    hello, I am Debashree Mishra .I ordered "SAREE EXOTICA WHITE BHAGALPURI SAREE" to gift my mother on her anniversary but unfortunately the design on the border of the saree is not liked by my mother . So now i want to return this saree and buy another one in its place.I request to send any of your delivery man to come and take the product and return the money in our paytm wallet.       I have have tried to place an order on 11th june with order id[protected] which got failed after entering OTP on 3d secure page. I have re-placed the order with order id [protected] on the same day. But when i checked in my bank statement i was charged twice i.e. for the failed transaction as well. Bank person told me that seller has claimed both transactions & provided me the transaction id's "[protected] & [protected]". I have mailed your customer care many times about the same but response is very poor every time. Every time they are just responding in stupid manner i.e. thet bank will refund you automatically or plz provide screen-shot of statement or like amount we have charged for some other order id etc. I am really getting tired of taking the follow-up of the matter. request you to refund my amount or i will be forced to take some other step as i have valid transaction id's provided by the bank as proof & you will have to give the answer to the consumer court that for which order id's you have claimed these amount.

          I made a purchase through paytm site online. I paid through icici net banking, my balance of rs. 239 deducted from my bank account but on paytm i got the message payment failed. Now i'm not sure fault is on which side from paytm or icici but my money is deducted and my order not placed.

          (Rs. 239 paid from icici bank account + rs. 10 from paytm wallet)

          I have mailed paytm several times they asked for the details, i provided all the details asked, but since then no response from their side.

          I register complaint on paytm site then Paytm customer care called and added money in my paytm wallet. Later as they added money someone from around the world recharged with that money again I made a complaint and paytm again added money to paytm wallet and then I utilised. Thanks!

                This is an open and shut case. I had bought two tickets for the same coach but as separate transactions as i wanted to take advantage of the cash-back offer on bus tickets. But on the travel day, i called up the operator and they told that the coach was cancelled and asked me to get in touch with paytm for the refund. And while one customer agent has replied that indeed the coach was cancelled and refunded the amount for one ticket, another agent is saying that the coach was not cancelled and have not refunded the other ticket amount. This is like saying half the bus went and the other half got cancelled. I've been splitting my hairs over this and it's highly frustrating. These are the details:

                Order no.[protected] bus ticket (Obck6c) from bangalore to kodaikanal on[protected] they cancelled this ticket with refund.

                Order no.[protected] bus ticket (Obckvb) from bangalore to kodaikanal on[protected] – not cancelled - its the same bus.

                This is the reply from one of their agents who cancelled the first bus ticket:

                I am anku and i am going to do my best to solve your problem.
                Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have confirmed with the bus operator and found that your bus was cancelled due to unavoidable reason. Therefore we have refunded rs. 999 to your paytm cash account as you have already got rs.200 as a cashback.

                See the contradiction! I'm suffering from more than one month and this is how they harass someone who was recharged and bought several items from their online store. This is heights of insensitivity and making me. I've stopped making any transactions with this site. They might think well this is just one customer (There is actually several here), but this kind of arrogance comes just before the fall. Any company who does not care for their customers is heading towards doom, maybe not today, but it's inevitable!

                    I had ordered 2 products vide Order No.[protected], details are as follows 1. Toy Kraft Paint a Cash Cow Piggy Bank 2. Offspring Powder Puff Both these items were returned by me. Since Paytm could not arrange for a reverse pickup they requested me to courier the product and promised to pay the courier charges to me once the product reaches the seller. I have duly submitted courier slips to the company continuously but i am yet to receive any payment from them towards the courier charges. Pls help

                        Paytm is not a trust-able site.

                        I have ordered a water purifier of rs 6250 bu i received damaged product.
                        It is mentioned in the description of the product that replacement of product is available is case of damage.

                        But paytm is saying it is not our policy.They refused to replace product even when seller is ready to replace.
                        Paytm is fraud. They are not ready to solve their customer problems.

                        They give false promises to make their customers before purchase but after purchase they refuse to accept everything by easily saying not in our policy even when customer has a written proof to prove paytm wrong.

                        I will suggest to everyone not to use paytm.

                            i recharge 30 rs. for my vodafone no.[protected] yesterday 01/07/2015.this done by ur app. balance of 30 rs. debited from my credit card. but recharge was not get. yet.order no. is [protected] at.9.23 AM on 01/07/2015.message got that waiting for operator confirmation.after that i make another recharge of 30 rs. this was successful. but above recharge balance was not credited in my PAYTM account yet. Please do the needful.

                              World's worst private company scandals by Paytm. Paytm in partnership with Samsung doled out 500 Rupees recharge option per month for a period of 6 months on purchase of Samsung E7 smart phone at retails outlets. Gullible people who fell for that offer hook, line and sinker didn't receive any further intimation on that / didn't see it materialize. I'm wondering how such crooks who boast of themselves as the biggest payment gateway on earth could still stay in business. Millions of customers have been cheated by Paytm on this offer and i'm sure customers in future would not fall for such seemingly glossy offers. NOTE TO CUSTOMERS: Please be aware of Paytm offers in future. If Paytm talks about "pecuniary" benefits on a purchase, you gotta prepare yourself to be on your guard.

                                I had booked a bus ticket on 14 June, 2015 from paytm.com, when I reach the bus stand I called up to driver to enquire about the bus number. The driver told, the bus is cancelled due break failure. Next day, I reported for a refund amount on paytm website, they gave a commitment to solve this problem within 72 hours, but till now, I did not get my refund I am totally disappointed with your service.                                     The order was placed on 16.06.2015 but the product is not delivered even after 15 days from the booking. During booking, the estimated delivery time was 5 to 7 days. I made lot of communication with paytm but paytm informed that the product is handed over to courier company and will be reach you shortly. Every time they send me the same reply. I contacted the courier company but they dont pick up the phone and also they dont reply to email. The courier company name is Swapnex and the AWB Number was[protected]. Now paytm has cancelled the order without giving any reason and keeping the money with them for 15 days. kindly take necessary action against such company so that they can not cheat other customers.                                         My order id is [protected]. I returned that item to that seller.But still the amount is not refunded to my wallet. I sent 4 to 6 mails to [protected]@patym . I raised almost 10 complait tickets. But there is no response. I request you to consider my complaint and refund my amount.
