I bought a item two track pants from Paytm which was delivered but I didn't like the quality of the product so I would like to return the same and its clearly mention in Paytm policy is that they will make the necessary arrangements to collect the item for refund. But when I raised the return request they said I have to courier back all the items to sellers from which it is delivered but courier is asking 450 rupees for the shipment from Chennai to Daman (Maharashtra) and Paytm care is saying that they will reimburse only upto rs 200 as the courier charges. Paytm reply is that "There is no excutive in your area so we cant collect the item. You have to courier it to the seller direcly". Are they fooling me? ... Daily lots of parcels came in our office from paytm, Flipkart, Amazon and many more.. This is such a bad experience of Online shopping I had. Amazon, Jabong, Flipkart and others provide us a simple returning procedure as per their policies. Is Paytm just fooling the people by putting the false policies over there site? Need my money back and Paytm should collect the item from itself. Order# [protected]

    Suggestion: first think which i wanted to say paytm customer service very worst.

    I want to bring to your notice that paytm has cheated me in 2 things. I need justice and compensation for this cheat !!

    1st complain: i was order bormioli rocco metropolitan 480 ml highball glass set of 6, but i was received only 4 set of glasses, after complaint paytm customer care, there is no proper solution. (Order no. [protected])

    2nd complain: i was order symphony ninja i 17 l personal air cooler with remote (White) for my delhi, but paytm is delvering this product to any other person in patna bihar, after complain there is no proper solution so i have canceled it till the time no refund.       I have ordered Symphony Ninja i 17 L Personal Air Cooler With Remote (White) ORDER NO. [protected]. It supposed to deliver to my address DELHI but as per bluedart courier company, they are deliver this product to somewhere in patna. And after raising complaint for it, there is no update till the time. So I have cancel this order but there is no refund created to my account. I Need Justice and Compensation for this CHEAT !! 1 Prestige Pressure Sr Pan Cooker ( I have attached 2 Pictures – Please check ) Amount I spent was Rs 2325/-, but when I got the Parcel I was Shocked to see that Rate of the Product from Prestige is only Rs 2035/- Manufacture Date of the Product as per Prestige company is Jul 2014, but the Sticker Pasted by your team shows Manufacture date as Jun’15 ( Almost 1 Year Old ) How can this Cheat happen to a Customer ? I would need a Clear Explanation on this Cheat done to me or else I would go for a Legal Battle against this Cheat !! 2 SFC Silk Blended Saree ( I have attached 2 pictures – Please check the damage ) I have received saree today evening and when we opened the Saree we found damage in the saree ( Letters written in Marker ) … How did this not been checked in Quality team before sending the Parcel ?             This is fourth time in writing the mail, I searched from the Google about the promo code which is applicable up to 30th of June 2015 but at the time of booking it's return over there that this promo code has expired, I'm planning to book two tickets according to that I will get 400 cashback, I will book my tickets at 10 o clock and paytm needs to assure me that I will get my 400 in my wallet

                  Hey, I have a Paytm account. i had been adviced several times by my friends to use other options and not Paytm. But i stuck with Paytm. Now i am facing problems.I cannot recharge my Cellphone. It says unable to checkout. I am very furious as to how can this happen. I am in need now and Paytm is acting this weird. Will nbever recommend to anyne and closing my account as well. When needed it is not functioning as it should do. I tried Recharging my vodafone numbertwice yesterday at different instances still it was not getting Recharged. I feel as my money has stuck in the Wallet. And I feel like I want Out.                       I have ordered Europa disc twin padlock 2 sets from paytm vide order no.[protected]. But i received only 1 set of lock from paytm. Paytm Customer service is not ready to resolve the issue. I called them several times and they are keeping my phone on hold for 10-15 mins every time. They are making false commitments of refunding the money within 24 hours every time. They are not refunding the money.

