    Order id :- [protected] Returned product on :- 16 may 2015 Product reached at seller's location on :- 22 may 2015 They ask for 24 hours to refund the money but instead its been 192 hours and still there is no trace of my money. I have mailed them for 8 times called them for 5 times always their reply will be " Sir i have forwarded your complaint to our higher authority and they will resolve your Ticket no.[protected] within 27 hours and after writing the mail they again go back to sleep. Completely frustrated by the experience, worst kind of customer service possible.

      Dear paytm team, I have an paytm account with user id is [protected]@gmail.com. in my account 150 wallet balance, yesterday i got a msg that someone recharge prepaid mobile recharge [protected] from my wallet balance.Order no.is [protected] My wallet balance 100rs cut.How is that occour?           Hi, I transferred 1039 from my paytm wallet, back to my credit card, the status in the wallet is shown as returned back, but the amount is not yet credited to my card. I dropped a mail to the customer care ([protected]@paytm.com) & followed up many times but of no use. It's more than 20 days, but no proper action taken . Please find the screenshots of my paytm wallet & Credit Card statements attached. Could you please look into the process. Thanks,

              I have recharged twice Rs 199 . My money got deducted but recharge showing pending status for past three days. I have raised complaint to paytm customer care but not use. Ticket #[protected] Dear PAYTM, If you don't have potential to maintain quality service, close your fraud company. Because of your worst service I lost my 300 Rs balance... By a Disappointed customer.

                The packaging of the product for the delivery is very less than ordinary. It was tempered and the seal was not there. From the inside the packaging was also broken.

                Its display screen is broken damaged from the side.

                The pictures are shared of the inside and outside. The packaging was also broken from inside. Refund or replace this item as soon as possible. I am very much unsatisfied. It has been too late since tge query is raised. I am very much frustrated after so much times since the mail is sent.

                  Just saw news about paytm in tv9 that a person from andhra Pradesh ordered a laptop from paytm instead of laptop he received a parcel of wodden plywood in it, is it true if so I will stop using paytm and I suggest all my friends to do the same.

Cash debited in my account but not reflected in my airtel postpaid...so please refund my cash Rs: 1500/- in the same which you have debited. i tried calling some many time in a day for past 2 weeks so pls hence need reply and solution for this... i have a good impression with paytm so looking for a positive reply... regards wasimullah.m[protected] / [protected].

                      Possibly the worst experience i have ever had with an online shopping portal. I hope no one ever goes through this ordeal and I also hope never to buy from paytm again. Highly unprofessional, totally unethical and unpleasant experience of purchasing from here. Please go through the ordeal that I had to face. I had ordered a Maybelline liner(ref order no.[protected]) from Paytm.com on 5th June 2015. At the time of placing the order, the promised delivery date was 7th June. I didn't receive any notification about delivery until 9th June. I happened to call up (lack of) Customer Care on 9th June to figure out whether the order would be delivered or not. My call was transferred to Ms. Radhika who said that the order would be delivered in another couple of days time and gave vague reasons as to why it was delayed. After waiting for couple of days more, I happened to call up the customer care almost on a daily basis but every time I get the same standard response that it will be delivered in couple of days. Finally, after several frustrating phone calls, paytm felt the need to escalate, to someone named Mr. Manish who promised to look into my case and have the order delivered on a priority basis. Given my experience with earlier empty assurances, I wanted this to be given in writing over e-mail, to which Mr. Manish agreed and sent a mail immediately promising that the product will be delivered in two days. I could see that the mail was delivered in my inbox, but to my shock it was recalled/deleted immediately. Sadly, I didn't take a screenshot of the email that supposed (now non existent) Mr.Manish had sent. I again had to go through the painful process of calling up customer care and this time the call got escalated to someone called Mr. Mayank. I thought i had had enough surprises, but this one takes the cake, Mr.Mayank tells me that there is no one called Mr. Manish in the organization, but the product will be delivered in a days time. Today is 23rd of June and in spite of calling paytm 20 times, I have to face their callous attitude saying that "the ticket has been escalated, what more do you want?" Frankly, anyone in my place would want to throw the phone in their face for their pathetic attitude. If a company can do such unscrupulous things like recalling mail, denying existence of their employee and asking me what more I want(when they haven't still delivered the product), I wonder what all other things they are capable of. I am not sure if you guys even care to understand the frustration customers go through as its not just about a product purchase, but more of an experience that is well and truly pathetic.

                        Hi, On march 21, 2015 I had ordered a JBL Bluetooth speaker at PAYTM for Rs. 4950. When the speaker was delivered I realized that this was not the original speaker and the quality of this speaker was way less than what actual JBL speaker had. So I requested a return of same and refund of money to me. On 1st April 2015 they transferred Rs. 4950 into my paytm wallet but same day they withdrew the amount as they told that some mistake has been happened from their side(scrren shot attached of same). When I raised the issue they asked me many things like the courier slip and all. Even though I provided them the return courier slip till date they haven't given me any kind of refund. They have kept me in a vicious circle every time by repeating the same steps: 1. First they will ask me for return courier slip. 2. Once I provide the same, they tell me to wait for 72 hours as some complaint has been registered with their internal team. 3. I get a mail that refund has been done in my wallet. 4. Once I check the wallet I see there is no refund done and they have just lied to me. 5. When I inform them the same no reply is given by paytm. 6. After some days they contact me again and ask me the courier slip. this cycle is repeating from past so many days. I am tired with paytm services and no proper contact is done with them. I am attaching the documents which shall support what ever I have written over here.

