    Dear Sir, This is Samit Dutta, ordered a product (Formula1 - Premium Liquid Wax 473ml) through Paytm (Order Id : [protected]) and paid the amount on 16th Jun'15. After not receiving it post couple of weeks, I have tried to contact Paytm Team as well as the seller (Carplus). I came to know from the seller (Seller Name - Carplus; Contact Point - Mr. Nischal Gulati) that they have tried to send the product via FedEx but they were not able to deliver it to me after trying thrice, though not sure of the reason. Now, Mr. Nishchal Gulati initially had a word with the Paytm team and requested for returning the money back to my Paytm Wallet as they were not able to deliver it successfully. In the mean time I have also tried to reach Paytm Customer care team and complained against the same requesting for my money back. I have tried to contact them thrice but every time I got a response that it would be taken care of in another 48 - 72 hours. Now, as I was not getting proper response, I have again tried to reach Mr. Nischal Gulati from Carplus and he then dropped a mail to Paytm representative (Name : Mr. Pratham Dwivedi of Paytm) copying me. The same request is then forwarded to Ms. Tanuja Rana of paytm but doing all this, I haven't got any proper response and not even my money back to my Paytm Wallet. Today morning, I have tried to reach Mr. Pratham Dwivedi and after a long try when I got connected, he mentioned that on payment refund, he won't be able to help me out. This is the current situation I am just going through in a loop for quite a long time and I am really frustrated after getting this kind of response and proactiveness from Paytm team as I haven't got the product on time and not even my money back to my Wallet after more than three weeks elapsed. Considering the current scenario, I would request to help me and take necessary steps on getting harassed and frustrated and spending a lot of my valuable time from my busy schedule.       Hello I am PAYTM user and i shop may time from paytm flipkart and ebay. Last time i bought product from PAYTM that product was not suitable for me so request a return. i ordered on 18 june 2015 after that i requested for return and till now 9 july 2015 return was no pick up from my home. Against this i email PAYTM care more then 10 time No one give me appropriate service and my problem regarding to return not solve till now. I am giving all my order details as bellow and i hope PAYTM will stringent action against all PAYTM Team Delivery partner ECOM express and involve persons.         I have requested an external hard disk (WD Blue Color) but they sent me red color of same model but invoice for blue color. Due to this mismatch in model and invoice I requested them to exchange the product or send me correct invoice of the product that I have received but their stupid and lazy customer care executives unable to understand and not replying properly. I am asking for a simple resolution whether exchange my product as per my order or provide me correct invoice as I have received same model but different color and invoice. But they r unable to provide this simple resolution. Cheap Paytm still not providing a tollfree customer care number and thus wasting customer's money while calling their disgusting customer care @[protected] Their major cons: 1. No toll free customer care number. 2. Very late and lazy customer care service that provide incorrect resolution. 3. No proper escalation matrix. 4. Missing exchange policy. 5. Very late or no action on pending tickets. 6. Poor and incorrect information on their website regarding products and service. 7. No customer reviews on products and service.

        I had already raised a ticket: (Request #[protected] on 30 June 2015 regarding my reported complaint but still waiting for proper resolution. Also informed their @[protected] but they told me to wait for resolution but still there is no resolution or update.
        Never shop from paytm
        After 25 days still my issue not resolved from paytm. Worst service.

[protected] May '15 12:17 am I kept an order which is mentioned above for a diary of rs 573 on may 15 actually its not been delivered to me and they have upadated the orders section that the product has been succesfully delivered on 4th of jun 15, from that day onwards iam sending mails daily and they not even responding to my refun of money request. they are making money from us and they dont even care about us. all the people who are working there are lazy and dont know what to do when a complaint comes they just forward the acknowledge mail to us that is also system generated mail after that there is no response or mail from them. Something has to be done with them. how many complaints are there from n number of people with n no of complaints.

