          I have ordered ( order no the order from a paytm mobile app on 18/06/2015 and selected the netbanking option while paying the money Rs.599/-(422rs from bank account + 177rs from paytm wallet) The Amount was debited from my account but the order failed and money is not refunded to my Account. What to do. It's been 5 days now. No action taken to refund my amount. I have attached some pictures of my savings bank account orders which shows the amount was debited from my account. So please look into this matter and initiate the immediate refund of 422/- (177rs already credit in my paytm wallet)to my account. Thanks and Regards, wasim akram...

            Date of the incident[protected] I have done recharge Rs 71 for roaming. recharged was successful. But paytm site show that amount for roaming tariff. but that was not work and my money lose so please also correct your information. that is my Order no: #[protected], moible no. [protected].

              sir i want to inform you that on 19th of june 2015 someone has made a fraud call from mobile number [protected] and asked my account detail pretending to be officer of bank then made a fraud transaction of money of amount rs 27584.00 on their paytm wallet using my debit card number...the debit card number is[protected] from this card number what ever transaction of money was done for recharge/shopping should be stop or blocked and refund my money to my account number [protected] as soon possible ...as i'm victim of phishing so please take some immediate action as soon possible and return my money to my account and make sure that the fraud person should not be left and if possible give us their details as they are fraud customer of yours we had already informed our police they are searching for it ... ...contact me on my mobile number [protected]

                  I have ordered the food from a foodpanda mobile app on 19/06/2015 and selected the paytm option while paying the money Rs.212.22/- The Amount was debited from my account [protected], but the order failed and money is not refunded to my Account. What to do. It's been four days now. No action taken to refund my amount. I have attached some pictures of my savings bank account orders (Standard Chartered Bank- A/C no.) which shows the amount was debited from my account.                     sir i have ordered [ Nokia BL-5CT Mobile Battery (1050 mAh)] through paytm which is delivered me on 30th may 2015 . and I found that product was defect product . So i contact paytm authority through email and they suggest me to send back the product to seller and they will pay product amount & curer charge . And I send through INDIAN POST 0n 06-06-15 with tracking number EO[protected]IN AND seller had received the product on[protected]. But i have not received the refund amount . So I mailed number of time to paytm customer care ([protected]@paytm.com ) but they only giving time but not refunding money to a/c

                        On 16th june 2015 i ordered a product, Order no:[protected], and on the product ad. it said that it has 6months warranty, now the thing is that this handsfree is not original, and it has not any warranty card with it. So please replace it as soon as possible. I'm not satisfied with your product.

                            Rs. 550 has been debited from my Paytm Account. I tried to call paytm customer care but no one is receiving a call. I mail at [protected]@paytm.com within a few minutes from my mail & Paytm App portal. 72 Hours has been done but no respond by mail of call. These orders are not done by me. I recived mail regarding the following items: 1. BILLDESK Order #DPT[protected], Paytm Cash Txn ID 11999291 of RS. 225 2. BILLDESK Order #DPT[protected], Paytm Cash Txn ID 11999463 of Rs 225 3. BILLDESK Order #DPT[protected], Paytm Cash Txn ID 12045239 of Rs 100. These transactions are wrong as I have not done.

                              I Order "100% Cotton Bedsheets Set Of 3 With 6 Pillow Covers" on 6th june (Order Id: [protected]). when I received the parcel it has only 2 set of Bedsheet. I send mail to [protected]@paytm.com (Ticket Id:[protected] and[protected]they told me to send the photos of product and invoice and i did the same but after that they did't reply I wrote 10-12 mail to [protected]@paytm.com but steel they are not replying anymore.                                 Order Number:- [protected] I have purchased a product on PayTm Date :- 08 Jun '15 10:55 am Delivery Date : 20-JUNE-2015 One the first day when i track my order it shows out for delivery, then showing me status there is no such destination address (Are you making us fool?? If you can not deliver product on time then do not give approx dates) On immediate next day tracking system, showing status again out for delivery, and then showing customer has refused to take order. And the fact is, nobody comes to my place to deliver product. Have complaint several times but PayTm customer service employees making me fool by giving foolish excuses. Deepak, Ritu And Bikki has worked on this ticket - Ticket #[protected]:MPtkt - Help Query. And giving me stupid excuses. And also i demand to contact higher authority but they are not responding, i have told to cancel my order but there is again foolish answers like how to track order, why you are not avail at home...etc. And still not received my money back after cancelling order.                                   hi, paytm is not ready to reverse pick up my order (order no :[protected] item name : V&V Peach Georgette semistiched. they are telling reverse pickup is not available in my location. and last week same paytm has reverse picked my other two orders (kitchen vessels) which I returned back. I don't understand why paytm is not ready to pick the other item its in erode city. they are able to deliver and they are not ready to reverse pickup at the same address. still I didn't get any reply about the reverse pick up date. call me @[protected] to resolve and refund my amount as soon as possible. regards, senthil

                                      Hello All, I have ordered 1 book from Paytm having order no [protected]. After 8 days of placing order they have cancelled my order and again after 7 days they have initiate my refund. Please beware of this fraud Paytm website they are just cheating people by saying Huge discount but at the end you will get defective piece of don't get the product. After complaining they refund the money in Paytm wallet it means I have to buy again to that stupid website, also their customer care team is just pathetic.They do not care about the time which i have wasted in order and cancellation.

                                        i have placed an order for JBL T100A and seller send me some cheap quality D branding Chinese earphone with sticker of JBL and very cheap not even worth of 100Rs. which even not look like JBL T100A. totally wrong product and duplicate product. seller selling duplicate Chinese products with name of original product.
