    Hi, This is the first time I ordered something on paytm. But I'm absolutely disgusted. My order no. Is [protected]. I ordered three bags from lino perros. A black, a yellow and a pink sling bag. 1. I received only two packages: pictures in the attachment. 2. Upon opening the packages, I found only the yellow and the pink bag, not the black one. Pictures attached. 3. I'm disappointed to say that the two bags that I received are not made of leather. As claimed- pictures attached. 4. Also, the yellow bag is shorter than the pink, unlike shown in picture. The picture shows the yellow and black bags being larger than the pink, if you have used the same dummy. If you haven't, then you should have mentioned the dimensions. Which you haven't. This amount to giving out false information. I'm going to post this on your facebook page and other consumer forums, and since I'm a PR person, I can go a long way to spread the word. I suggest you get the bags picked up immediately, and refund my money, or face the consequences. Also, I'd like a phone call please. It is insulting to be communicating with the computer and not a person. The amount you spend on t.v ads, you could have used in quality checking the products and a handful of tele-service people. I'm copying this and posting on various sites so that you mend this immediately.

      The product I ordered is totally different. ... the quality of shoe rack is worst.. N the color and pattern is totally different and is hopeless as u can see from pics I hv send...         Gujrat Travel is worst bus service. AI booked a ticket and next day got a call that bus is cancelled due to some issues and they'll adjust me in next available bus which I agreed. Next day at the time of boarding, I again got a call from Gujrat Travel that this bus is also cancelled. My whole journey was ruined by Gujrat Travel.

          Order no [protected] i have ordered on June 6th 2015, but they have debited the amount from account Rs.175/- but still now i have not yet received the product. Already i have registered the Complaint Ticket no[protected]. But i have not got any response for that also. So please delivered the Product otherwise kindly deposit the same amount in my account. This is the waste experience in my life to ordering the product in online.

                my 1200 cashback got deducted and patym says some ebay.com shopping done, which i never did, , , i have written 100 emails but with no satisfactory response from your side, paytm just ate up my 1200 cashback.i got fooled.i have done so many recharges with this site now i feel like got backstabbed...pathetic..shameful attitude with poor customer care..                     I Booked a Ticket for 29-May-2015 from Banglore to Hyderabad.In Paytm website they mentioned like Bus starts @9.45PM and my reporting time is 9.30PM.(Actual Reporting time :8.05PM which they did not mentioned).It takes 90Min to reach my boarding point.When i started to the point in between Bus driver called me and informed me that they will reach my point @8.15PM.Really i did not have words to say by that time when i heard this.I told them i got the reporting time @9.30.Then they informed we cannot wait till that time you speak with paytm only.But when i called paytm they were spoken to me for half an hour finally said that we are sorry and will refund your full amount you arrange your journey. Guys..Please think all of sudden who will get bus on fridays @9PM .To get a cabin seat only they were asked 900/-. Paytm people said that i should book another ticket which costs 1500/- and above which is available in their worst site.I asked them whether they will pay that difference amount? They said no we cannot pay even i asked for arrange from your side only .For that also they said no. I said i have to attend for an interview which decides my career.Then one of the stupid CSR asked Journey is important/Money is important?Book your own. By that time i was in damn traffic even i did not have internet with me.Finally i cannot able to catch any other bus also.I cancelled my journey came back to my place. Now when i raise this to the paytm grievance i got the response like our records are showing Ticket is delivered and hope you have successful journey . and when i replied for that they were telling that they already communicated o this to me.Initially they mentioned like that they will refund full money.Till now i did not get any response from them.Even they are not taking my call.I spend above 100/- thru calls only to reach them.But no use. Someone please ...suggest what action i should take on Paytm to get my money back and to make them realize on their damn mistakes?

