I have recharged my BSNL Mobile No. [protected] for Rs. 198/- under Paytm Ticket No.[protected] on 06.07.15 at 10.41 a, m, even after two days I have not received the recharge. I had sent 3 emails to them without any response. Paytm site is not responding for submitting grievances.

Dear Team, I had ordered 3 power banks . I received only 2 instead of 3. But it is mentioned that all 3 are delivered. I see both the power banks are damaged and are not working. Request you to kindly check and revert. I dont want to buy your products, cancel the order. Take the 2 power banks and refund what ever i have paid for 3 power banks. Reena M

Are your people taking revenge on me ? if you cannot help please let me know or else I would escalate in Consumer Forum . Even after having this Worst Experience and after telling I would fight out a legal battle in Consumer Forum, They don't bother to resolve my issue, they have not replied my last escalation email from past 5 days .

My order no is [protected] on 03 Jul '15 11:34 pm. I have received the packet today afternoon. But after opening i found no product inside. only two bolts wrapped in the papers. Paytm has cheated me. The packet was not damaged or tampered on outside cover. I recharged my tata sky dth [protected] on 13/02/15 twiced with 2860 inr which order no.[protected] and[protected]. And i requested for refund for any one order from tata sky. I was told that if paytm write to tata sky within 24 hrs for refund then i will get my money, And tata sky deducted money already. I have order from paytm and received product after long wait. when I show my product with my surprise I received product with totally different colour. now when i ask for change with original product, they are not giving replacement or not giving my money back. my DTH recharge is due for the coming round and i need to recharge it. i used my saved card and the message i received is "the transaction declined please use another card"... what kind of service is this?? i have money in my account and the same card is saved on paytm... you want me to get a fresh new card for every transaction?? stupid service by you paytm... sort of this problem asap... stupid...
