Today I have received a call from mobile No.[protected]from A.P No.) five times.He asked me my bank ATM card no./bank a/c no. & bank user i.d . for refund of product.I don't think it is necessary for refunding the amount.

Its illegal to ask someones bank account detail. you must inquiry about that.

please take urgent action on my complaint.

    I ordered a product that seemed to be used. So I asked for the return and the person who took the products back said that the bill had 3 products listed and I have to return all the 3 products but I got the refund only for one product and after dropping continous mails to them for more than 10 days I have not received any information or assistance from them. I don't know Wat dere policy is but now I am frustrated as this is there work and not mine to track the lack of service.

CC Transaction No [protected] Initially the estimated shipping date is 17.06.2015 its also late but now it shows 21.06.2015.i placed this order on 12.06.2015.its horrible i do't like this kind of delay. 10 days to ship the product i am tired of waiting.Absolutely i hate it. i request you to do me favour to get the order as soon as possible.         Dear sir, I wish to inform you that, my experience is not good for recharging mobile through Paytm.of sum of Rs.175/-. Order no: #[protected] Paytm.com had deducted 175 Rs for recharging my Vodafone (Delhi circle) No +91-[protected] on dated 15th June 2015 for benefit of 1 GB & Val: 28 days. However i only got a message from Paytm which shown 700 MB data for 21 days of validity. After that when i interacted to Vodafone Customer care executive (Name - Gurjan Singh) he told that plan has already been changed, but probably may not be update on website. Kindly please do something so that either they refund my money or extend my data & validity for this month as soon as possible.

          When I tried the product, I found that power bank was unable to charge my 1800 mah mobile battery not even up to 20 % (theoretically it should charge the same more than 5 times still in practical, company claims to charge such a mobile 3-4 times. If we calculate accordingly, this new product is not giving even 5% of its performance/efficiency. I was surprised over this and tried to do some research online and discussing with some of my friends. Resultantly, I came to the conclusion that the product delivered by Paytm is not a genuine power bank. It’s a fake one (being sold by their collaborated seller). Name of the seller is ALL INDIA HANDICRAFTS, A-17, 1ST FLOOR, VIKASPURI, NEW DELHI. Now when the product was of no use, I made a written complaint via email to [protected]@paytm.com next day itself. In a reply mail, Paytm executive wrote me to send the some pictures of product (on June 5, 2015), invoice and outer and inner packings which I did immediately did on June 6 morning. My request to return the product was accepted by Paytm on the same day and later on return pickup was promised to me within a period of a week from the same day. They issued me an AWB no. of their courier partner (JWB Express). 1 day later, when I tracked the status via AWB no., it was showing the pickup address (my address) which is in Bharuch City to be a NON SERVICE AREA. That was really ridiculous that how such a giant e-commerce company like Paytm can make such a silly mistake by not confirming it earlier. Ultimately, I intimated the issue to them and they promised me to solve this problem in next 48-72 hours. Now, more than 2 weeks have already been passed and I’m reminding them on a regular basis to return the product. In reply to this, I’m again and again getting a autogenerated mail of executives stating that the issue has been forwarded to concerned department and will be solved in next 48-72 hours. What I think now is that I should forget about the return pickup and stay silent as it’s useless to write to Paytm.

            Hi, I have booked the bus ticket through paytm. Journey date was 30th april (kesineni travels) and the bus was delayed 8 hours and we didnt get a chance to go in that bus, i got the OTP for cancellation from kesineni travels, So i started conversation with them since 3rd May 2015, but still they didnt give my money to me. intially they gave reply and they took OTP for bus cancellation and after that no one is processing this request and even if i send an emails also, no one is giving response. i escalated to Vikas in paytm, but still they are giving worst response. 28th May onwards, no one is responding to my emails and money not get credited in paytm wallet / my bank account. worst support from Paytm Please help me to get my money back
            really frustrating this type of service from paytm, even they dont have any call center to call and talk to the executive.
            theire customer service is worst ...it it bollow 3rd class

              - 15.06.2015 I received the power bank - mobile no- [protected] - i received the power bank today, order no-[protected]. Firstly its very surprising that this doesn't look like Sony original power bank. Also its not charging. ports are loose not getting fitted firmly. Such kind of negligence is not expected from PAYTM, i am totally not happy with this poor kind of service.

                I had never expected such kind of negligence and ignorance from such a well reputed firm. Initially I thought that the damaged product was delivered my mistake and my refund request would be definitely addressed by PayTM. But they keep on giving me dates for refund and now I am damn sure that these cheaters will never return my money.

