I had ordered a LG HBS-730 Bluetooth Headset (Black) multi point. The order no is [protected]. When I received the order, I checked the box, which advised, I was supposed to receive a user manual, quick start guide and ear buds. I received none of these so I wrote to customer care. What do you think was the resolution provided by the Paytm customer care. They credited Rs. 50 in my Paytm wallet and tell me the issue is closed. The last CS e-mailed went to the limit of informing me I was fine with the Rs. 50 in my wallet. This is nothing but crap, courtesy Paytm. The truth is the product shipped from Jaipur. There was no seal on the box, which means, Marwadi business ethics allows a supplier to open a box and take away what is required. I am sure the supplier must have sold the user manual, quick start guide and ear buds seperately, after all Marwadi ethics allow such practises. This also means I did not receive a new product. Paytm should be removed from the e-commerce industry. Imagine I still do not know how to activate multi point on the headset and as per the e-mail from Paytm the issue is resolved. Probably, the Paytm care does not understand English. THey too thrive on Marwadi ethics

    I order no. Is [protected]. That product I was seen on paytm I don't get right product. Colour and company change. Defective peace also. So please return my case on the time of take your product.paytm service is very bad. I'm not suggesting to anyone shopping from paytm.
    Paytm online website is the worst online website I have experienced till now. I have ordered a combo of two jeans but what I have got I just can't explain it. This online website sell old and used products. I will suggest to buy products from Sunday market rather than paytm. My order no is #[protected] this. The customer care team of paytm requested to take an action against my query of refund amount. And have look on products which are sold out on behalf of paytm.

      I have purchased this mobile from PayTm, only because of 15% cash back offer. I had encountered the problem with the payment for two times when i applied the cash back code. Third time the payment got processed, but code didn't get applied (though i used the code). Immediately, I have contacted the PayTm customer care and they told me not to worry and they would give the casback immediately after i receive the product. I received the product but not the cash back, even after several requests sent them to the PayTm. Its almost two weeks now, but no cashback. Thus, i told them to take back the mobile and refund my money, which they agreed. There is no progress even in that aspect. No courier guy came to collect the mobile and i haven't receive my money as well.

          I am Vivek Kumar, My Paytm id : vivek15.pesit . I have been through a case of my wallet theft. I have ordered for the music player, and today order got automatically cancelled. After that i again ordered today, again automatically got cancelled. and the seller of the music player is the thief . Seller has hacked my paytm wallet and recharged his phone worth Rs- 4100. I have tracked his number, his name is Vipul Raj (phone no. : [protected]) and was able to know that he is a professional thief and on many sites he is false selling his products. I have made a police complaint also. I want to raise the concern that without doing background verification of the seller how can the Paytm allowed this thief to sell his products . This person has cheated many and still continuing his business. I want my money back and you should take strict action against him. Sorry to say that the faith which i had with paytm and its transaction security policy has loop holes in it. Please take the required concern seriously.
          This is to bring to your notice that a seller active on many websites is stealing money from people.
          He posted an ad on 91mobiles and then mislead people. He confirmed that if we buy the phone using paytm then only the offer is valid.
          I checked paytm and found no such phone model listed and called seller.
          He told that he is generating an order and asked my mobile no. and email id and hacked my paytm wallet. He stole Rs 4500 and transferred to his account.
          I complained on paytm. paytm replied that amount can't be refunded. You can report this issue to your nearest Cyber Police Station and provide the bank details of the hacker along with his contact details.

          When I searched the number on google, I came to know that he is a professional thief and on many sites he is false selling his products. I have made a police complaint also.
          This mail is to raise concern that please stop this thief. This person has cheated many and still continuing his business. The seller picks up phone and answer "do anything you can" Please help as such people are misleading and steal money from people.
          Also websites like paytm are entertaining sellers without proper background check. Sorry to say that the faith which I had with paytm and its transaction security policy has ended.

            i have ordered a Samsung Mobile charger and after 10 days it stopped working, i gave a mail to [protected]@paytm and they replied that this charger is in 6 month warranty and i would have to visit my nearest Samsung service centre for repair of this. i visited the service center and after inspecting this charger they replied me that this is not a genuine Samsung product and this is duplicate, so they would not attend to repair this.they have given me the detailed report for having fake material and refusing to repair. i have given many mail to care @ paytm and every-time they replied me by auto generated mail that your complain will be attended shortly. i am surprised that how this type of duplicacy practice is allowed on the on-line marketing and this type of fake site should be banned immediately, and i would suggest to all on line users not to purchase any goods from PAYTM this is totally a FAKE site.

