I purchased a LG AC from PAytm on 29.05.2015, at the time of ordering they showed the expected time of delivery to be 03.06.2015 but after two days they changed the delivery time to 05.06.2015 and after two day they further delayed it to 09.06.2015. In this time I mailed them several times and requested the call back but they didnt call me and keep telling me that the order will be delivered. on 9.06.2015 I got the mail late night that your order has been delivered, however I have not recieved any order till now. they are not responding now. Kindly tell me what to do in this case

    i have placed an order of micromax canvas nitro a311 on[protected] and payment has been made by credit card. my order number is [protected] and after four days i got a mail from paytm that my order has been cancelled by the merchant and the amount (9199/-) has refunded to my paytm wallet but when i login to paytm one error display "your account is temporarily blocked for login ". i told to paytm customer care executive about this problem but they are saying my paytm account is fraud.i asked them how can you say this my account is fraud so they said you have multiple account by the same address but i don't have any other account with paytm. they are not agree to unblock my account.

      I had Rs.816 in my PayTM Wallet by today afternoon as on 9th June, 2015.I was unaware of any Transaction Happened after that.Somebody Hacked my account and did a payment of Rs.719 through BillDesk Details:-[BILLDESK Order No:- #DPT[protected] and Paytm Cash Txn ID F0643B[protected]D].I didnt get any message in my Phone regarding this Payment. After that Two Recharges One of Rs.86[PayTM Order No:-[protected]] and another of Rs.10[Order No:-[protected]] were done on an unknown Aircel Mobile No:-[protected].Please look into this matter seriously and return my Money ASAP.I want my money back otherwise I'll escalate this matter to Higher Authorities.It's your responsibility to keep customer's Money safe.I am not going to spare you if you are not going to return my money. Please return my Rs.816 cashback back into my Original Bank account ASAP because i have no trust left on your PayTM Wallet and maintain a proper security of your IT so that it doesnt happen aagain in future. Please return my money or else I'll FLOAT this matter everywhere.

      Some people on facebook are giving this link http://freecash550.wapka.mobi/ and saying open this site and enter ur paytm id and u will get rs 550 in added in ur account. it seems its a fake link and these are the people who are hacking the paytm account and stealing money. Someone named "Amrit Sran" gave me this link on paytm facebook page. Please investigate thsi person.

Today the date is 10/6/2015 but the money is not refunded, Apart form this i have also write a mail regarding this they have given me ticket no but till now the money is not refunded. so I requested u to refund the money.           Payment Refund - Paytm Payment Gateway This is in reference to my application for Wallet integration services from Paytm for my website. I have applied for your services on 28th April 2015. I have made the payment for annual maintenance charge (AMC) for my account. I am sorry to say that till today I am not able to use your services even after continuous email exchange with your technical as well as sales team. A letter for refund process was sent to PayTm on 9th June 2015 as per the invoice. Your Manager - Sales of Paytm replied on 10th June refusing the refund. I request you once again to process the refund since I have not used your Payment Gateway till date. No transaction was done till today even after the continuous mail exchange with your technical team. I even got a mail from your sales team on 9th June 2015 asking for fresh sets of documents.

            I booked 2 BUS tickets using Payem for 4th June Journey from Ahmedbad to Pune. Somehow the But got cancelled and there was no any update from Paytm. I was waiting for BUS at my Pickup Point and operator informed me that bus is canceled and we have informed Paytm but there was no communication to me regarding this. I raised it to Paytm(via email) same time and asked for alternative. They replied very late on it saying we are looking into it. After that no update for 1 day. Somehow I managed alternative and asked for refund from Paytm. Till today I am following up with them but there is no proper reply on it. I escalated it to all level and no update since 36 hours.
            Hello, I am also facing the same issue. I had booked ticket on 27th May 2015 and was waiting for bus at my pickup point but bus got cancelled. I also wrote several mails but didn't get proper reply. everytime they promise that amount will be refunded in 24 hrs but all are fake promises. I have also escalated to higher level but no response yet!!!

              ORDER NO.[protected] Sony MDR-XB30EXWCIN In-the-ear Wired Headphone (WHITE), The following product that they provided was not from Sony, its a replica of the sony product which has an inbuilt mic, and so i asked sony customer care regarding this, they replied that it has no inbuilt mic in it, and moreover they are giving some silly reason for not taking the product back from me.I have requested for the return on 26th May 2105, and its 10th June 2015 still no one has showed up to take back the product. Everytime i contact their customer care, they reply saying that they have escalated the issue. kindly please look in to the matter

                This is about ORDER NO.[protected] ITEM NAME (pedigree dog food of 1662) placed order in April 30 2015 it was showing nothing in status after calling 2 to 3 times to customer care it showed shipped and again calling 2 to 3 suddenly it started to show delivery in the status, but i din't got any product from them. from that day i called there customer care 15 times from that day, sent 20 e-mails only i am getting the answer is "GIVE US 24 TO 48 TO 72 HRS" We will try to solve you problem, today is 6/10/2015 i dint got single rupee from paytm. Don't buy any dog product in paytm.

