When I ask about my balance from paytm they are denying for returning. The product which I order is also not the same product colour is different, band is different, type is different and is a defective product just looking like second hand product.       I placed an order #[protected] on 27-Jun-2015 for Falken tyres quantity 4. which got partially delivered to me on 06 June 2015. Before placing an order I confirmed with PayTM about the quantity of tyres after confirming the details I placed an order. But when it was delivered to me I just received only one tyre. From the date I raised a complaint #[protected] I haven't received any positive reply from customer care team apart from 48 or 72 hrs wait requests. When this 48or72hrs going to end and I'll receive my remaining tyres. I request you to help me in this matter.

              i have purchased 2 power bank of OEM 20800 mAH xiaomi and the order ID are #[protected]/ #[protected] and unfortunately i have recived the defected piece and both the power banks are defected and not charging the cell phones at least 30% and i have put the complaints on every complaint box of paytm but still not got the satisfied reply form paytm so i want to replace the product and want the amount back in my account...so its a humble request that please resolve the problem of the power banks and replace them and i am a trusted flipkart customer and firstly i switch to the paytm in hope that it is trusted online shopping site but on my first purchase i had recived the defected and i have also not got USB cable with the both power banks Thank You

                      I am not able to login to my paytm account. It is showing that my account is temporarily blocked for login. There is no customer number to complaint also. I am having cashback of 1600+. I don't know whom to ask. I mailed them regarding the issue but there is no resolution from 4 days. This site should be blocked.

                        First of all, I am not able to reach Paytm customer care on phone. This is to inform that I got a call from a number ([protected]) which showed SBI on my truecaller app. I was asked for my Debit card number which I gave as the per son said its for verification purpose. I was told that I will get OTPs for verification of my account for which I again complied. After the call was over, I got messages from SBI stating amounts debited for two transactions.                             Today recharged of 99/- mobile no [protected] Order no: #[protected] and despite deducting amount from my bank account and confirming recharge successful recharge was not done only a sms from reliance comes your request couldn't be processed and no refund of amount is done yet by paytm it still show recharge successful despie my emails to their customer care it shows their intention to cheat a customer now neither paytm nor reliance is ready to refund my money I feel i have lost my 99/- will never trust paytm again and my advice to stay away from them to save your money or else will get only trouble hassle and inconvenience instead.

                            Refunded the amount to paytm wallet to use it for other recharges after writing several mails to paytm care hence issue stands resolved

                                my name is ghousia, PayTM blocked my account saying me as your account is looking reseller activity. I don't know why, due to Ramzan I booked 8 sarees to gifted to my daughter and in- laws.
                                In my wallet there is 4876₹. I mailed so my so times, at first they reply as system generated message. When In complaint Facebook, they reply me as be patience and our concerned team is looking.

I have more than 2 account in paytm site with different id and number. i use wallet feature in all my account but one of them. I am facing a problem approx one month but no one help from paytm side. i tried to call them in different different number are given for contact like[protected], +[protected] and[protected] but no one can pick up the phone and also IVR is not given any option to talk to customer care for complaints and query there is only IVR facility given Can any body tell me how can i get back my money from paytm. I sent lots of mail to paytm but no one wants help me they only misguiding me and passed there time and laso mine.                                     Hi, I'm sharing with you my shopping experience with PAYTM.COM/SHOPBY . I ordered on 14 June and i got a notification on 26 June that your order is cancelled . I tried to communicate with support team in between 14 to 26 june but i got a single answer that they'll update you soon . Shipping and vender management is too poor that no one can't trust . if you had 10 to 20 day you can use PAYTM for shopping .

                                      I did made an order (ORDER NO. [protected] on 09 Jun '15 12:47 pm) which was delivered on 15-JUNE-2015. I realised that the product has a manufacturing defect (USB cable was not plugged-in) and I raised return request. I did asked your service head and asked regarding refund policies. He/She told me amount will be back towards paytm wallet only. My question is, I have made the payment through credit card then at time of refund why you are not refunding towards source (in my case it's credit card)? I received damaged product, is it my fault at all? if NOT then why I will suffer? Why I should wait 10 days to transfer amount to my bank? If you don't have replacement policies then why you don't have any special refunding scheme on these special case? Well, due to your worst refund policies I had to made a fresh order after cancellation of ORDER NO. [protected]. The fresh order (ORDER NO. [protected] on 19 Jun '15 11:06 am) was delivered today morning (around 10:00 am). And the interesting story is I have received that item with same manufacturing defect (USB cable was not plugged-in)! Do you have anything named "Customer Support"? if yes, please reply me with solution. I really have that much of time to follow this matter but I would like to post Consumer Forums/Court if I do not receive fair resolution from your end.

                                        I have given ordered NIKE BLACK SPORT SHOES on 24th may 2015 (Order No[protected] and paytm were not able to delivered my shipment for 10 days, so I have cancelled my order. But, till date my money not received back, i am waiting from last 32 days. i have given so many mail and so many requests submitted on paytm website, but i did not get proper answer from them.
