Respected sir, I was to travel from Kanpur to Delhi by M/s Singh Travel Bus on 08.06.15 of v11.45PM Bus. Bus aws cancelled due to some reason And we were told that the Tkt fare will be refunded to our accounts. Dear, I had Ordered in paytm with Order ID [protected] (Adidas shoes) on 16th June, with that expected delivery date was 23-July but still product not delivered.It is in shipped state only they shipped the product or not I dont j=know. It was sent by ECOM express and there no update from courier company also, I raised somany complaints to PAYTM customer care but there is no use and no update from them, I tried calling to customer care number but they put me on waiting for around 40 minutes and not connected to the executive this was very worst about paytm customer support team. I requested call back somany times but I did not get single call from PAYTM. I had paid Rs: 4599/- but there is no use . PAYTM simply putting offers to attract the people and taking money and not delivering the product . Request to my product to be received, I paid 4599 around 20 days back, If they return the money also waste of my time and money, so I want my product to be delivered. Many friends having problem with this worst paytm, If this is not solved we are planing to go directly with all the issues to direct court and will give complaint.

Dear Sir, I had ordered a product on June 23, 2015 with orderId-[protected] on PayTm. I have already payed for the product using my credit card. The product was suppose to deliver by June 29, 2015, but I have not recieved the product till date. I have contacted the PayTm customer care several times, all are in vain. They have set of recorded lines "We give you update in next 72 hours". I have escalated this issue to their head concern team, but as expected no response. Seems like they are not willing to deliver the product. For the proof I have recorded calls with them and saved all mail trails.I request to you kindly look into this matter. i placed a Order no.[protected] on 28 may 2015...my regd mobile no is [protected] my name is vinay bansal ... the order was cancelled by the paytm due to address incorrect...although my address was correct...i hv placed order oftan from other sites...and its always delivered...the order was cancelled...they refund my order amount in my paytm wallet...but i want my amount in my bank account...but till now they are not refund my money in my bank account...many times we have email conversations...they assure me to refund my money in my bank account...my order was in may 2015...and now it's july 2015...plz help me in dis...i will be very much thankful to you

We have order prestige pressure cooker on 21-5-15 (Order No.[protected] till date we have not received the said consignment nor refund. Therefore i cancel the said order and request for refund of the same.Now they said the consignment is courier on 6th of June-15 but till date we have not received the consignment.Also the courier portal does not show any movement. When we ask for refund they are saying when the consignment will reach to us we will refund the money. But there is no movement at all. The consignment is still in delhi only. Why the customer should suffer. Is is almost more than one month. Order on 21-5-15 and today is 06-07-15.We want refund of my money. I have bought this from "FAB SALES" which is seller on Paytm...till date we have not recd the product not refund. pl. check before you order from this seller.

Dear Sir I have Rechared from Paytm by 23 rs. Amount Received by Paytm But My Mobile No [protected] is not recharge. My paytm account id is [protected]@gmail.com.The amount is deduct from my account. I have not get recharged on my no. and paytm not give my amount back in to my account or paytm wallet. Please Concern with paytm why they do not give my money back. ??/

In response to my query on 28 th June 2015 ( Support Ticket number #[protected], their representative responded that " Rupay Debit Card option was available on the app ". On 4 th July 2015, they responded to another user on Google Play store that " Rupay card was not available on app ". Which one should I believe? I think they have misguided me.

my paytm account blocked .. i have aprox. 4200 rs in my account but my account is blocked. i have sent mails to [protected]@paytm.com but not reply. and... call customer care 2 times ... but not unblock my account .. i try to contact with paytm through facebook and they said (Mail us : risk.[protected]@paytm.com) ... but mail not sending to risk.[protected]@paytm.com i want my money back ...

I was ordered on 29-June-2015 on paytm for HTC Desire 826 amount of Rs.24795/-. I was received parcel date on 3-July-2015. When I opened parcel I was found stone in parcel. I immediately contact Grahak Suraksha Kendra and Police Commissioner of Surat and I will filed written complain on there. Then I was gone at many media houses and since last 2 days some newspapers cover this news and published it on his newspaper and also cover some local and national TV news channel and telecast it. My complain is in process.

Dear Sir, I am Siddhant Agarwal using paytm since last 30 days, I have purchased few items with paytm and suppose to receive cash back of 4275/- rupees, now i m unable to login my paytm account showing a massage that ''Your account is temporarily blocked for login'' i tried several time and sent in Paytm customer care many mails still no response.I can"t use even my account money that is 4275/- blocked in paytm account. Sir, my account having wallet amount of more than 2000 has been freezed on the pretext that this is a reseller's account. I am a student and have bought every thing for personal use. Each order can be seen in use at my home. I don't understand why they have blocked me. I have received the product [AGS Battery Charger ] through Ecom courier on today 05/07/2015 Against my Order No-[protected].The delivered product is defected and not working . Well, i sold an item on paytm named - 15 ft intex swimming pool easy set - a brand new set of swimming pool, which was accepted by buyer that they have recieved it very nicely, and after 4 days buyer asks me to replace it with a bigger pool i said it is not replaceable and you can't replace it as the buyer was satisfied then he cancelled the return request asked to the payment (Have proofs for the same) ,

Paytm accepted the return request without talking to me or talking to the customer, i talked to the customer and told them if they want another piece they will have to buy, customer says himself (Kashish ahuja) that i just need the pool for one day that is - sunday (21st of june 2015) - and after the pool party is done he doesn't need it.

Now what i get a bad news from paytm that the package has already been picked up from their end. And the package has been delievered to my end.

And as the nuvo ex (Return company says on their profile that they have not picked the product as the buyer himself says that he doesn't wants to return)

So now the paytm has kept my money as well and the product as well.

I have all the relevant proofs being a seller i'm a registered vat seller

And just want a good decision and judgement for the paytm.com for this.

I tried recharged my no([protected]) through paytm mobile app for full talktime of Rs.200 on 01-Jul-2015. While payment the money got debited from the SBI bank successfully, but page didn't redirect to Paytm recharge page. I was having 33 Rs. balanace in my paytm wallet, hence amount of 167.00/- deducted from the bank.Which haven't credited yet, neither to the bank nor to the wallet from paytm. I want my money back..please do needful action.

I have received the watch and find that watch is not in the working condition and traces found that the machine is opned before delivery. So, I have decided to return the item and inform the same to the customer care same day of delivery.but Paytm not responded, in spite of my numerous reminders for Request for lifting the item. anf fail to get even reply from them
