I have purchased two number of Matters from Paytm which had offer of Rs. 10000 cashback. So total Cash back of 20000 to be received. They say that due to RBI rules only 10000 for Month is allowed. So i have requested for wallet upgrade which allows 1 lakh per month, so that i can receive my cash back, but none of their representative is coming for collecting the document proof as required for wallet Upgrade since one month nor they share the representative numbers neither they give any alternate solution. I have written may mails to [protected]@paytm.com for same, but always a new person make promise over mail and fails to kept it. Do not how to get my cashback of Rs. 20, 000 back from Paytm.     Hello, I'm Surbhi Kashyap ur paytm account holder and my mail i'd is [protected]@yahoo.com. I have recharged of rupees 124 on Vodafone prepaid mobile no.[protected] on 29 may at 05:39 PM, Order no.[protected] but this recharge is not occured till yet and my payment was deducted from my account.I m requesting u to refund my payment oterwise i will sue this case in court. Your early action will be appreciated and helpful for me.

    I was submitted a complaint and after some hours ur costumer executive was called me try to ask personal information of my bank (like MY DEBIT CARD NUMBER AND CVV NUMBER).The no. o[censored]r costumer exicutive no. is [protected] this. Please take a strict action.

    Sir, I massaged u many times but u hadn't reply to resolve my problem.I told u to give my money which u kept by a fraud and this is my last msg after this i will sue u in the court and u will give me the intrust also according to the rule.I am giving u todays time to solve my problem otherwise i do what i sad to u.

      Dear sir/ma''m I ordered a package from paytm (order no.[protected] but I was returned to merchant .it say, refund of Payment in account. On 12- may-2015 to take 3 to 10 days but money is not credit in my account. I was write assumely 15 E-mail it say 1 tone wait 24-72 hrs I sent many times of account statement to paytm. But problem still now. Please solve this issue

        I had ordered pair of Ray Ban sunglasses from the aforementioned site with cash on delivery and few hundred bugs have been deducted from my paytm wallet when the order got confirmed.also I got mail.your item is ready to be ship. I waited for more than 8 days quietly and when I called customer care I have been told that the good will deliver in 24 hours. Again I kept waiting.. After few more days I called them up and asked regarding the same and they replied the same and this time they took 48 to 72 hour. Today (19th June), I received a message from Paytm informing that the order has been cancelled. I'm not informed why it is cancelled. There was some error while refunding the amount.               My paytm account is blocked without any reason, and it have wallet balance of more than 5000. Now i am not able to get the money as well as get the tracking details of the pending order. Once account is blocked for login, I should at least informed that why the account is blocked and when it will be reactivated. I contacted customer care and no reply so far. one of my ticket number is[protected] . Please help me !!!

                Hi Team, I have made a online recharge on 10th Jun 2015, but still it shows "In Progess" status. Raised a ticket#[protected] at [protected]@paytm on 13th Jun 2015 and got a reply on 14th Jun 2015 stating that it will be resolved in 24-48hrs but it did worked again i replied back on 18th and 19th Jun 2015 but there is no response from concerned person.                   I have booked a sleeper bus through paytm on 14th of june 2015. For the date of 15th june.But on the day of travel before 6 hours the bus operator called me and said that our sleeper bus has been cancelled and you travel in semi sleeper. Because i carrying a 6 month baby with me, i said no i cant travel in semi sleeper & i asked for the refund they said please contact Paytm & we are ready to give the full amount. So i called paytm customer care they said we dont have call support for bus ticket please send a mail to [protected]@paytm.com. I raised a ticket based on that & they said will provide you proper solution in 48 hours, but today it's 4th day still now no response from them.

                    I have ordered 2 power bank (Order no:#[protected] from paytm and when I received the product it was useless and I requested for reverse pick up. After several mail I got conformation for reverse pick up by 5th of june. As per there mail it was said that reverse pick up will be done in 3-4 days, bot nothing happned. Then again 4 days before I send a reminder mail. But sill now my problem is not resolved. Now I request you to help me in resolving this issue.

