I have purchased a samsung sa[protected] mah from paytm and paid the amount in advance through debit card. I received the same on 09. 07. 2015through e com express courier.

It is disappointing that the device is defected and not working properly. I want to get it changed immediately.

Kindly make solution of my problem otherwise i have no other option except to go to the consumer court.
Paytm is fraud and cheater


Did not give response to my complaint rather some body named Rahul fraud gave me a call on 11.07.2015 and said that he is calling from paytm and want to resolve your complaint and debited Rs. 4400/- from my Account. he switched off his mobile immidiatly after this transaction.I have lost my money tell who will pay my money back?


I will advise everybody not to deal with PAYTM. its a fraud company, cheater.you will definitely be cheated n will loose your hard earned money.

    Hi,

    I have made a recharge of 99 (ORDER NO.[protected]). Paytm says that it's a 3G data recharge of Vodafone. But Vodafone says that it's a 2G data plan. Because of the wrong information, i have lost

    1. 3G balanced data i.e. approx 400mb
    2. Recharge amount i.e. 99 Rs

    Currently my phone is having 2G data because of the wrong recharge. I had a word with Vodafone. They also told me that Paytm is providing the wrong information on their website.

    Now i want my losses back i.e. 3G data and amount asap.

        Dear Sir(s)/Madam(s), I was shown recharge benefits of 2GB data for 28 days on Rs.299/- recharge (as an special offer, which pops up once we try for usual talktime recharges) on the Paytm website. The offer was not extended to me by Paytm, and on raising a complaint request to Paytm they replied - "Unfortunately, the talk time or any other benefit that you receive is entirely controlled by operator. Therefore, we request you to please get in touch with Airtel." (please see mail below) While on contacting airtel customer care, the executive asked me to contact Paytm only since it is a non-Airtel website. Being an airtel and paytm customer - i'm being sandviched between both of you for no fault of mine. Please look into the complaint and help me resolve it. PS: If you are unable to do that, please let me know in whose name should i file a case in the consumer court. a prompt response would be appreciated. Thanks.             I am not able to login in paytm for last one month. I am using the same paytm account for more than 3 years. When I try to log in using my paytm id ([protected]@gmail.com) and password, it is showing a message "Your account is temporarily blocked for login.". I mailed my grievance multiple times to paytm and I received only an auto generated mail with ticket number[protected]. But they are not resolve the issue and not comunicated for last one month. I have Rs 309.5 in paytm wallet. Paytm does not refund this amount.

              Hi, Order number - [protected]‏. I have ordered a product and i received used product.Don't you verify a product before sending to a Customer. Outer Package(PAYTM) was good but when i opened it i found all these. 1. Package is Dirty and damaged. 2.SERIAL NUMBER and BARCODE Labels tampered on outside box(No serial number at all). 3. Watch is having scratches and finger prints right after opening it. 4.Warranty card is blank(No serial number and Barcode). 5. Instruction manual is torn. Pls check the attached pictures. This is a question of genuinity and trust, based on the Trust on PAYTM only i have ordered this product, this is bizarre felling for me. I have already raised a request for returning this item in my Paytm account.Kindly Approve the returns and refund my money as soon as possible.                   I have received a wrong product and now i am claiming for my refund but till now i havent received my amount back. So many mails has been sent to paytm team. but still no action being taken by them. Paytm is a cheating website. Fake people. Worst Shopping website.

                    Hello sir, I placed an order #[protected] containing Prestige Omega Select Plus Aluminium 270 Mm Flat Base Kadhai worth Rs. 1579 on paytm.com from merchant named OHS ENTERPRISE. Paytm told me to return this order because Damaged/Defective product received. I sent it back to the merchant. But even after 21 days of return package got delivered, refund is not received because paytm can't contact merchant. Timeline regarding order no #[protected] : 5 June 2015 - order placed on paytm.com 13 June 2015 - order delivered & because of defect the return request was initiated same day 15 June 2015 - return was sent from customer side because return courier was not available form paytm side at my pin code 19 June 2015 - return package got delivered (Delivery proof from Tirupati Courier service, Hyderabad with phone no. and signature of receiver is attached in attachments. My package is at position 8 in courier delivery receipt.) 24 June 2015 - contacted paytm customer service first time for refund not received purpose Since then, customer service reply to wait 72 hours. They reply, "We have forwarded your complain to concern department. We will get back to you with update in 72 hours."I have been getting this reply after every 72 hours again and again, but even after 21 days of return courier delivery there is no update. Moreover, for any question customer service representative don't answer that specific question. Instead of answers I have been getting reply, "We have raised a complaint with the concerned team to provide a resolution for your issue. We will get back to you with an update in next 72 hrs". And after 72 hours, nothing. No update. One customer service Representative named Manish3 IE replied me on 1/July/2015 that refund will be credited in source account (my source account was my bank account). On 8/July/2015, I requested for call back from customer service. So, on 9/July/2015, I got a call back. The person informed me that paytm don't have facility to refund directly in source bank account (This statement conflicts with statement of Manish3 IE). He also informed me that the delay is because paytm can't contact merchant (OHS ENTERPRISE) from last 20 days. He also told me that I will get refund if and only if paytm can contact merchant and confirm return package. Otherwise, even after months I will not get refund. Desirable resolution according to paytm terms is : paytm give me product amount back + Rs. 200 return package charges I can't find any solution for this problem. I request you to kindly solve this problem ASAP.