              I have placed Order No[protected] on 28 Apr '15 11:01 pm but still I didn't get this product but the status is showing as deliver. Regarding to this issue I have given so many requests through mail and every day I used to call customer call. Every time Customer care people are saying that this issue is escalated and it will resolved with in 48 to 72 hours. I didn't get any update since 2 months from customare care.

                  Hi Paytm, This Issue is pending from last one month. need a quick resolution. My Paytm Account details: Mobile no:[protected] Mail ID : ram.[protected]@techmahindra.com Order No: [protected] Product Name: Intex IT-PB6K 6000 mAh Power Bank For Smartphones (Silver) Total amount- Rs 868 350 from paytm wallet, 518 from the card. The Problem is 350 refunded to wallet but 518 not refunded. Paytm saying technical issue in processing the amount but the money is debited from my card. I have not received this amount(518) as refund either from bank or from paytm. Bank officials saying that the amount is claimed by Paytm. Bank reference no: VT151560054000270000120. I want to know whether you are refunding my money or not.

                    Hi, I have booked the order[protected] on 29-May -2015. Tracking id for the order is[protected] .On 6-6-105 I have cancelled the order before the item has reached me. As per paytm information(not to accept the item if person come for delivery) when courier person called me for delivery I have asked him to send the item back to seller. They have sent the item back.Please find tracking no for sending back the item https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?tracknumbers=[protected] which says on 23-6-15 seller received the item. But still I have not got my money back and No one is under standing the issue to resolve. I have keep on asking for update every time I receive mail that with in next 72 hours we will get update. This happened thrice.Till now there is no update on the order. Kindly look into the issue. From Past 11/2 month I am running behind Paytm but no information on the issue. I have been in contact for more than one month every time i get mail saying next 72 hours it will update. I get info from them that "am Shobha, and I understand you are concerned about your money. I'd like to inform you that once the shipment reaches back to the merchant, your amount will be refunded in next 3 to 4 days into your Paytm account. I hope this helps.                       I had recently ordered the whole set of seat covers(front & rear) from paytm whose order no. is [protected]. Now the issue is that the seller has delivered the correct shipment in good condition but one of the seat cover in the shipment is missing, that is base rest seat cover of front seat (image attached). May be it's a small mistake of the seller but I am having hard time convincing paytm people to send me that missing item from the shipment. The ticket number of my complaint at paytm is[protected]. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

But till now I didn't received the item.I spoke with the ecom customer care and they told me that it may take another 4/5 days which is not acceptable.                             I booked a bus ticket using paytm on last friday.. Paytm Cash Txn ID[protected] and bill desk id is #DPT[protected] for the order i had place on domino's pizza's website For Rs 402 but as i was not able to see my order there i called domino's people they said that here we have not recevied any order so we will tell your bank/ paytm operator to refund your amount. so sir i cant wait more for this refund of RS 402 . plz send me the refund as soon as possible. and kindly do the needful.                                 Himanshu if the transaction is failed than dominos people vl refund it within 7days. My refund took only 3days
                                How to contact dominos?
                                I faced the same issue today, the dominos customer care person say it takes 6-7days for the refund.

                                Why deduct the amount when the order cannot be fulfilled. Then lock the amount for 7days.

                                      After repeated e mail to you to replace or refund my defaulty power bank, i am not getting any proper reply from your side wether the product will be reversed or not.

                                        Hi, I have ordered Mitashi BS-120BT 5.1 Home Theatre (Black) Qty: 1(ORDER NO.[protected]), which was delivered to my address on 18 June 2015. I have done the payment by debit card on 12 june 2015 and also applied coupon, but cashback of this offer is still not received. I have written emails to Paytm care team on 19 June 2015 regarding my issue, but they only raised complaint (Ticket #[protected]: MPtkt - Paytm Cash issue). After waiting for so many days i have not received my cash in my wallet nor a single reply from their side. I have even made call to their customer care number, they told me to send photographs of product that i have received. I have provided the same also but still not received my cash. I have made several emails of followup but they are not giving reply to me. So request please help.