                  I am facing two issues in my account 1)My recharge to airtel is repeatedly failing. 2)There is a balance issue in my Paytm Wallet I would like to explain you guys in detail. please review the below table my total contribution to my Paytm Wallet is[protected] my expenditure =3220 should be the balance in my Paytm wallet but at the moment in my wallet i see only 1150. I have repeatedly expressed my complaints through mails many times in this month but there is no prompt reply, I didn't even received my money back. please let me know is any other way to receive my many back.

                      I was paying my March Month Vodafone bill through Paytm but due to Vodafone system issue I could not pay bill on 23.03.15 of amount Rs.2369 and by saying sorry Paytm dropped Rs. 2369 in paytm wallet. Next day I paid my bill using freecharge not by Paytm. I kept the amount i Paytm wallet to use it later but after some time this amount was not appearing in my Paytm Wallet and even not reflected in bank account as refunded amount. Even Paytm statement of April does not give any information on this, I am following up them from last one month on mail ( as Paytm has no customer care phone no) but they are not giving my money back, even they have accepted the fault from their side and committed to return the amount but did not refunded. Let me know how to get my money refunded.

                          To, The Customer Care PayTM Thru [protected]@paytm.com RE: INVOICE NUMBER 20302/[protected] dated 28 May 2015 /10:52 HRS SUB: PAYTM SHIPMENT ID 84163389 RE: Sales on above MRP Dear Customer care team, Your immediate attention is drawn on following points: • I had placed an order for couple of articles, supplied thru above invoice. • The material has been delivered to us in good condition. • While opening the parcel, I noticed that I have been supplied quite old packed product, where your seller PATHWAYS MARKETING has tried to deface the MRP with blue INK, which is still visible and we could read the actual MRP of the product. • Even you can read the MRP mentioned in the attached pictures. • The MRP mentioned on the pack is 2975, whereas you have charged me 3480 thru your above invoice. • Thus you have excess charged 575+40% on the same. • The packing box containing your invoice pasted on it, original packing and other evidences are well available with me to prove the cheating and violation of consumer norms where PAYTM is responsible for the same. • As per MRP act and other provisions in the consumer act, NO ONE IN INDIA CAN SELL ANY PRODUCT ABOVE MRP, whereas I have been sold the product MUCH ABOVE THE MRP, which immediately needs a refund in cash/thru my bank account. • You have been giving discount only after increasing the MRP and thus it amounts to cheating. It is therefore requested that: • Immediately arrange for refund of excess amount thru cash, not paytm points. • Apologies for this misleading advertisement. • Do not cheat customers. • Compensate me for the mental agony, pressure and harassment, though no money can bring back those moments, I have undergone the mental agony.                               This is in regards to my order id[protected] for Shoe Mate Green Loafer (Size-8). I am deeply grieved to hear that the Courier charges upto Rs 200 will be refunded. The courier charges that I have been charged are Rs.1000/-. The same evidence has been provided to you. You may also visit the Blue Dart Service Page and check under Price Checker. I do not understand the reason of you paying me just Rs.200/- for the return package. Is this some kind of a joke or a favour you are doing? I am worthy of the amount and request you to refund the deserved amount. This is not acceptable and before undergoing the whole process I did confirm with your executive - Jeev, Dharmendra, Hitesh, Pratyush Singh, Aakritii and Kavita. None of these executives have said anything about the maximum courier charges. If required do check your recordings as well. Suddenly Sandeep says that just a maximum of 200/- will be refunded. We've been calling constantly but yet no action is been taken.

                              Bro sorry to say but it is clearly mentioned in the mail which you receive after you cancel the product that maximum courier charges upto Rs.200. In my case I borne exactly Rs.200 for shipping but yet didn't received courier charges. No response from paytm care.

                                    I would like to bring to your notice my first experience with Paytm. On 23.05.15 I placed an order of Sony Power bank, 10000 Mah having Order no[protected]. On[protected] i received the above mentioned order. To my utter shock, i realised that the powerbank did not look anything what was displayed on the site. The weight as mentioned on the site was 500 gms and the product received was much lighter. Since the site guaranteed one year manufacturer warranty, i took the product to the nearby Sony showroom to verify the authenticity. To my utter shock, it was revealed by the showroom that the product was not a genuine Sony product.Immediately i followed up the matter on mails with your customer care vide mails dated[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. However, each time i received vague, unsubstantiated replies with no explanation on the reason for the counterfeit product. The replies each time came from different representatives your company. The representatives have asked to apply for refund and again apply for a fresh order. They have refunded the amount in the wallet but the fake product is with me. Please let me know what to do aginst them so that they will not fool any customer again in future, one my friend also ordered the same product and received the same fake product. regards CA kamal thareja [protected] Regards

                                        Today[protected] at midnight at 12:06 am, I followed the procedure of paytm offer via whatsapp link i.e paytm-promo.com on mobile. they asked to advertise this message to 10 friends and 3 groups on whatsapp.also in final step told to install OLX, Qukir and Housing App for 12 hrs..Then my recharge of 200 rs would get credited in my account. But as I have completed my 12 hrs still they have not sent the recharge on [protected]