                        I have purchased the product from Paytm, Then have made a request for return the product. Paytm approved my refund, but no body come to my home to pick the product. More than 15 has gone, but the did not refund my money. Really very bad experience to buy a product from Paytm. I want to recommend for flipkart or shapdeal, if you are looking for online buy any product.

                          Please note i have did the transaction for post paid bill payment with order number [protected]. Its showing as "Waiting for operator confirmation". There is no response from the customer care and they always say 24 to 45 hours the operator will take time. Now its almost 168 hours and no response from your team. I feel like Paytm is cheating me by non responding to my emails and even your grievance team is also not responding. I will be forced to file a case against you for cheating the customer under IT act. Will wait for your response for only next 12 hours.

                              My order number is [protected] and I was order Reebok Grey Sport Shoes (Size-7) on trust of Paytm.Vendor sent me Reebok White Sport Shoes which look cheep and low quality.I was complain regarding this issue on paytm customer care.Also send screen shots of footwear.But no proper response from paytm side.This is a fraud company. never purchase anything from there.Also they deliver product very late. I am requesting him to refund my money.

                                I purchased a laptop on Paytm with ORDER ID[protected]. As there were many defects I chose to return it. They informed me by email to courier it myself and that they would refund the charges. I have returned the product by DTDC courier and it was delivered on 9th June 2015. However till now the cost of courier Rs.1600 has not been refunded. Every time I call or email I get the same response that they will escalate it. I don't understand how much of escalation is required to process a simple refund. I have shared the courier slip as well but they just do now want to return the money. Please refund the money at the earliest.

                                  I ordered a pair of track pants from paytm (Order#[protected] on May 21st, 2015. I received a pair of Capris on May 25th 2015. I contacted the customer service personnel. They said that they will not take the item back unless and until I send a snapshot of the same. I said the item sent was wrong and they arranged for a return. Again I ordered the same pair of track pants (order #[protected] on May 27, 2015. Agaai I received a pair of capris on 2nd June. I contacted the customer service personnel. The person on the phone was so rude that he cut the line abruptly without giving me a satisfactory reply and this time they downright refused to take the item back. On repeated complaints paytm finally responded on 11th June and took the item back. I have again ordered the trackpants ( Order# [protected] ). This time around I hope they check the article they are sending

                                    I got a promocode/ Voucher in March '15 against purchase of a Samsung Mobile phone against which I could ADD Money to my Paytm Wallet (Rs 750 per month for six months) and is valid till August 2015. It worked till May 2015. I also got confirmation from Paytm Care that the vouche/promocode is valid upto August on 8th June 2015. However when I want to add Rs 750 for this month against the code, an Error Message crops up saying "CODE ERROR" Try after some time. I complained to Customer care on 9th June2015 and reminding almost every day but the problem has not been attended, except that every time I get automatic( computer) reply promising to resolve (Ticket No.[protected] and[protected] ). One Mr Mukesh once asked the details which I provided but he also is keeping quiet. Paytm both Contact numbers are Never available. I feel we should not rely on such wallet programs where no body bothers and your money may get dissolved.

                                      I ordered two UCB cold perfumes from Paytm site (INR799+750=1549), I noticed that the products are not genuine and damaged, Requested several times to paytm via emails, but each time Customer care executive sent useless response, I feel like looted, Planning to go legal for cheating with customers and not replying with useful stuff. totally disappointed with paytm and wont buy any thing from Paytm in future.

                                        I have ordered a Cipla plast clothes stand from paytm on Jun 07 and just they confirmed me delivery on 11 Jun but when they have not despatched it I have contacted paytm they said seller denied for delivery at your location. After lots of mail to paytm they said will force the seller to despatched with in 2 days but now it's more than 3-4 days but same thing no response from customers care and paytm help no one picking the phone.

                                        I have paid already the full amount. No one from paytm customer care contact me am mailing like a fool to them and asking the despatched date. They are asking to me to cancel the order. But I don't want to do this. As price and Cashback offer no more on that article.