                    Hi, My order No. [protected] of Dell laptop, while purchasing was applied with 5000 rs cashback but even after getting the delivery on 17th June 2015, Cashback has not been credited to my account. When i called customer care they simply said That promo code is not applied and said sorry and disconnected. Then why was the Offer given in the first place when cashback cant be given. I am seriously disappointed by this and This is not acceptable at all.

                            I ordered Mi Powerbank from paytm, Order ID [protected]. I received a fake power bank.The inside of cover had a ASKme Bazaar logo while it was ordered from PayTm. Since the powerbank was not working; I further investigated the powerbank. The powerbank was consist of 4 cells but 3 of them were just a shape pf cell and it were not connected to any kind of circuitry. I m attaching pics of product and order details for further clarification.I further broken the cell and sand came out from cell.
                            If any person have doubt regarding my complain please go to paytm site. Search Mi powerbank. Sort powerbank from low to high. Buy Mi powerbank of 10400 capacity in price around 350 rs. You will get the product which will solve all your doubts.

                              1. Wrong information about product on paytm website. Headline says something else, while product description says something else. I bought a laptop from paytm on 13 June, As per paytm website headline says laptop model is 5547, while detail of the product mention laptop model as 7537. Please note all other details given are for model 7537 only. Please find the product link as below https://paytm.com/shop/p/dell-inspiron-15r-7537-laptop-core-7-4th-gen-16-gb-1-tb... After purchased, on 14 June I sent mail to customer care team of paytm that I have ordered laptop considering model 7537 only. In case it is anything else I would like to cancel the order, however in response I was confirmed by paytm team that laptop model would be 7537 only. On 20th June, I received laptop as 5547 only (wrong product for me). I contacted customer care team that I have received wrong laptop even after their confirmation, and now since it is not the product i desire for, please cancel the product. on 21st I was told/mailed by paytm team that reverse pickup is not available and I have to send the product by self. Courier companies list was also shared with me for the same. But 2. Wrong and incorrect confirmation (on mail) regarding the product delivery. I order dell laptop 7000 family, while I got it dell 5000 family laptop. Right after ordering product I confirmed with paytm team on mail, if delivery will be for Dell 7000 family, which was confirmed and I was assured correct product delivery. 3. Due to wrong confirmation, product could not be cancelled on time, I have to bear a credit of 56000 Rs on my credit card. By the time I will get the money back in my card, this purchase will get billed in my credit cycle for which I have to bear the interest from bank. 4. Due to wrong and misleading information I could not order laptop from somewhere else, which I needed very urgently. 5. Again wrong information about reverse pickup of the product. Today morning I was confirmed no reverse pickup can happen and I have to send it by myself. But on the very next call I was confirmed oppositely that reverse pickup will happen. I have all the mail for wrong confirmation and can share it.

                                Dear Paytm team, I have been following your customer care from every source, but no one replying me on my issue. Recently i received this mail, mentioning that 1500rs was deducted and used for giftxoxo, com, whereas i haven't used this and seems that someone has hacked from my Wallet. After getting this, i have informed the same to you Customer care team but no action has taken yet. I was trying your customer care number but that is already out of service. This is typically Ir-responsive and lethargic approach towards the customer issue. When i searched this on google, i found that many of people have faced the same problem. Now there is security issue in your system. Further to the whole scenario, i am clueless about the future of my problem, because the way Paytm is behaving, seems that they otiose or they dont care of customers. In the view of whole scenario, I am sharing this to on social media and will try to make it viral. so that everyone will be cautious before using Paytm or Paytm wallet. Regards, Avin Padliya

                                  Dear Sir, We have order prestige pressure cooker on 21-5-15 (Order No.[protected] till date we have not received the said consignment nor refund. Therefore i cancel the said order and request for refund of the same.Now they said the consignment is courier on 6th of June-15 but till date we have not received the consignment.Also the courier portal does not show any movement. When we ask for refund they are saying when the consignment will reach to us we will refund the money. But there is no movement at all. The consignment is still in delhi only. Why the customer should suffer. Is is almost more than one month. Order on 21-5-15 and today is 23-6-15.We want refund of my money.
