I paid Rs 500 against a Groupon coupon, using my Paytm wallet on June 15, for which I haven't received the CASHBACK of Rs 550 (as promised in the coupon). I haven't even received my money back if it was a failed transaction. I reiterate, I have already PAID for the coupon using my paytm WALLET. They just kept my money (Rs 500) and are not ready to refund it back or give me the promised cashback. Payment details are: [protected]:19:55 Paid for Order CCAvenue Order #CCACF1AQX993 Paytm Cash Txn ID F0AC920D12DBB654 I want them to either credit the cashback, or in case the coupon is not working, refund the money back to my wallet atleast.

Order#[protected] for Rs 3955 was placed online on paytm.com for BSA Champ Star 12 inch Bicycle. Product delivered is without the front mudguard and carrier. Matter was taken up thru Emails with Paytm & they were requested to despatch the missing parts. Though accepting that partial product was delivered, resolution given by them is refund of Rs 200 to my Pattm Account. This is very unfair. Can I ask my child to use a new product that is deficient? Now Paytm is selling online - Mahindra motor bikes. Will they also be giving refunds for incomplete bikes delivered, ie, say without rear wheel, engine etc. Paytm is again requested to ship the missing parts.

I had booked 2 tickets with book my show order id are "#WEBINzzz[protected]zzz83688990zzz1" and "#WEBINzzz[protected]zzz83688541zzz1". Also paytm transaction ID are "13009635" and "12999279" respectively. I didn't receive the cashback for the same. Transaction ID date: "[protected]" Request you to look into the issue...!!! Sir, I recharged mobile no [protected] on 21 Jun 2015 at 7:43PM form my paytm account. Although the transaction was shown successful but I still (22 june 2015, 9:00AM) have not received the recharge balance. Balance from my indian bank account have also been deducted of Rs 100 (rechrge amount).

Hi Team, Paytm has stopped social login. i.e. using paytm with gmail account. I have paytm cash of 1776.3 locked because of this. I can not login with gmail as paytm stopped supporting that. I ordered pair of Nike shoes from paytm and they turned out to be fake ones. I am sure they are fake. I compared those with my old pair of Nike shoes. They have painted Nike symbol on the shoes and quality is also not good. As usual paytm is slow in accepting returns. There should be a quality check done by Paytm if they want to earn customers' faith.

i ordered my product on 16 june they told me ordered will be shipped till 20 june and then i will recieve the cashback the product is yet not shipped no cashback given to me excuse made by them is that merchant is having shortage of that product if so then why it was not updated on their website i am not even sure f i will get my product on time or whether i will get it or not or if i get it will it be orignal or not i called them they asked me to wait for 2 days more i have been waiting alrdy waiting for 4 days they have my money my product is not delivered m exhausted n feel helpless i am a common person can not afford to loose so much if i can my order near by 8000+ money will be deducted i cant afford that too... plz plz plz help me

Hi.sir I had ordered pair of Ray Ban sunglasses from the aforementioned site with cash on delivery and few hundred bugs have been deducted from my paytm wallet when the order got confirmed.I received a mail my product is handed over to courier. I waited for more than 8 days quietly and when I called customer care I have been told that the good will deliver in 24 hours. Again I kept waiting.. After few more days I called them up and asked regarding the same and they replied the same and this time they took 48 to 72 hour. After four days all of a sudden they canceled my order. On 20th June 2015 I had Rs 572.61 in my account. My outstanding orders of Rs 999 and Rs 590 which I had made on June 16th, 2015 were cancelled and I received a message around 19:55 pm that these have been cancelled by me and cashback has been made in wallet regarding these. When I called the customer care executive to tell that I haven't cancelled these orders, he told me that there may be some technical glitch and they are being shown as cancelled. I logged in again to re-order these items because I wanted them. When I logged in at around 8:24 pm, I saw a transaction of Rs 1980 which was not made by me. I realized my account was hacked by someone and from the refund received in form of cashback was used to make transaction BILLDESK Order #DPT[protected]. I reported this to the customer care of paytm within a few minutes of the transaction being made. They asked me to write to their cybercell of paytm. I wrote a detailed mail with screen shots. The case number is # 4696. I haven't heard from them. Had they being proactive they could have curbed this fraudulent transaction. I recharger my vodaphone number-[protected] at 10:55 PM of ₹574 i have not received any message from paytm about recharge and even i phone is not yet recharged . When i look into my orders i just see RECHARGE SUCCESSFUL OF VODAPHONE MOBILE but mobile number is not shown .

They told that recharge of 10 give you 30rs paytm cash back...i did it 3 times but it did'nt came indtead of showing succcess!!! I have recharge my Airtel Mobile with 3G Pack which was shown in Paytm site but i got wrong benefit .when i called Aitel customer care they said There is no Such amount Pack available in airtel.for that reason they provide me some 400 local A-A call.which was useless for me. Again I called regarding this issue to Paytm also mail several time there is no proper response from paytm anly they are sending the standard Mail Format again and again. I ordered the product (Spartanz Remote control 2 channel Helicopter Toy -Item no [protected]) thru PayTM on 21 May-15 after several mails to paytm and I received mail that the product is delivered to given address thru DTDC courier and DTDC number is R18434085. I enquired at given address and DTDC office and identified no parcel and given wrong dTDC numbers.

On 31-5-15 i had booked the bus ticket through paytm for the journey on 1-6-15 from Lucknow to Allahabad but my bus cancelled and then i contacted paytm for the refund of my money amounting to Rupee's 487 but they are not refunding it.They had given me numerous exuces and numerous tickets number for my complaint but they had not refunded my money till now and its been almost 20 days gone i am fedup with this company.
