    I have booked a iBall Slide Brace-X1 Tablet from paytm.com . Its fraud website . initially paytm have built the trust in market now paytm is cheating with people. money got deducted from my account now neither they are refunding the money nor proceesing my order. Please do not book anything from paytm they are cheater in the market . I have called more then 100 time in[protected] . It automatically got disconnected everytime . Customer care executive are also liar they do false commitment while talking, soon the company will be shut down. I got frustrated with paytm and suggest to never buy anything from paytm.com Kumar advice.[protected]@gmail.com
    I think we should build an association for shutting down these fraud companies like paytm. While the co founders are living the life of multi millionaires from our money

          Paytm wallet cash has been debited from wallet without any intentional transaction from my end. The amount from my paytm wallet has been deducted itself without any transaction activity from my end. I want my paytm wallet cash back.
          Some fake recharges on mob no. [protected], [protected] has been done without any activity from my end. They have deducted my 4010 paytm wallet cash.
          It has been so much time since the problem query ha arised. I want my wallet cash quickly back to my paytm cash wallet.

              Even though recharge is success in paytm records(order id [protected] on 19/6/15 AIRTEL Transaction id:[protected]), but later paytm initiated the amount reversal and the amount has been deducted from my digital tv account [protected](AIRTEL Transaction id:[protected]_PaymentTransfer) neither amount got credited to my paytm wallert nor my credit card account. I am attaching the screen shots of airtel digital tv transactions and paytm transaction details. here it clearly shows on 19/6/15 recharge is success but on 20/06/15: Amount reversal is initiated.(AIRTEL Transaction id:[protected]_PaymentTransfer When i checked with AIRTEL on the same I got response that Paytm has requested for the reversal, hence we have reversed the amount. 1. Why did paytm initiated Amount reversal? 2. if reversed where did the amount go ?, it is not credited to paytm wallet nor my credit card account. This has been happened Tendays ago still i have not heard the correct answer from paytm team.

                I have Purchased 2 Nos. strontium Pen Drives 8 GB @280/- vide bill no 25660/[protected] dated 25.06.2015 through seller Sunrise Info Services, Bangalore.I astonished to see the MRP sticker available on on the pack of item.The MRP mentioned on pack is Rs.240/-.Paytm has charged @ 280/- against the MRP of Rs.240/-.                       I ordered one product thru paytm, vendor cancelled the same after a week . The same amount credited to wallet .. from there it not allowing me transfer the funds to my bank or not CC payment bank .. i raised so many time on the same . no proper responses from them .Most of the products they are delivering broken items and and vendor cancelling the product after week. Simply they are holding people money for while!!!. No customer care support .. The crap team will respond with standard template which is no use for the customer . Ban this PAYTM CRAP Site ...

                        Hhi, am saravana kumar r d (Mob:[protected]) from erode, tamil nadu. On sunday (28.06.2015) i placed an order of vega helmet(Order no.[protected]). But till now its not been shipped. I have sent many mails to theie customer care but even for that no response. This is completely frustrating... Everyone knows wearing helmet is compulsary in tamil nadu from 01.07.2015 so for that i ordrd the product. Today i couldn't drive my bike without helme. Hance came to office through bus and this simple issue affected my personnal life severly. No reply from them for my mails too. Completly cheated and frustrated by paytm's awkward service. Ready to go to consumer court too..

                          Dear Paytm Team, Even after one month of continues followed with you, you guys did not pick the default power bank. Every time, I had called your help desk, I got same answer that within 3 days we will pick up form your home but after one month no one come. What is your company policy???? Is this way to treat your customers????? If you are not selling genuine product then do not mislead to the people. I want my money back today itself, your pick up your default product whenever you want I do not care about it. I just want my money back from such a fraud company. If you do not gave my money back today I will go to customer court against you. I have enough evidence against your guys.                             i have paytm accoung with email .id- mnsh.[protected]@gmail.com and it has been blocked by last 25 days. i write to several mails to customer support team regarding this matter and every time i received the same reply i.e wait for 24-48 hours and resolution of the issue will be under process. and now 25 days have been passed but no action taken by your team members.

                            last mail that i received from one of your PAYTM customer support team member Mr Sourav he writes me in the mail on dated 27/06/2015 that your resolution of the issue will take 24-48 hours and you will wait for 24-48 hours. now more than 80 hours have been passed but no action will be taken from your customer care team.

                            if your team members do not work on given time then why they work there . and also i think they does not show any interest to solve this issue.

                            so i request you to please look in to the matter and resolve this issue as early as possible

                            if you are not able to resolution of my problem then please return my wallet cast in to my personal bank account.

                              i had order a 2 pack of koutons jeans size 30 if different color they deleayed my delivery for4 days and even when i got the delivery they had sended me a local jeans which has no tag of koutons and even the different size of denims i got which is un usable to me...

                                My order I'd is [protected]. I had ordered a shorts. I had paid the money using credit card. I didn't get the delivery of the product, neither I received a call from the delivery boy. But paytm says the product has been delivered. I had dropped mails but have not got any solution to my problem yet. It is my worst online shopping experience. You will loose your customers. They even do not acknowledge properly.

                                  I ordered TP-LINK TL-WR740N Wireless 150 Mbps Router (White) on 25-JUNE-2015 and received on 29-JUNE-2015. At the time of order there are two offers 1) 15% CASHBACK 2) 30% CASHBACK I selected second option but as of today 30-JUNE-2015 i didnot received my CASHBACK

                                      Hi, I recently ordered lakme absolute face stylist foundation baring order no: [protected] and seller: TECHEYE CREATIONS & TECHNOLOGIES PVT.LTD(Delhi) from Paytm. Though i cancelled it i received the product and total money 1200/- has been deducted for the product i was told i will get cashback of 420/- . I didnt even get that on top this it is a 2years old product and fake one too. It is not even a sealed one.I called several times to the customer care to avail return facility for the product but there was no proper response they asked me to send the images of the product and invoice etc. I have sent all the required images they asked me.
