I did made an order (ORDER NO. [protected] on 09 Jun '15 12:47 pm) which was delivered on 15-JUNE-2015. I realised that the product has a manufacturing defect (USB cable was not plugged-in) and I raised return request. I did asked your service head and asked regarding refund policies. He/She told me amount will be back towards paytm wallet only.
My question is, I have made the payment through credit card then at time of refund why you are not refunding towards source (in my case it's credit card)? I received damaged product, is it my fault at all? if NOT then why I will suffer? Why I should wait 10 days to transfer amount to my bank? If you don't have replacement policies then why you don't have any special refunding scheme on these special case?
Well, due to your worst refund policies I had to made a fresh order after cancellation of ORDER NO. [protected]. The fresh order (ORDER NO. [protected] on 19 Jun '15 11:06 am) was delivered today morning (around 10:00 am). And the interesting story is I have received that item with same manufacturing defect (USB cable was not plugged-in)!
Do you have anything named "Customer Support"? if yes, please reply me with solution. I really have that much of time to follow this matter but I would like to post Consumer Forums/Court if I do not receive fair resolution from your end.
