HI, Im Nigel Cardozo and i have an account with paytm india. I had ordered 2 items which i had had problems with and called paytm care and told them about the problem, and created a refund to which they first said the product will b picked up from the delivery address but after 10 days also the items wernt picked up..when i called them back they told me that the items cannot be picked up at the address and that ill have to ship the same myself. So i shipped the items on[protected].and both the items are delivered back but still i havent got a refund of both items. today i sent a mail to paytm and the replied back saying dat refund will be done after item is delivered.but items are delivered aldready back to the respective sellers.     Hello Sir, Today I have received a opened package from India post with out the item . My order no. is [protected]. order on 5 june 2015..I had booked two watches from paytm and both were shipped on the same date as given by the tracking id s..Today when I received the I also found some papers instead of my watch. I booked the two items same date and one was stuck at PALAM TMO without any change..for many days and today I received some papers instead of my watch.I think Indian POST OFFICE PALAM TMO officers is behind this fraud .. I have a valid proof to show this.You can see the tracking details to find this Address -PUTHENPURACKAL HOUSE, OLD THIRUMALA WARD, MULLACKAL, ALAPPUZHA The two order numbers are EQ[protected]IN and EQ[protected]IN.. both were booked at the same date. 08/06/2015. .The order EQ[protected]IN received earlier. on 10/08/2015. but the order EQ[protected]IN( Laurels Original Lo-Polo-803) received today only with some papers only. I did not know who is behind this.. cheating ... ARE YOU FOOLING YOUR CUSTOMERS??? I WANT MY HARD EARNED MONEY Rs 449/- BACK??? IF you do not respond I will complain to POLICE..

        I am sending them ticket, calling them from past 10 days only to get no response from paytm. This is pathetic response. I just receive call and mail saying that your issue will be resolved in 24-48 hours. And i am raising this issue for a week. You can check my tickets as all you write it you will take action in 24 hours and then do nothing. we never requested return for this product. Why it is showing return requested. You people are hopeless. I did not receive my paytm wallet for this yet as they confirmed me yesterday that i got my wallet by today. Their Representative told me yesterday that wallet cant be transfer for emi product before returning period gets over So I am explaining the same as i explained to her " You , just check the details of the product as it mentioned non refundable product." It was a terrible experience to get involve with you such a bad company My Order No. - Order No.[protected]

          This is regarding the cancellation of bus tickets. I booked a bus tickets through paytm on date 25th May 2015. The date of travelling was 08th June 2015. After some days, I found out that I have to change my date of travelling. So, I decided to cancel my ticket on 3rd June and in the ticket it was mentioned that if I cancelled my ticket b/w 72-168 hours before the bus start time, then I will get 80% of the amount. So I decided to write a mail to [protected]@paytm.com for the ticket cancellation on 3rd june 2015. And I got reply from paytm that they will get back to me at earliest. But after that I didn't receive any calls or mails from them. No refund was made. Then I again wrote a mail for cancellation on date 08the june and this time I got a reply that the cancellation cannot be done.

          Why is this issue still not resolved ? What a corrupt company a Paytm is, how they follow corrupt practice to spread their business? What else can be expected from a company who gets its moeny from China.

              Dear Paytm i paid one vodafone bill throw paytm no. is [protected] to my icici credit card on 27th-may-2015 but vodafone person said me they not receive the amount 1168 till yet. i am very disappointed for this paytm services because i register the same complaint twice by paytm IVR but you people did not bother about this even i am not recive any single call from paytm for this. i realy dont know wat should i do for this until unless go for register the same complaint in consumer court. transaction no.:489146 so request you to please revert me back as soon as possible Regards, Abhishek Malhotra [protected]

