        i have transfered cash of 2864 from paytm wallet to my bank account on 23 june, 2015. The amount is still not reflecting in my bank account.I have waited 20days still the amount is not transfered.They are not replying to my mails and again and again the are saying the same thing that it takes 3-10 working days but 20days are over.I have also sent the bank statement to you still you are not doing anything.i want my money back.

          I have ordered two wallets in paytm order No.[protected]. But I received only one in the parcel on last monday. I called customer care and raised complaint against this. They asked for 72 hours time to resolve it but they didn't give any response after the timeout. I have called the customer care again but they are not giving proper response. They took almost six working days but didn't solved the issue yet.

            I have to recharge my Idea no[protected] but wrongly i have entere the no is as [protected]. this transaction is successful using my credit card. In your application dosenot give the message of recharging, so we may be sure that correct mobile number is entered. for this bug . i have to bear loss of Rs. 150/- . i Have now decided to your poor application i should not use paytm for any online rechage, because you can refund my money.

            After this complaint of 2 minutes i have a call on my mobile no [protected] from mob no [protected] asking my credit card detail with CVV NUMBER. Why for asking CVV Number. is this was fake call or from your company ?

              Name- jayvijay kumar contact no- [protected] I was trying to buy a nike shoes on 18.6.2015 from my paytm acoount ( [protected]@YMAIL.COM ) and paid 2068 rs to paytm.. The internet connection was disconnected while i just paid the amount. After that i contact with SBI customer care. They provide the information that the amount(2068 rs) has been deducted from the account and paid to merchant(paytm). still i did not get my balance neither my SBI account nor my paytm account.                   Hi, I have ordered Lenovo flex-2 at paytm website. My order id:[protected] Name: Arun Nehru Email: zlatan.[protected]@gmail.com Mobile: [protected] i have received damaged product while receiving, afterwards i requested for return this product on 1st June 2015. I got approved for return product 2nd June 2015. I am waiting for reverse pick up but no one is coming for till date. Nearly 40 days waiting for the reverse pickup. Day to day calling with paytm customer care, i am getting same reply it will be resolved with in 2 to 3 days. After 2 to 3 days again calling, getting same response from every paytm customer care representative. Daily following for this issue, no response from the paytm. I have invested 48K, bought for eduction purpose. Till date i did not receive any response from the reverse pickup Could you please take the action immediately to complete the reverse pick up as soon as possible. Thanks, Arun

                        Hello, I have purchased havells sprint led padastial fan from paytm.very next day i have complained the paytm about fan that fan is not working properly it create unnecessary noice and vibrating. Product is not damaged externally, problem is there in internal part.I have contacted the paytm for 5 time but they are not giving satisfactory responce.

                            I did a 3G recharge of rupees 251 that gives 650 MB data for 28 days on july 11, 2015 to my Vodafone no [protected]. My order no is #[protected]. Transaction was not successful so I cancelled it and recharged it from FREECHARGE and it was successful. I got the message from Vodafone and my bank. Later on I got a message from PAYTM and bank also that the transaction is successful. When I had already cancelled the transaction so why did you recharge it? I want the transaction to be cancelled and cash back of rupees 251 to my account.

                                I have done a transaction in ebay.in where power bank has been ordered. Due to their technical errors, transaction got failed, but my money got debited from credit card unfortunately. I did that twice. Per transaction was Rs. 370, so two transactions, i.e Rs. 740. When i called paytm, they said it will be added in paytm wallet within 24 hrs, but till now money has not added in wallet. Really fed up, so called many times and mailed many times, no proper communication and response. How will i get my money?

                                  have placed an order with paytm Order # [protected] on 25th june 2015, which i have not received yet. But it's status is reflecting as delivered on paytm websitesince 29th june 2015. Tried contacting paytm but didn't get any appropriate response from them. After multiple mails and called they acknowledged the issue and responded as they'll arrange a proof of delivery for the product, which i have not actually received.
                                  I had also faced this problem on paytm and till I had not received any product and they are saying that product is delivered