                      I had order a charger of Nokia make (now Microsoft) of model AC-60 costing ₹450 from PAYTM on 19th May 2015.The order ref no was :[protected] and shipment id was[protected], I received a delivery of the charger on 23rd May 2015. The bill also showed the model AC-60.The charger was just wrapped in PAYTM Package and was not in a seal boxed as provided by Nokia. On further examining the product the model no on it was, AC-50E which was not as per the specification order by me. I the very same day i.e 23rd May 2015, send a complaint mail on [protected]@paytm.com and demanded a refund by asking for returning of the product. The complaint Ticket #[protected] On 26th may 2015 I received a mail from [protected]@paytm.com stating the return request has been marked and the product will be picked by their courier service within 3-5 days. On 5th June 2015 I received a call from PAYTM for confirming the return request and was informed the product will be picked back within 48 hours. As nobody visited I again gave them a reminder mail on 8th June 2015.On 11th June 2015. I got a mail stating “I would like to inform you that as I checked the return has been rejected as per our concern team you don't want to return the product”. Where as no such request was send by me. Even After complaining about the same to [protected]@paytm.com and [protected]@paytm.com there was no response except the customary mail stating we will get back to you within 48-72hrs. I humbly request you to kindly help me in this case and help me get my refund back.

                        I had bought kindle paper white in march 2015 on a scheme where i had to pay 13999 and paytm will cash back 3000 in my paytm wallet. They returned money but after 4 days all money ( Rs 2900) got transferred to unknown people one by one. After complaining 7 to 8 times to paytm there is no action taken at all, they had just given me tickets (Ticket #[protected], Ticket #[protected] all the time, no solution. This is very disappointing from a company like paytm where I had put my trust to buy an expensive product. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THERE IS NO APPROPRIATE POST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN PAYTM. Why you guys have started commerce if you can't take care of the consumer problems. With my experience anyways you have lost many customers because i will never suggest anyone to buy or keep money in paytm wallet. We are trusting you keeping our money in wallets and this what happens to it Rs 2900 just got transferred to some random people. If you guys are not going to return my money I am going to take this to next level.

                          Refund Disabled for Customers; After several hoops, customer is still lost

                          Paid money through Paytm for a purchase on Yedukan. On Non-delivery of the item, cancelled the purchase. Yedukan refunded the money to Paytm. I have since requested a Refund of the money from Paytm. My mails are not acknowledged; Some were responded, and the responses seemed to be copy paste of earlier responses, since there was NOTHING from the actual problem discussed in the answers. The paytm gave ma cash back to paytm account and my remaining money does not refunded to me... On ma paytm account detail there are showing me my amount should be refunded to bank but til now I didn get ma money back... I tried to customer care service but[protected] is always busy and [protected] is always ringing and they are not attending my call

                                I bought a item two track pants from Paytm which was delivered but I didn't like the quality of the product so I would like to return the same and its clearly mention in Paytm policy is that they will make the necessary arrangements to collect the item for refund. But when I raised the return request they said I have to courier back all the items to sellers from which it is delivered but courier is asking 450 rupees for the shipment from Chennai to Daman (Maharashtra) and Paytm care is saying that they will reimburse only upto rs 200 as the courier charges. Paytm reply is that "There is no excutive in your area so we cant collect the item. You have to courier it to the seller direcly". Are they fooling me? ... Daily lots of parcels came in our office from paytm, Flipkart, Amazon and many more.. This is such a bad experience of Online shopping I had. Amazon, Jabong, Flipkart and others provide us a simple returning procedure as per their policies. Is Paytm just fooling the people by putting the false policies over there site? Need my money back and Paytm should collect the item from itself. Order# [protected]

                                  Suggestion: first think which i wanted to say paytm customer service very worst.

                                  I want to bring to your notice that paytm has cheated me in 2 things. I need justice and compensation for this cheat !!

                                  1st complain: i was order bormioli rocco metropolitan 480 ml highball glass set of 6, but i was received only 4 set of glasses, after complaint paytm customer care, there is no proper solution. (Order no. [protected])

It supposed to deliver to my address DELHI but as per bluedart courier company, they are deliver this product to somewhere in patna. And after raising complaint for it, there is no update till the time. So I have cancel this order but there is no refund created to my account.                                       Hi Vikash / Service Head, I want to bring to your notice that Paytm has Cheated me in 2 things . I Need Justice and Compensation for this CHEAT !! 1 Prestige Pressure Sr Pan Cooker ( I have attached 2 Pictures – Please check ) Amount I spent was Rs 2325/-, but when I got the Parcel I was Shocked to see that Rate of the Product from Prestige is only Rs 2035/- Manufacture Date of the Product as per Prestige company is Jul 2014, but the Sticker Pasted by your team shows Manufacture date as Jun’15 ( Almost 1 Year Old ) How can this Cheat happen to a Customer ?
