Hi Team, Paytm has stopped social login. i.e. using paytm with gmail account. I have paytm cash of 1776.3 locked because of this. I can not login with gmail as paytm stopped supporting that. Though I am getting monthly balance notification email from paytm on my gmail account. when asked for clarification, I got response as below, , Ranjeet, Jan 12 18:41: Hi there I am Ranjeet, and I am going to do my best to help you. In order to proceed with your refund request we need the following details. 1) Bank Name: 2) A/C no.: 3) A/C Holder Name: 3) Bank IFSC Code: 4) Branch: 5) Scanned copy of cancelled cheque as an attachment I gave everything was asked for, but no body is replying to my email.     Dear Sir sub:- delay---(cheating)worst service i have ordered micromax TV on 12/06/15 through paytm onlne shopping. the estimated arrival date is 21/06/15. till now no information about shipping of the product. in other online shopping sites (amazon, flipkart, snapdeal) the product will be delivered in 2days. the tollfree no which were displayied in the site are not working (3 numbers).i request them to transfer the amount of rs.18300/- to my bank account if the product is not delivered on or before 22/06/15. i am not able to contact them by any means as the tollfree numbers are not working. please do the needful.       Sir i have purchased micronax 50 inch led of rs 34800 and paid by bank on 12th june and they promised to give 25% cashback after shipment of product Now on 19th june i got the product delivered but still didnt got the cashback and even theybare not replying to my mail sir plz solve it asap or return the product to seller and give my whole money back

          I ordered pair of Nike shoes from paytm and they turned out to be fake ones. I am sure they are fake. I compared those with my old pair of Nike shoes. They have painted Nike symbol on the shoes and quality is also not good. As usual paytm is slow in accepting returns. There should be a quality check done by Paytm if they want to earn customers' faith.
          Duplicate Nike Shoes delivered by Pay TM.

          Order No[protected]. Clearly an unacceptable practice.

          No quality check or control.
          Don't buy shoes from paytm mall.

          I purchased nike pegasus shoes from paytm mall for rs. 7274/- in dec. 2017

          after passing less than three months, i surprised to see the condition of my shoes.

              i ordered my product on 16 june they told me ordered will be shipped till 20 june and then i will recieve the cashback the product is yet not shipped no cashback given to me excuse made by them is that merchant is having shortage of that product if so then why it was not updated on their website i am not even sure f i will get my product on time or whether i will get it or not or if i get it will it be orignal or not i called them they asked me to wait for 2 days more i have been waiting alrdy waiting for 4 days they have my money my product is not delivered m exhausted n feel helpless i am a common person can not afford to loose so much if i can my order near by 8000+ money will be deducted i cant afford that too... plz plz plz help me

                Hi.sir I had ordered pair of Ray Ban sunglasses from the aforementioned site with cash on delivery and few hundred bugs have been deducted from my paytm wallet when the order got confirmed.I received a mail my product is handed over to courier. I waited for more than 8 days quietly and when I called customer care I have been told that the good will deliver in 24 hours. Again I kept waiting.. After few more days I called them up and asked regarding the same and they replied the same and this time they took 48 to 72 hour. After four days all of a sudden they canceled my order.                   On 20th June 2015 I had Rs 572.61 in my account. My outstanding orders of Rs 999 and Rs 590 which I had made on June 16th, 2015 were cancelled and I received a message around 19:55 pm that these have been cancelled by me and cashback has been made in wallet regarding these. When I called the customer care executive to tell that I haven't cancelled these orders, he told me that there may be some technical glitch and they are being shown as cancelled. I logged in again to re-order these items because I wanted them. When I logged in at around 8:24 pm, I saw a transaction of Rs 1980 which was not made by me. I realized my account was hacked by someone and from the refund received in form of cashback was used to make transaction BILLDESK Order #DPT[protected]. I reported this to the customer care of paytm within a few minutes of the transaction being made. They asked me to write to their cybercell of paytm. I wrote a detailed mail with screen shots. The case number is # 4696. I haven't heard from them. Had they being proactive they could have curbed this fraudulent transaction. I'm sure it is some insider and paytm is trying to just remain silent. I'm hoping for some resolution on this. Also, This should be brought in public and Paytm should either come up with stringent rules or completely shut down. Yashika Chawla

                    I recharger my vodaphone number-[protected] at 10:55 PM of ₹574 i have not received any message from paytm about recharge and even i phone is not yet recharged . When i look into my orders i just see RECHARGE SUCCESSFUL OF VODAPHONE MOBILE but mobile number is not shown .

                      They told that recharge of 10 give you 30rs paytm cash back...i did it 3 times but it did'nt came indtead of showing succcess!!! To get cash back i tried it in several number but it did"nt came...i want my money back...and the recharge money too...#hotsellers @mysmartprice Plsss i request you to please give my money back... I have recharge my Airtel Mobile with 3G Pack which was shown in Paytm site but i got wrong benefit .when i called Aitel customer care they said There is no Such amount Pack available in airtel.for that reason they provide me some 400 local A-A call.which was useless for me. Again I called regarding this issue to Paytm also mail several time there is no proper response from paytm anly they are sending the standard Mail Format again and again. I enquired at given address and DTDC office and identified no parcel and given wrong dTDC numbers.

                                On 31-5-15 i had booked the bus ticket through paytm for the journey on 1-6-15 from Lucknow to Allahabad but my bus cancelled and then i contacted paytm for the refund of my money amounting to Rupee's 487 but they are not refunding it.They had given me numerous exuces and numerous tickets number for my complaint but they had not refunded my money till now and its been almost 20 days gone i am fedup with this company. Please help me

                                    I have placed an order on 19.05.2015 order ID[protected] with paytm and due to some reason I had sent the order back. I was told as the return pick may not be arranged I have to send the parcel at my own expense and same will be credited to my account. I had spent Rs 101 for the same and receipt is submitted to paytm many times (Speed Post No. ER[protected]IN. but whenever i raise a request for refund I got an answer as we have not received the receipt please send a scanned copy of receipt. Kindly intervene

                                        I wanted to buy a bag so I lookd for Paytm. I saw on American tourister bag of Rs10, 000/- which was offered with a discount of 50%. Same item is listed for Rs1350/- They just boast about big deals by offereing great discounts but increase the market price.
