    Order no: [protected], I ordered 2 Skull Candy earphones of Red colour, instead i got 2 Green colour Skull Candy earphones. -Either return back the order (or) - replace it with the RED colour earphones. i tried contacting the paytm customer care numbers, but none of them is reachable, so i mailed it also but no response.

      I orders two adidas t-shirt from paytm around 1month back and I was baffled after opening that packing, it was duplicate product, I tried to contact them, then their ivr will reply please register ur complain on [protected]@paytm.com.I send 6-7 emails...once they said we are not having courier pickup from ur place so please send by another courier. Now when I sent it then unfortunately the tracking no. was interchanged somehow by DTDC but when I went and asked them they said change last digit by 1 less then u can track...I checked it and it was showing delivered to the mentioned address. I mailed to paytm attaching screenshot of the same but I am not getting any response from them since 1 week. Prior to that that asked me if I can keep that product and they will give some discount then I said its not even worth of 100rs how can I buy it for 2000rs...this is what happens when u have too many sellers, that's why people don't trust online sites... pathetic service...

        I have ordered a matchbook from paytm on 18th June 2015 and they didn't deliver my order.. I have mailed them many times and they kept on saying oder is in transit and the delivery partner is economic express. I have called both courier guys and paytm people. They didn't respond and the courier guys doesn't even have the Bangalore number. After all this drama I have cancelled the order on 29th June due to delay in delivery as their promised date in 24th of June. After the cancellation of order.. It's been more than 5 days and my amount is not refunded. They are keeping on saying they will refund when the order is received by the seller. When the courier guy is not proper when will they receive back the product and when will they refund my amount. I have bought it on credit card and I have to.pay the bill now for that. Please do the needful. And also they are saying they will refund the entire amount as paytm cash. I don't need that to happen. I need all the money to my account. Please do the needful.

            Hi All I had purchased an LED TV through paytm to avail some 7 thousand cash back and purchased it. Now when I am trying to contact them regarding the same the are telling I did not apply the promo-code and hence I will not be getting the money. How can I or they can prove that I did not apply the promo-code? Can anyone would be not interested in going for cash back?

              order no.-[protected] mobile no-[protected] name-Lovdeep Singh I recharge my paytm wallet using my mastercard amount 500 but the error comes out and money gets debited from my canara bank master card and not credited in paytm wallet. I request u to refund my money amount rs 500 by credited to mypaytm wallet or my canarabank account or by any other means .

[protected]) shoes in Paytm, but as the size was the issue I decided to return it, regarding this I contacted paytm customer care. They raised a ticket#[protected].                           It has been more then a week i had registered a complaint with Paytm on a written mail and they dont even have the decency to call back nor reply to the mails. i had ordered a samsung 9000mAh battery which does not have a warranty card nor the wires and cables. Its a sheer loot which paytm guys are doing. Request the admin to look into the matter and get back to me. My complaint reference no is [protected]. The cable is cleary a fake one and im attaching the pics of the same.

                              I have purchased trough paytm. My order no is[protected]. I have purched a luggage bag. At which i have to receive rs 2272 as cashback. But paytm has refused to give cash back as they said that my wallet limit has exceed limit. Then i enquired and come to know that they have credited my canceled order of rs 8041 in my wallet without my consent. Thats why i reached my wallet limit. They should have refunded the money for canceled order to the source card. But they credited into wallet and block the amount of next few orders citing that i have reached the limit. After lot of communication with paytm they agreed to transfer the money into my bank account and asked my bank details. I provide every detail sought by them. And they replied that my transaction has been proceessed by them and suddenly they replied today that my money has been credited to my paytm wallet. They have made fool of me. They blocked my money and then assured that they have refunded in my bank and then again credit in my wallet. They have followed wrong practices of bussiness. They did not ask customer which medium of payment customer seeking to refund his money after cancelation of order. Instead they do it theirself and trf money to paytm wallet and then make customer harrash of their service. I want all my cash back related to this order should be credited in my bank account details provided to them.

                                      I have have tried to place an order on 11th june with order id[protected] which got failed after entering OTP on 3d secure page. I have re-placed the order with order id [protected] on the same day. But when i checked in my bank statement i was charged twice i.e. for the failed transaction as well. Bank person told me that seller has claimed both transactions & provided me the transaction id's "[protected] & [protected]". I have mailed your customer care many times about the same but response is very poor every time. Every time they are just responding in stupid manner i.e. thet bank will refund you automatically or plz provide screen-shot of statement or like amount we have charged for some other order id etc. I am really getting tired of taking the follow-up of the matter. request you to refund my amount or i will be forced to take some other step as i have valid transaction id's provided by the bank as proof & you will have to give the answer to the consumer court that for which order id's you have claimed these amount.