                          From today morning my full wallet debited for so many recharges on two numbers, paytm not responding how someone can use my wallet to recharges? I have lost my money Rs.4176, both two numbers from jammu & kashmir and i have filed police complaint against them and paytm also. just received call from cyber police that both two numbers traced by them, soon person will be arrested. unknown person did so many recharges, Reliance Subscriber Number : [protected] Customer Surname : ASHRAF Reliance Subscriber Number : [protected] Customer Surname : SAMAD PEER Both are From Jammu & Kashmir. Dont trust Paytm. After credit card fraud, these fraud persons doing wallet frauds.
                          Please ban paytm, and help me how to file complaint against paytm in cunsumer court and how to get refund.

I am regular user to paytm..i have an wallet balance 43rs before recharge. i recharged [protected] number for 50 rs using promo code RECH50.I used net banking for recharge.it cuts total 50rs from my SBI ACCOUNT, not taken from paytm wallet during recharge.. after getting recharge my wallet balance shows zero amount and also 50 rs cut in my sbi account.please refund 43rs as early as possible ...                               Dear Sirs, I ordered speaker with order no -[protected] worth Rs 9030 nd after 2-3 days i received Awb from Gati courier[protected] nd i amazed to got to know that my order got returned with any attempt delivery from paytm / gati courier ..now after so many mails nd communication via twitter, fb, mails I have received only 5638 rs amount out of 9030 i have not received any cashback also This is pathetic service from paytm nd gati courier services Paytm created a fake awb number via gati courier services item returned without any deliveryvattempt i got only 60% refund in my wallet nd for remaining amt refund i am strugglung nd communicating with paytm via twitter nd facebook nd my 40% cashback amount stucked with paytm it happened with me twice..they refund only amount after deducting cash back irrespective of that whethere u have already received cash back or not ..so always beware nd check that thing in ur refund paytm wallet now i am also waiting for their reply that y my order got returned without any intimation phone call from paytm nd gati courier services

                                  I had ordered a product from Paytm and it was supposed to be delivered by GATI on 25th Jun 2015. I get an SMS from GATI saying that the product will be delivered on 25th but when I track my order on Paytm Site it mentions that Product has been returned and they have initiated the refund to my bank/Paytm account. On further checking and following up with GATI, they say that the product is in Delhi warehouse and since the number of packages are 2 and that they received only 1 hence it is still in their warehouse. I explain that I had ordered a single product so how can there be 2 packages for it. They are baffled and confused. They say to check with Paytm customer care as only they can resolve it. So I raise it with Paytm. The customer care tell me that my ADDRESS IS UNTRACEABLE. Come on. I have ordered several products online but never got this statement. I live South delhi not some remote area. On top of it, Paytm says that I should re-order the product. Well Sir, will you be able to trace it now. And secondly, do you trace customer addresses or the shipping/courier company does. Please don't treat your customer as if they know their game. TIme to act responsibly PAYTM.
                                  The same issue i'm facing now, i have order the product F&D F6000U speakers, Order Number: MPtkt - [protected] |/ Ref#[protected], i don't understand why there was two docket number generated for single reference number#[protected].

                                  it was shippend by serller F&D shop but when i checked with GATI Ltd (Shipping company) they said One97 Communications (PayTM) have asked to return the product.I have asked the reason for return, they said i couldn't find any reason. Its simply new tactics and foul game from PayTM to loot people money.

                                  Also concerning the refund amount they don't return full amount what we pay, they give cash back into the wallet and considering that they given remaining amount except cash back value only. if they refund the amount they should refund whole amount by take taken out their cash back amount from paytm wallet.

                                    Hi, I wants to complain about the service PayTM provided to their customer is completely pathetic. I made two order on Paytm and both the time wrong product was delivered at my shipping address. Order 1: Issue 1: I have ordered a Red Color BSA Bicycle but you have delivered Blue Color Bicycle which actually does not looks original because 2495/- amount was printed on the product box whereas your site is displaying product cost 2844. Let me know why Blus bicycle delivered to me if i have orderd for red one? Issue 1: I purchase a Red color BSA bicycle from Paytm. According to your site the product cost is 2844/- but MRP 2495/- was printed on product box. So how can you display higher amount that the actual, is the product duplicate? (Please Check in Image-1) Order 2: I have purchased two night suite from Paytm but the seller has delivered today 1 Night Suit and 1 Night Gown. Also the color are different from the ordered. Please find attached Image-2? Most of the time i used Snapdeal & flipcart because they provide good services and correct product which i have ordered. SO i am posting this complain and never advise anyone to use Paytm.
