I placed an order #[protected] containing Prestige Omega Select Plus Aluminium 270 Mm Flat Base Kadhai worth Rs. 1579 on paytm.com from merchant named OHS ENTERPRISE. Paytm told me to return this order because Damaged/Defective product received. I sent it back to the merchant. But even after 21 days of return package got delivered, refund is not received because paytm can't contact merchant.
Timeline regarding order no #[protected] :
5 June 2015 - order placed on paytm.com
13 June 2015 - order delivered & because of defect the return request was initiated same day
15 June 2015 - return was sent from customer side because return courier was not available form paytm side at my pin code
19 June 2015 - return package got delivered (Delivery proof from Tirupati Courier service, Hyderabad with phone no. and signature of receiver is attached in attachments. My package is at position 8 in courier delivery receipt.)
24 June 2015 - contacted paytm customer service first time for refund not received purpose
Since then, customer service reply to wait 72 hours. They reply, "We have forwarded your complain to concern department. We will get back to you with update in 72 hours."I have been getting this reply after every 72 hours again and again, but even after 21 days of return courier delivery there is no update.
Moreover, for any question customer service representative don't answer that specific question. Instead of answers I have been getting reply, "We have raised a complaint with the concerned team to provide a resolution for your issue. We will get back to you with an update in next 72 hrs". And after 72 hours, nothing. No update.
One customer service Representative named Manish3 IE replied me on 1/July/2015 that refund will be credited in source account (my source account was my bank account).
On 8/July/2015, I requested for call back from customer service. So, on 9/July/2015, I got a call back. The person informed me that paytm don't have facility to refund directly in source bank account (This statement conflicts with statement of Manish3 IE). He also informed me that the delay is because paytm can't contact merchant (OHS ENTERPRISE) from last 20 days. He also told me that I will get refund if and only if paytm can contact merchant and confirm return package. Otherwise, even after months I will not get refund.
Desirable resolution according to paytm terms is :
paytm give me product amount back + Rs. 200 return package charges
I can't find any solution for this problem. I request you to kindly solve this problem ASAP.
Complaint marked as Resolved I also sent e-mail to paytm servicehead at
[email protected] on the same day I complaint here. Surprisingly, my complaint was solved on the same day after by servicehead. They gave me money back with 200 return courier charge. If anyone have issue with paytm then the following link may help :

Did not give response to my complaint rather some body named Rahul fraud gave me a call on 11.07.2015 and said that he is calling from paytm and want to resolve your complaint and debited Rs. 4400/- from my Account. he switched off his mobile immidiatly after this transaction.I have lost my money tell who will pay my money back?
I will advise everybody not to deal with PAYTM. its a fraud company, cheater.you will definitely be cheated n will loose your hard earned money.
