    Dear sir, Yesterday i recharged below moblie no by using PAYTM application but recharged amount not credit for that mobile number. I received the order confirmation number. Mobile no:[protected], Network:Vodafone, Recharged amount:125. Recharged Date/ time:24/6/2015, 3.13pm Order No:[protected]
    Plse solve the issues.

        I placed order for Dell Inspiron 3537 Laptop (4th Gen Intel Core i3- 2GB RAM- 500GB HDD- 15.6 Inches Screen- DOS- 1GB Graphics) (Black), Qty: 1 | Sold By: BASE COMPUTERS, Rs 28350 on PayTM dated 13.06.2015 with Order ID [protected]. Order Placed successfully with Rs. 4000 cashback using LAP4K coupon. I made payment Rs 28350/- via debit card same time. There was delivery date as promised was 18.06.2015 but It was autimatically cancelled by PayTm on 19.06.2015 without inquire with me. I called to PayTM than they told me that I requested for cancellation but never did it via email or phone. They send my refund in bank after 4 days. They told me to order again. I again ordered for same product on PayTM Dated: Qty: 1 | Sold By: BASE COMPUTERS, Rs 28350 on PayTM dated 20.06.2015 with Order ID [protected]. Order Placed successfully with Rs. 4000 cashback using LAP4K coupon. I made payment Rs 28350/- via debit card same time. There was delivery date as promised was 25.06.2015 but It was automatically cancelled by PayTm on 25.06.2015 without inquire with me. I called to PayTM than they told me that Seller cancelled this product due to out of stock and said that my refund will be credit in bank after 4 days. Now above product amount is Rs. 31400/- with 4000 cashback that's too much costly for same product. I requested PayTM to send me above product on old price as I ordered Rs. 28350/- but they refused for this. So It is requested you to consider the matter and provide me above Dell Laptop on Price 28350/- with Rs. 4000/- cashback as I can purchase it from other website or Shop that time with or without offer.               Sir/Mam, I ordered a mobile (Order no [protected] ) from paytm on 19 June 2015 and without my concern my order has been cancelled on 24 June 2015. I want immediate action to be taken on the issue raised or else I would have to take legal action against paytm & seller Divine Mobile. Amount of Rs. 17, 925 should be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible. Also I want the compensation of additional cash back of Rs 2499 according to promo code GET15 in my PAYTM wallet for wasting my time & blocking money for 7days.                 Hi, Order no - [protected](paytm order number when I booked bus, failed transaction). I booked a bus on[protected] from hyderabad to bangalore of rupees 792(785 rupees from bank and 7 rupees from PayTM cash) which failed and I got my 7 rupees back to PayTM cash. But rupees 785 are missing. PayTM told that transaction failed from bank end. I contacted bank and they said that 785 rupees transaction is successful (order no - [protected]) and this is confirmed by merchant PayTM. Its clear from bank side that transaction is successful from their end. I said same to paytm and they doesnt care. I wanna proceed legally and file a complaint against paytm. I attached screenshots as proof.

                  Hi, I have ordered [protected], but still not received the order, they are saying we have regfunded the balance to your Paytm wallet, also i got Rs.839/- cashback from them even they confirmed me through message that this has been added to your Wallet.When i checked 2 days before i have seen Rs.839/- balance on my wallet, but today when i checked it it is showing Zero balance.also there is a message Rs.100 was recharged to your mobile no.

                    I had ordered Mi Power Bank. Order ID :[protected]. The product I have received is duplicate.I had ordered the power bank on 25th May 2015 cost being Rs. 590 . I received order on 1st of June 2015. First 2 days the product worked good but then it started giving problems. I read last week about the article of fake power banks being sold. In that article there was a test. My power bank failed all the test mentioned in the article. I mailed the customer care of paytm that you guys have delivered me duplicate product, they are not ready to refund my money. Now that product is not working atall.

                        Hi, I made a prepaid roaming reachrge for Rs.31 on 05/06/15' and the same amount on 06/06/15', the money got debited from my Icici bank debitb card but not credited on my phone.The same way i did a prepaid special recharge for Rs.56 on 24/06/15' for AtoA @30p/s, and again the money got debited from my icici debit card and never got credited on my phone balance.The worst part is there is no customer service number on the website or the app watsoever...So requset Paytm to either credit my phone with the balance or put my money back in my account.

                          Hi, After repetitive complaints my Issues is not being addressed. I want immediate action to be taken on the issue raised or else i would have to take legal action against you.This now seems to me a pure case of fraud. Without my concern my order was cancelled and as per msg received money was credited to so called your paytm wallet.To worsen the situation the company has blocked my login so that i cannot access money credited..This is nothing but a fraud. Account Login mobile : [protected] Please respond or acknowledge mails. This is not a professional way to run a business. I am filling a case against you in consumer court for cheating.                             I had ordered Jeans from paytm 10days before.. After many corresponding emails they are saying the seller has cancelled the order. I have paid the amount of the jeans that is available in the market as well same price. I was waiting for cashback only now they said we cannot process it.. Is this the kind of service they have.                                 I've two orders pending delivery for the last 7 days after shipment (Delhi-Mumbai). The webpage of SWAPNEX has no updates, their customer service phone no. FAKE (is always switched off) and the email ID given is also FAKE. I'm a frequent purchaser from Paytm and find all other courier partners they have (Delhivery, Ecom Express, etc.) are professional and properly networked. This Swapnex guys are really pathetic-even just look at the delivery guys that come to your place for delivery, no uniform and IDs-everytime I have problem with the guard in my society letting them in. Point is being a start-up if Paytm is indulging in this kind of delivery partners it is going to wear off their image badly. Please use better and sincere logistics. Thanks KC

                                  I had ordered a LG HBS-730 Bluetooth Headset (Black) multi point. The order no is [protected]. When I received the order, I checked the box, which advised, I was supposed to receive a user manual, quick start guide and ear buds. I received none of these so I wrote to customer care. What do you think was the resolution provided by the Paytm customer care. They credited Rs. 50 in my Paytm wallet and tell me the issue is closed. The last CS e-mailed went to the limit of informing me I was fine with the Rs. 50 in my wallet. This is nothing but crap, courtesy Paytm. The truth is the product shipped from Jaipur. There was no seal on the box, which means, Marwadi business ethics allows a supplier to open a box and take away what is required. I am sure the supplier must have sold the user manual, quick start guide and ear buds seperately, after all Marwadi ethics allow such practises. This also means I did not receive a new product. Paytm should be removed from the e-commerce industry. Imagine I still do not know how to activate multi point on the headset and as per the e-mail from Paytm the issue is resolved. Probably, the Paytm care does not understand English. THey too thrive on Marwadi ethics

                                    Paytm online website is the worst online website I have experienced till now. I have ordered a combo of two jeans but what I have got I just can't explain it. This online website sell old and used products. I will suggest to buy products from Sunday market rather than paytm. My order no is #[protected] this. The customer care team of paytm requested to take an action against my query of refund amount. And have look on products which are sold out on behalf of paytm.

                                      I have purchased this mobile from PayTm, only because of 15% cash back offer. I had encountered the problem with the payment for two times when i applied the cash back code. Third time the payment got processed, but code didn't get applied (though i used the code). Immediately, I have contacted the PayTm customer care and they told me not to worry and they would give the casback immediately after i receive the product. I received the product but not the cash back, even after several requests sent them to the PayTm. Its almost two weeks now, but no cashback. Thus, i told them to take back the mobile and refund my money, which they agreed. There is no progress even in that aspect. No courier guy came to collect the mobile and i haven't receive my money as well.