                    I also sent e-mail to paytm servicehead at [email protected] on the same day I complaint here. Surprisingly, my complaint was solved on the same day after by servicehead.                       I recharged mobile no [protected] from my paytm account ( mobile no [protected] ) on 6th jul 2015 . The transaction of 251 rs was failed twice, but the money was deducted that too twice 502 rs ...

                      I tried calling the customer care, but number never picked, is paytm really real company or just a front to snatch money ???

                      I need my money back .

I have complained six times, they are giving reference no, and asking me to contact. This is not my job, they should do it. Even my money (200/-)also not transferring back.                                 I had placed 2 orders from PayTM during their electronics sale on the 23rd June. I got the deals at 70% off. Both orders were confirmed by the seller and were shipped. These were sent via courier Swapnex ORDER NO. [protected] iZOTRON MiniBoom BT Bluetooth Speaker (Black) ORDER NO. [protected] Vox PK 61 18000 mAh Power Bank (Black) The staff AjayPal confirmed that the orders would be delivered through The AWB # is[protected] when I raised a Ticket #[protected]. Now finally the orders have been cancelled and returned to sender and amount refunded, PayTM please keep your promise. If there was a problem with your courier partner send it through another one. All I want them to do is give me the product at the same cost I ordered it for as it was no fault of mine.

                                  The real cheaters In India My order I'd is #[protected] And I orders a casserole on May using wallet credit And I got a call from first flight courier On June 3 that its been reached Kollam and can't deliver to My city I should go get the product from 29 km Away from my home ( Superb Home delivery ) When I go to that courier its not shown in the image so I rejected it and asked for refund By mail And the courier reached back to Dealer on 22 June ( Attaching the image ) with the same tracking no [protected] When I tried to Complaint they told me that they have been raised a complaint And wait 72 hrs after every 72 hr I complaint again Still now response And today I complaint at the same moment got a mail that Return rejected And now where is my product No money No product

                                    Hello, Order# [protected] I have been provided a defective piece for the Kindle Paperwhite I purchased of which I have already submitted proof in the form of pictures and got my concern validated but I still haven't received any resolution. When I urged for a replacement my request was turned down stating it is against the policies. I then settled for a replacement but only from my updated address, of which I had explicitly mentioned in all my mails. I was then asked to wait for three days which has now been more than a week without any resolution. I had reallocated to Lucknow from Mumbai of which I had mentioned even in my first conversation with Paytm so it is not possible for me to provide the product to someone who can return it in my place which is the only workaround Paytm executives have provided me when I have asked them to have it picked up from my updated address. This too they mentioned being against their policies o[censored]pdating the address even though I had mentioned the updated address in my first mail I had sent out regarding the defective product. Have the product collected from my address without further delay - 4/266 Vivek Khand, Gomtinagar, Lucknow, UP - 226010 Even after twenty five email conversations I have not got any resolution with most replies being automated and others stating the same thing over and over again.                                       I ordered one mobile phone through paytm on the date[protected], order no:[protected].Courier received[protected] fully coated plastic cover with the name paytm .Firstly i broken the plastic cover and received two side stickered micromax phone box.I can see the one sticker (Micromax) is all ready scratched but i believe in paytm service i scratch second sticker and open the box unfortunately the mobile is miss in the box (Charger, headset, battery and users manual ) is there.Please take necessary action.                                         I Have booked bus tircket on Paytm from My Home town Savda to Pune for 2 person, Rs. 500 each for 7th July . But the bus is cancelled by Bus operator due to bus failure, He mailed paytm accordingly and inform me to collect your cashback from Paytm side. I have mailed immediately paytm but not there are replying me nor accepting call on there 24*7 helpline.As per there policy if bus cancelled by bus operator, you do not canclled ticket we refund your total amount. Now there are not ready to talk also.Tired to mailing and calling them.Can you help me.