                  Hi Team, On 25th May, I paid my ACT Fibernet bill (Rs 1500) through PayTm, CCAvenue Order #CCACE1AON143 Paytm Cash Txn ID E860D9E298D3360C The order status showing as successful, but the ACT Fibernet doesn't receive the money and immediately I got mail from ACT FIbernet saying transaction was unsuccessful. From last 2 weeks I am sending mails to PayTm team at [protected]@paytm.com, but there is no response. Please help to resolve the issue asap and credit back my deducted amount. Thank you, D.                     I have ordered "Luxemburg Imported Seamless Pushup", but Patm sent me low quality cheap product, when i ask they are saying "Seller does not accept returns for this product" the product which is sent to me don't have tag, and showing very low quality.
                    Paytm products very very low quality and all discounts are false. Please beware Paytm products, they show one and delivery other one, and your money only return in Wallet...

                      Dear sir, Myself Gurdeep singh account holder of Paytm, registered on my airtel mobile no [protected]. Registration date is 09/05/2015. As i purchased a new samsung galaxy core prime from spice hotspot and i got a paytm promo voucher of 500 for 5months Promo code : SARCVYUSDJTJ4T I got 100/- at that time from this code and i added it to my paytm wallet. I never used it and when i checked my account again on the second month as on 09/06/2015 then it shows zero balance with any order and even i not able toh use this voucher code again for adding second month balance. I m seriously very confused about where my wallet balance (100/-)gone and how to add my balance through the voucher i have given (mentioned above). Kindly look after my problm and add my 500 ruppees to my wallet as mentioned to me with this promo code and till now i have not got any other promo code yet, this is the only promo code that i have.                         i have made mobile recharge through my Debit Card on Paytm and it replayed that "Recharge of Airtel Mobile [protected] for Rs:50 and another one Rs:35 is successful". I got a message that contains "An Amount of 35 INR has been debited to A/c XXXX1023891 by POS transaction another one An Amount of 35 INR has been debited to A/c XXXX9596 by POS transaction ". But till now I should not get mobile recharge balance.Hence I request that please process my request.

                          I have purchased Godrej Navtal lock from PayTM online through application. The lock is delivered onetime but the problem is lock I received is damaged. So I requested PayTM to guide me to return/replace the lock through email. But even after the 23 email chain there is no response from paytm. They have promised to collect the lock the day before yesterday but they havn't collect it or either answer properly. One main issue is PayTM is not proving any customer care number when we are putting online orders and second problem is when we email to PayTM they are assigning fresh customer care executive to him/her I have to every time explained the issue. So the whole issue is being mashed up. Here though the dispute amount is less but by considering the increasing trend to online shopping customer should be protected against such events and also this information should be spread across the public so before purchasing any product from PayTM one can think 100 times. I personally request you to brodcast this issue on TV channel so PayTM can understand the seriousness of the issue. Thanks, Bhupat

                              I had ordered a Dell Laptop on 29th May 2015, for which I had paid Rs 44, 833 during the checkout itself. I received the package on 6th June 2015. On opening the package I found that there was no laptop inside but a brick instead. I immediately sent an email to [protected]@paytm.com and a message to paytm's verified facebook page, along with photo proof. They initiated a pick-up request in their system and a courier representative was on my doorstep after 2 days. But the courier guy told me that he was instructed to receive a laptop from me. Since I had received a brick and not a laptop I told him to contact his seniors about the issue. He called his seniors and they refused to receive the return order. Now after that I've sent them e-mails and facebook messages about the current situation and all they've done is send me readymade template replies. They don't seem to be taking any action. It has been 6 days since I made the aware about the situation and the problem has not been solved yet. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me to say sorry about the situation. This is a perfect example of an disorganized company!

I received delivery 5 days late then expecte. But after opening the packet i foung "RAJ SHREE" soap inside the package worth Rs. 5.                                         i ordered a Adidas track paint but it was of small size so the company requested me to parcel it back and they will refund me my money back with courier charges but almost a month has passed they have not refunded it and they are also not replying to my mails...this is very frustrating, ...now from future i am not going to order anything from paytm
