I have ordered one Envie LCD Charger Model no. ECR 11 but seller send me the wrong product Envie ECR 20

I contacted the Paytm many times with E-mail but every time a new customer care representative reply and told me to send the some images.
I send the images approx 3-4 times and every time they told that we forward your complaint to concern department.
No contact no. provided by the Paytm to resolve the issue and also no proper time framework.

Complaint marked as Resolved Paytm refund the money after submit the complaint in consumer forum in the form of Paytm cash
Today I have received a call from mobile No.[protected]from A.P No.) five times.He asked me my bank ATM card no./bank a/c no. & bank user i.d . for refund of product.I don't think it is necessary for refunding the amount.
Its illegal to ask someones bank account detail. you must inquiry about that.
please take urgent action on my complaint.

i placed an order of D'ziner Tan PU women Flat ( size-9) on 4th june. according to ur size chart UK size 9 is equivalent to Euro size 43, but the pair of footwear i received is reflecting the Euro size 39. so please resolve this as soon as possibl by either return or replacing the order. please revert back of my mail asap.