                  ORDER NO.[protected] dated 28.05.2015 for Rs. 32242.00 Paytm self cancelled my order and not refunding my money. i have sent so many mails on every mail they replied will get back to you within 1 to 2 days or 48 to 72 hours but they dont replied their self. now from 3 days they stoped replying my mails. :(. I have to pay credit card bill now and i cant able to pay and if i dont pay bank will charge me, Please someone help me. paytm have worst Customer care service and not phone no. why paytm kro.                     I have purchased a SENNHEISER-CX-180-IN-EAR heahphone from paytm website.The product that has been send is of LOCAL COMPANY.I mail the customer support many times as well as i call him but yet i don't receive any response from paytm.I think thispaytm is making fool of people as they charge high price and send local products. I urge you to provide me the justice so that paytm refund my whole amount.I do shopping 1st time with paytm but my experience is very bad as they mader website only to cheat customer.                         I have ordered one Envie LCD Charger Model no. ECR 11 but seller send me the wrong product Envie ECR 20 ORDER NO.[protected] Jun '15 11:25 am I contacted the Paytm many times with E-mail but every time a new customer care representative reply and told me to send the some images. I send the images approx 3-4 times and every time they told that we forward your complaint to concern department. No contact no. provided by the Paytm to resolve the issue and also no proper time framework. I have contacted with Deeksha.r, Jun 10, 14:44, Suresh Jaiswal, Jun 10, 18:39, [protected]@paytm.com, Jun 12, 17:17 Aishwaraya, Jun 13, 16:21, Saad, Jun 13, 18:30, Deepak, Jun 13, 20:33, kushboo, Jun 14, 10:09 but no proper action taken by Paytm. I have the complete e-mail chain on my mail ID.

                            I placed an order #[protected] with paytm consisting of the following three items : 1) PrettySecrets Pure Purple Lace Body Con Top (Size-M) 2) Prettysecrets Aqua Lime Bow-Tie Panel Top (Size-M) 3) Prettysecrets Grass Green Turtle Neck Lace Top (Size-M) I have returned 2) Prettysecrets Aqua Lime Bow-Tie Panel Top (Size-M) 3) Prettysecrets Grass Green Turtle Neck Lace Top (Size-M) but paytm has refunded me for 1) PrettySecrets Pure Purple Lace Body Con Top (Size-M) I am in the process of exchanging mails with them since more than 1 week. Every mail is replied by a new agent who does not understand the issue and sends any random reply. I have had long telephonic conversations with the customer care, but all in vain. Customer care of paytm doesn't is not at all co-operative in resolving the issues at hand.

                                Today someone has accessed my Paytm account and recharged this ([protected]) number, I have already registered my complaint(Ticket #[protected]: Fraud with my Paytm account.) with Paytm but they are responding to it. Paytm is not responding on this and it shows that they are together and looting us, we have to stop such type site at any cost. When I called on this [protected], I got response very first time but after that no response, I am 100% sure this number belongs to someone and we can find out the detail of that rascal. There are so many customers who are facing such type of problem but Paytm is responding to it Request you to please help us.                                   Dear Sir, I returned a product ( two combo Shirts) to paytm because it was different than the ordered. I submitted the complaint to paytm on 22 May also I shared returned product slip to paytm via mail. But after certain chain mails, still there is no proper co-ordination from paytm team. they give me cash back for product which I didn't return to paytm. I returned True Fashion Set Of 2 Multicolored Casual Shirts (Size-M) which cost 997 and i received cashback of 449 by using Promo Code STYLE45. So if i return this product then now 997-449=548 rupee should be credited in my wallet account. But paytm team give me cash back for product which I didn't return. After sending 29 Mail conversation still I didn't receive my cash back in wallet account. I already inform the issue to paytm guy( jatin, Suneel, Ishwar, Varsha, Ankur, sagar etc). Please help me do get my actual cash back in my wallet account. Please refer the screenshots i return highlighted red product which is 2nd product in screenshots not first product. but I have received cash back for first product which I didn't returned to paytm.                                       Dear sir/madam, I did buy micromax canvas juice 2 regarding order number[protected]. I want to return this product because in this type of handset there is WiFi connecting issue, device heating problem and applications can't move to memory card( this thing was not mentioned in specifications) I have done e-mails many times for return this product but they didn't response at all.Paytm has 15 days return policy and I did all emails with in time period but no revert came from Paytm site. Paytm is doing harassment of mine through not giving service of returning the product. Kindly get approve my return of this product from Paytm site. I shall be very thankful to you for this.

                                        I ordered Samsung Guru E1207T (Black), ORDER NO. [protected], the confirmed order cancel by the Paytm without prior region. Even i paid through online for mentioned order. This is horrible service and maintenance by Paytm. This is my second worst experience (Before got damaged product) Friends pls don't go paytm for online orders, even i experienced worst ever. This is "money trafficking program", where they cancel order and refund money to paytm wallet instead of "payment processed by bank account". So friends beware of paying through online with Paytm as they executing cheating program by creating money traffic to their wallets. "Friends pls be careful while ordering in Paytm, as they cancel confirmed orders and pay you their Paytm wallet rather your bank account" as maintenance, service and communication worst ever with customers".
