Dear Sir,
This is Samit Dutta, ordered a product (Formula1 - Premium Liquid Wax 473ml) through Paytm (Order Id : [protected]) and paid the amount on 16th Jun'15. After not receiving it post couple of weeks, I have tried to contact Paytm Team as well as the seller (Carplus). I came to know from the seller (Seller Name - Carplus; Contact Point - Mr. Nischal Gulati) that they have tried to send the product via FedEx but they were not able to deliver it to me after trying thrice, though not sure of the reason. Now, Mr. Nishchal Gulati initially had a word with the Paytm team and requested for returning the money back to my Paytm Wallet as they were not able to deliver it successfully. In the mean time I have also tried to reach Paytm Customer care team and complained against the same requesting for my money back. I have tried to contact them thrice but every time I got a response that it would be taken care of in another 48 - 72 hours. Now, as I was not getting proper response, I have again tried to reach Mr. Nischal Gulati from Carplus and he then dropped a mail to Paytm representative (Name : Mr. Pratham Dwivedi of Paytm) copying me. The same request is then forwarded to Ms. Tanuja Rana of paytm but doing all this, I haven't got any proper response and not even my money back to my Paytm Wallet. Today morning, I have tried to reach Mr. Pratham Dwivedi and after a long try when I got connected, he mentioned that on payment refund, he won't be able to help me out. This is the current situation I am just going through in a loop for quite a long time and I am really frustrated after getting this kind of response and proactiveness from Paytm team as I haven't got the product on time and not even my money back to my Wallet after more than three weeks elapsed.
Considering the current scenario, I would request to help me and take necessary steps on getting harassed and frustrated and spending a lot of my valuable time from my busy schedule.
Hope to get a prompt reply and necessary help.

After 25 days still my issue not resolved from paytm. Worst service.