                      Hi, I booked a bus ticket from Kanpur to Delhi with M D travels through Paytm on June 7, 2015. My order id was [protected]. I reached at boarding point on time but bus never appeared. I tried to call MD Travels office and they said that bus will arrive at 10:30 PM then after 10:30 they said wait till midnight 12. Finally at 12:30, I was told that my bus is not coming. I tried to call at helpline no. so many times but no one is responding. I wrote email as well but I'm not getting any response.                         Hi, Guys, Please stop using paytm as they just keep your money to their wallet for big bills, like if you are recharging from them then they will do it very quick, because the cost of the recharge is always under Rs.500/- but if you are using thier service for other billers like BSES electricity or any other bill which is more than Rs.500/- then they will fail the transaction saying "operator not available" and then they transfer your money to their Paytm wallet, and ask you to wait for 3-10 working days to recieve the payment in your Credit/Debit card or bank account. Customers stuck with paytm anyhow, if resolution is asked then they say use the money for other recharges, I have tried to pay my BSES bill and it was Rs.1650/- from my credit card and they did the same money was with them in paytm wallet and they insisted me to recharge another service. I got a charge of Rs.500/- on my credit card because I was unable to make the credit card payment on time. I got a charge of Rs.300/- to re connect my BSES meter as they cut my electricity because of non-payment. ORDER No. is [protected] Paytm service is very very bad. I am writing all this by taking my time because I want you to beware! of what paytm is doing. THEY ROTATE MONEY IN BUYING FOREX FROM OUR MONEY, JUST LIKE BANKS DO. Thanks for reading it.                           I have online purchased the bus ticket amounting to INR 1210 dated 15th May, 2015 from Travelyaari Portal with using Paytm portal, and as per the rules 30% cash back of the ticket amount or Rs. 125 which ever is lower should be received as per cash back, After booking the ticket i have not received any cashback till yet in my Paytm account. In This regard i have continuously followed with Paytm representative last 30 days but no response have been received, although they have given Ticket no.[protected] within 2 days after lodged the complaint but no response thereafter.
                          Yes Paytm is generally providing this type of bad services to consumer even they dont care customer calls and responses. thereafter.

                            I had made a vodafone mobile bill payment of rs 670 and the amount has been debited to my account but not credited to vodafone My number for which the payment was made is [protected]. It is extremely dishartening that my first experience with paytm was very unpleasant . i hope for a response as soon as possible .

                                    I have been received my order(#[protected] on dated 07.06.2015 but i am not satisfied from the Blackberry 9320 mobile phone. The problems i am facing are as follows: 1) IMEI number of phone is different from IMEI number at the box of Blackberry. 2) Ear phone are found crack. 3) On bill you show Blackberry 9320 (black) phone but actually they provide me white colour phone. 4) Blackberry 9320 mobile phone battery has been discharged quickly. Even they are not mentioning the IMEI number on your bill. After lot of discussion with paytm they are returning me my money back to my paytm account(why should i take my money back to my paytm account) but somehow i decided to use the product but after charging the phone i found that the phone is not working properly.                                       Hi, This is the first time I ordered something on paytm. But I'm absolutely disgusted. My order no. Is [protected]. I ordered three bags from lino perros. A black, a yellow and a pink sling bag. 1. I received only two packages: pictures in the attachment. 2. Upon opening the packages, I found only the yellow and the pink bag, not the black one. Pictures attached. 3. I'm dissapointed to say that the two bags that I received are not made of leather. As claimed- pictures attached. 4. Also, the yellow bag is shorter than the pink, unlike shown in picture. The picture shows the yellow and black bags being larger than the pink, if you have used the same dummy. If you haven't, then you should have mentioned the dimensions. Which you haven't. This amount to giving out false information. I'm going to post this on your facebook page and other consumer forums, and since I'm a PR person, I can go a long way to spread the word. I suggest you get the bags picked up immediately, and refund my money, or face the consequences. Also, I'd like a phone call please. It is insulting to be communicating with the computer and not a person. The amount you spend on t.v ads, you could have used in quality checking the products and a handful of tele-service people. I'm copying this and posting on various sites so that you mend this immediately.

                                        I did a data pack recharge of 249 on 12th June. It was not done till afternoon 13th June also so I did the recharge from some other source. Now this recharge is data pack recharge which expires in 28 days so if I do another recharge of 249 it will not give me extra so I asked paytm to refund as there was no use of doing recharge now but the service is pathetic..terrible
