date . Kindly update on my complaint.

        Dear paytm team This is chetan I have purchased sony power bank of 10000mh from paytm order no.([protected]) I have complaints about this product. Complaint 1- i have ordered black color power bank but i received silver Color. Complaint 2- power bank not giving proper output example i purchased 10000mh power bank but its not giving output of 500 mh battery. Complaint 3- i have ordered dual usb port but i received one usb port. Complaint4- this power bank while charging its getting over heat. This I am already talked with urs costumer service. Really am not satisfied yours product please take this back and return proper and usefull product. I hope you will send original product and contact me soon.           Hi paytm team, I received (item #[protected]) Auto Ignition 3 burner gas stove .i found heavy damage in the product even upper part of product also loose & not establish .i have order one more same product .i am thinking to cancel that order also. Please do the need full for mention product. I am attaching some images of damage part .i badly heart with service last time also i got damage product. I have good exception from paytm. Paytm Cash Txn ID[protected] and bill desk id is #DPT[protected] for the order i had place on domino's pizza's website For Rs 492 but i was not able to see my order there so i called domino's people & they said that here we have not recevied any order so we will tell your bank/ paytm operator to refund your amount. Plz send me the refund as soon as possible. and kindly do the needful.

                  Hi Team I have opted for payment to my Vodafone bill, but due to some reasons, PAYTM could not able to make payment and it showed me a failed transactions. On July 1 2015, i asked for the refund the amount. But still i see they have not refunded my amount which is pending from past 15 days. Can you please update the same. Thanks and Regards Khalid

                    I have ordered an Blue nike shoes from PAYTM and the product is completely fake .And the main thing is that still they are not providing proper support nor scheduling pick up . I have the proof that these are fake shoes . So how should I take these issue to next level.

                      please ref. to ORDER NO.[protected], for buying a "HP 15-R203TX Notebook (K8U03PA) (Core i5 5th Gen/ 4 GB RAM/ 1 TB HDD/15.6 inch/DOS/ 2 GB Graph) (Black)"@40, 267/- where as market price of this product was 37, 000/-, Due to paytm wallet cash back offer i was interested for buying this product more than the market price.the said product was delivered on 30.06.2015 without adding the paytm cash back amount in my paytm wallet. when i was informed him regarding the said issue, they are inform me i.e. your paytm wallet limit is getting exceeded, hence you have to upgrade your paytm wallet, then we are able to adding the cash back in your wallet. paytm company is not informing the said wallet issue to customer before purchase any product from his paytm site. and this type of nature is showing "suppression fact and this tends is showing the activities like “fraudulent Intention”. also while trying to up-grade the said wallet aadvice path is not showing in his paytm site. please help us to shout-out this issue to installed the broken image of paytm.com. i also write a mail to cfo of this company Sh. Harinder Takhar Sir : I need your personal intervention on this issue.

                            I have ordered a helmate from Paytm Order Number: MPtkt - [protected]. I was having following concerns with Delivery 1. Helmet is not of the size which I ordered, I ordered for "L" sized helmet and I received a Small helmet. the box is not having any size mentioned on it. 2. It also have cuts on its clothing from back side. (Poor Quality Product). 3. box of the helmate having MRP as 500 Rs instead of 850Rs which was charged to me by Paytm. for problem 1 & 2, paytm said that they will return the product and refund. and for 3rd problem they said "As we are refunding the money we will not Answer this Query". Now when it came to refund, they returned me Only 503Rs out of 839Rs (Order Amount), Now they are saying Rs. 336 will not be refunded, as these are in your Paytm Wallet. Tell me, will anybody would like to shop on fraud site like Paytm (refer point 3). So I need all my money back.

The amount is still not reflecting in my bank account.I have waited 20days still the amount is not transfered.They are not replying to my mails and again and again the are saying the same thing that it takes 3-10 working days but 20days are over.I have also sent the bank statement to you still you are not doing anything.i want my money back.
