    My sister ordered crocs brown flip-flops for my dad in the Paytm mall worth rupees 1675/- after that my sister received a message that your order is shipped with order id [protected] and on the expected delivery date my sister got a message that your product was delivered and my sister called my dad and asked about the flip-flops my father said that he didn't receive any flip-flops.Then my sister contacted customer care and they said that they will enquire and will initiate the Refund.After somedays again my sister called they didn't give proper reply and after contacting many times they told to contact xpressbess couriers.But my sister ordered in Paytm mall they should be responsible not the courier persons.so I decide to complaint in the consumercomplaints to get the refund

      Beneficiary not receive amount of 3000/ rupees but this amount showing deduted from sender account. Please solve the problem. Contact to Paytm customer care is too much difficult. I try to contact with paytm customer care but i didnt get success.

        Sir, on 16th sept. My money was deducted from my account when i was trying to add money to my paytm wallet. But on the other side sbi didn't give to massage of deducted money. From my point of view it is mistake of sbi.. But nevertheless i quickly called to sbi castomer care but told me that paytm is not our interface so we can't help you and then i called to paytm helpline they said me that the transaction was cancelled by sbi... Sir plz help me to get out of this problem...

              I did some recharges through paytm app. But due to some error, these transactions failed and refund was not done to my account. Accordingly when i contacted their customer care, they gave transaction numbers and told that refund has been done to my bank account. Further when i lodged complaint in the bank, they told me that these transactions were approved not failed. Following are the complete details:-

                  Sir i have done transaction on date 13/09/2019 via upi lekin wah fail ho gaya aur 2000 rs. Debit ho gaya aur sbi me jab maine sbi customer care ko call kiya tab vo bata rahe hai ki aap paytm par bat karo.
                  Jab maine paytm par bat kiya to vah bata rahe hai ki aap bank se bat kare niche screenshot me proof hai sir. Mai bahut paresan hu sir please help me sir.

                          I cancelled a ticked from paytm and i didnt receive refund yet and i cancelled the ticket on 9 september and booking id is [protected].. I messaged to paytm but they are saying that money has been initiated from paytm but my bank is taking time after that i called bank but they are saying that money has not been initiated from paytm and if money has been initiated then it will will be given to me.... Paytm making me fool by saying that money has been tramsfered for my refund.... I want my money within 24 hrs

                            Would like to inform you that i made a upi transaction on 13th september 2919 for the amount 330 from paytm mobile bank linked with my sbi bank account and the amount got debited from my account, transaction shows successful, but receiver didnot get the amount.

                            I have raised several tickets on paytm, contacted sbi customer several times without any help.

                            I going in circles, paytm is asking me to contact sbi, sbi is asking me to contact paytm, i am stuck in between.
                            I received an empty box of instead of order 250gm walnut from paytm.this is clear fraud and i had no clue that anything of such sort me happen, so i do not even have any unboxing video.
                            I expect a positive reply.

                                I purchased pubg uc for rs 420, rs 79 and rs 79 and rs 79 respectively on 15 sep 2019.
                                My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has failed. I didn't receive my uc not did i got any refund. Please either give me uc in pubg mobile or refund my money.

                                I haven't got my refund. Amazo are claiming that they have sended money and paytm is claiming that money has not received ( initiated) yet.

                                  I have spent 799 inr for 600 uc cash in pubg mobiles for upgrade to royal pass date:13/09/2019.
                                  Even though my money was deducted from my account and i didn't received any uc cash.
                                  Please try to solve my problem or else refund my money back. And i have attached my bank transaction receipt.in below

                                    I ordered from paytm mall i ordered from paytm and they also paid online from me. I did not receive my order on delivery dateand paytm is but my order started to show that the order has been delivered i compiled them to show my signature which was not mine and then i get a message that it has been confirmed that you have got the fear that i have not received no further work after that nor have i got my money back

                                    Already i have ordered speria s9pro from phonekart.in after i saw the video related to this phone and site on the youtube how this site cheated to the consumer. I have paid rs 4443 this money is enough for because how hard earn this money i am the studen sir i paid through the google pay.sir can you return my money from this site because there is no any option to cancel the order .my order id is [protected].sir kindly i rquest as soon as possible to return my money in my account. I will be thankfully for this

                                      I was adding around rs 7, 500 to my paytm wallet a few days back and continously getting stuck at a window saying that there had been sime technical error, it kept happening 3 to 4 more times and nothing was added to my wallet whereas the given amount had been deducted from my bank account which i found very strange as it had never happened to me before even though i was aware of money getting stuck at the gateway as it has happened to my acquaintances quite a few times but it was a first for me. It has been 4 days since the amount was deducted from my bank account and my money has still not been refunded nor did i get any message regarding my refund from paytm. I want a detailed report regarding the issue from paytm and obviously urge paytm to refund my amount as soon as possible as i am in a dire need of the said amount.
