I placed one order#[protected] on 20th June as I have to gift my nephew on 10th July. There is one update on 25th July that physical handover is pending and after that no updates after 15days also. If they are unable to process the order, they should inform us in 3-4days so that we can buy something else or can do preparation accordingly. The worst thing regarding paytm that there is no option to talk their customer care. I tried twice but I could not talk

      I did a recharge on my Aircel phone :-"[protected]" through Paytm portal on jun 29 at 11:58 am . but the recharge did not happen in my phone . As i complained to them they said that i should wait for four hours and then check but it still did not happen. So, i made another complaint stating the same that i want my recharge done by the end of the day, but still they said that ok we will look into it. These conversations are still going on with them but i still did not get my recharge done . Yesterday, itself they said that they have contacted the "Aircel" company and told me to contact them myself regarding some operator reference no.-"[protected]C8170F" So, i tried contacting the Aircel company also, but they have their own sorts of problems that i can see. First of all, i talked to one of the customer care executives and he gave me another number of Tamil Nadu customer care to contact to, as my no. is registered in Tamil Nadu, but as it turned out that no. was of Kerela customer care . Then i talked to the Kerela customer care and she gave me another number to contact regarding my case. Then when i tried there i was told that this number is not even an Aircel number. Although i have been using this number over an year now . I mean i do not know what is going on anymore. they have taken my money and are harassing me for 5 days now . i want a serious action taken against whosoever's fault this is. i have also attached a screen shot of my balance after four hours of the recharge that they said to wait for.

        I had ordered a Dell laptop worth rupee 35000 but i got the used one. Packing was not proper from inside. when i opened the laptop it was asking for password, i was surprised, then i thought there must be default password for that. So, searched in google then i called Dell customer care, CCare person told we don't set password for the new laptop, it must be used one. Then i called Paytm care they accepted that product is used.then somehow i managed to open the laptop after re installing the OS. then i checked warranty for the laptop. that is also about to expire. Now i just want Paytm to extend my laptop warranty. I request everyone not to use Paytm. we boycott this site.

              Sir refund is not credited in my account. i order mavis 350 shuttlecock 2nd july 15 and next day i cancel the order. but the money of my order not refund yet to my, On site it show successful return but in my account it is not credited yet.                   I have several complaints to make against paytm. First of all when we raise a complaint and when i receive a reply there will be some new executives coming into the picture trying to resolve the problems which is not correct. In my case, on one particular complaint some 4 executives reply which is very misleading. With regard to the order no. [protected], The package was with the courier person for 8 days and finally not delivered. For this I was not getting a proper reply from paytm as well as the courier company. with regard to the order no. [protected], the product status says handed over to courier and this status is same from last 7 days. Why is the product not shipped after taking the payment. Why is there not a customer feedback to the seller which is there in all other companies like amazon, ebay, flipkat etc. Paytm will be out of the market in few days, if are doing this joining hands with fraud companies. At present you are surviving just because you are offering some cash back!!! count your days paytm

                    Dear Sir, Order no. [protected], i have received today at 10.30AM (04-July-2015). I have charged MI 10400MAH power bank fully for 3.45 hours. After it fully charged i have put my Samsung mobile for charging. It has charged 50% battery (2000 mah battery) and the power bank is get off (Charge is not standing).                         Hello Sir/Madam,
                        I made 2 orders with PayTM. One on 24th June and another one on 27th June. I used the promo code for both orders. Before I paid the amount i saw the message that the promo code applied successfully and the cash back will be credited 24 hours of shipment. But the cash back not credited to my wallet as mentioned. Sent lot of mails and called customer care 3 times starting from 24th June. Every time Customer care requested to wait 72 hours, 48 hours. but no actions on my cash back. almost 8 days gone. In the mean time I received the products.when i call customer care they said i did not use promo code. It shocked me. and they said it was communicated to concern team. After waiting for 3 days for each call, I decided and requested to connect the concern team to deal directly. The customer care person told me to wait to transfer my call to them and put me in Hold nearly 30 minutes and no response. Till now the product available with reduced price PayTM with promo code. Even though they are not doing the cash back to my wallet. when ever I call to customer care, different person attending and saying to wait another 72 hours. I requested the call reference number to escalate. but they are not providing. Please find the order details and used promo code and the raised ticket numbers below.

                          I have placed an order Silver's Badminton kit Order No: [protected] for Rs. 889 yesterday and have rs.229 cash in my paytm wallet... But someone ( unauthorized person ) have login to my id without my knowledge and cancelled the order and recharged for about Rs. 1000 ( Order No [protected] ) and again rs.100 ( Order No [protected] ) ( totally recharged Rs. 1100 )to this particular Aircel Mobile [protected]. How this fraud enter to my login page i dont know.. To login to this website username, password and one time password to mobile is required. But i didnt receive any one one time pasword to my mobile. But only the order message alone came to my mobile... I was very shocked on this... Then I called to this number its in switchoff. I have mailed so many times to Paytm regarding this issue but i am getting reply from them as " your ticket number ( Ticket ID[protected] is booked, we will get back" They are not taking the action. At last i am having the conclusion that the PAYTM team itself they are doing this hacking activity. They are just giving the offer and hacking our personal information and taking back our money. This website is not secure. To PAYTM TEAM: I need my money back of RS.1100... I need immediate solution from you. Please take action ...

                              i had try to book bus ticket through paytm and amount is debited but ticket not booked. paytm status shows that amount will be credited in your account after few hours but still i have not received any amount. i have send many mail regarding this issue to paytm care ids and we received one mail to share bank estatement and when i had share statement they are not replying anything. i don't know why they are doing such unresponsiveness. total 600rs i have lost only because of paytm service. paytm cash Txn ID 9AD4660FB69DC3B6

                                Hello,

                                I have ordered for a product on 17th May 2015, Order#[protected] for 2 shirts size 38. But the order was placed for Size 42 for one shirt. Called the customer care at the same time they said they cannot replace but said that i can stop accepting the order.

                                So i didnot accept the order when the dleivery team called me. Till a month i didnot get any reply.

                                In June 12th i mailed PAYTM team to confirm the status of refund. They said they will refund and after a week after continous reminder they say that product was delivered to me which didnot. I neither received call/msg.

                                Its now 60 two months, Everyday i mail them they say that they will respond in next 72 hrs but no reply till now.

                                Really fed up of this people no response on calls/Mails. Can this forum help me get my refund.

                                Never in my life will i use paytm nor advise anyone

                                  I bought LG G4 from Sanggetha as per their words i got Rs.600 promo code notification on my Paytm app in mobile but when i try to add it to my wallet it tells that its wrong code. ticket number is above i never get response from Paytm . i think the closed their customer service center.

[protected] F&D 511 2.1 speakers in description lots of feature like usb. sdcard slot F.M. remote control etc but when I was open my order from paytm there is no usb.sdcard slot.no F.M. No remote totally fraud nothing is there any features i have register lots of complaints via email because of no customer care number its respond via just an email with sorry for the convenience What can i do..!

                                      I ordered Sony Back pack Combo Set from Paytm, but when I receive the product i found that one bag was used & dirty. It was shipped by SAI INFOTECH on Paytm. I want both NEW set of BAGs...please register my complaint against this fraud. and take strict action against this seller, this will ensure this should not be repeated with other customers.

                                        on 13 June 15, , i had ordered a sparx sandal worth 869, for which Rs 03 was deducted frow wallet and 866 Rupees from SBI Internet banking.The order was failed.and immediately Rs 03 was added to my paytm wallet but till now, the money 866 was not added to either in my wallet or in SBI account.
