    This is regarding the Order #[protected], which was place on May 04th, 2015 and returned immediately after receiving, as the product delivered was not in New condition. Attached is the SMS (Rcvng Ack.jpg) and the email for return acceptance (ReturnAcceptance.png), acknowledged by the seller on 18 May 2015, after sending back the product. As you can see its already been too late for the refund process and when i approached the PayTm via email, instead of checking there system and waiting time, they were asking for the scanned copy of "return receipt". More or less everytime we comunicate with PayTm, a new person comeup and the conversation start over again from the scratch. Requesting you to please process the refund to the source ( as the payment initiated via a HDFC Credit card).

      Dear Sir/Madam, I have placed an online order of ‘Nikon Action EX 8X40 CF Binocular’ to Paytm (Orde No.[protected] of Rs. 10, 757/- on Monday, May 25, 2015 18:41:17. On 3rd June 2015 Paytm has confirmed me via e-mail that they are unable to deliver the product. I immediately cancelled the order but till today they did not refund my payment. I wrote sever e-mails to their customer care and other e-mail ids, whatever available on its web site, but hardly had any impact. Whenever I register complain by e-mail they return replying “will resolve your issues within 24-48 hours’. Their so called 24x7 customer care number, [protected], is bogus and hardly gets responses from anyone. This is a case of fraud and cheating. I am clueless what to do and beg your kind help. If you search in Google you will find numerous such cases. I do not know how these kind of fraud companies get registration for such kind of e-tail business and they are continuously advertising in almost TV channels. I do not know how our rights are protected against such kind of fraudulence cases from such many online companies available in our country.             My order no. [protected] was cancelled by Paytm. Reason I'm writing here is that this is 4th time Paytm has cancelled(in last month) my order stating the same reason as "Hi Shubham, I'm sorry to inform you that your order has cancelled due to product damaged in transit.." So, there is something wrong for sure. One more thing I observed is that prices of cancelled products have gone up after my cancellation, that might be reason. If you can't deliver the product, then why are you selling it? login ID- [protected]

              I beg to inform you that I done recharge of bsnl phone number but it does not recharged but I gei my money back to my paytm wallet then I decided to give money back to paytm wallet but it does not get transferred to his account. But suddenly then I tried again to send it shows me 0 balance in my paytm wallet. It shoes to me that the money is cut down to paytm order no #[protected]. And paytm transition id is 39F74906D76D8295. So at last I wont my money back kindly transfer my money back to paytm wallet

                    I had ordered Mi Power Bank 10400 mAh (Silver) for Rs. 700 out of which I got Rs. 300 as cashback.After receiving the order I found that it was a duplicate product so I returned the item.Now seller has received the item but I didn't got Rs. 400 (Balance amount) back to my account or wallet. After complaining through mail many times(more than 5-6 times) I am getting the same response that your amount is credited but in reality I didn't got my amount. I am not able to connect them through phone because the number they have provided to their sites is not connecting to their support team.I am only getting recorded voice. Till now I have wasted a lot of time behind this but neither i am getting my amount back nor i am getting any appropriate resonse from them.

                      Hi, I've recharged to reliance no. [protected] but i suppose to recharge [protected] order no. is [protected]. I have created 2 ticket but i didn't receive proper reply. The mobile no. [protected] is not in use. The ticket no. #[protected] i get reply that "your payment is still on hold in reliance we will will refund your amount in your Paytm wallet if do not hear anything from them in next 24 hours" on May 5th. More than 3days still i didn't get proper reply.

While someone has made the purchae for giftxoxo.com Please arrange to resolve this on urgent basis and arrange to refund my money asap. "Hi there!                         I have been following your customer care from every source, but no one replying me on my issue.Recently
                        i received this mail, mentioning that 1500rs was deducted and used for
                        giftxoxo, com, whereas i haven't used this and seems that someone has
                        hacked from my Wallet. After getting this, i have informed the same to
                        you Customer care team but no action has taken yet. I was trying your
                        customer care number but that is already out of service. This is
                        typically Ir-responsive and lethargic approach towards the customer
                        issue.When i searched this on google, i found that many of
                        people have faced the same problem. Now there is security issue in your
                        system. Further to the whole scenario, i am clueless about the future of my problem, because the way Paytm is behaving, seems that they otiose or they dont care of customers.In

                        will try to make it viral. so that everyone will be cautious before

                        Same thing happened with my account lost money automatically
                        Prasad and Avin this happened to me also on 28 jun 2015. Rs 248 and Rs 100 got deducted. I am trying to raise a complain againt PAYTM on national consumer helpline. I have also send a mail to cyber cell karnataka.

                        Please let me know your order number so that I can club with my complain.
                        Rs 248 and Rs 100 was deducted from my account on 28 june 2015 and paytm is not ready to refund my amount. They are saying it happened online. But now paytm has an OTP login which comes to mobile so how can someone login without the OTP and make a transaction. Its a Fraud done by paytm.

                        I'm also facing the same problem. Today my Paytm wallet has been automatically deducted with rs242 for recharging on 2 unknown numbers...it seems that Paytm wallet is hacked by someone or Paytm team itself doing this practice. And forget the customer care but the worst thing is that they don't even want to resolve these issues as these are the ways by which Paytm might making their money. I mailed all the details to [protected]@paytm.com but no action or a single reply is taken...
                        This is so disgraceful. If Paytm team continue to ignore these genuine customer complaints then like me there are many other people who need to take very very serious action against Paytm.

                        On16july 2016 paytm reversed my wallet with 736 rupee but on same night around 11:30 askmebazaar deducted all my wallet.
                        I am also having the same issue ...28 rupee got deducted from my account .I didn't got refund.I complaint a issue in Paytm app.pls help me out.
                        Yesterday I got thu message from my bank
                        "Transaction of Rs.1, 000.00 made on SBI Credit Card XX9796 without effecting add'nl factor of authentication mandated by RBI, at PAYTM (PGSI) on 4 Apr 18 ."
                        PAYTM denies me to have such records on their data base what to do. They have charged me without entering any OTP . How it could be possible? I blocked my card and they want to do more transactions but unable to do as I have blocked my card kindly help me.

Delay means OK but for 5 or 10 days delay what's the use off shopping online wast if time if can't deliver the product means hv to inform us so that we can think of some thing to shop in other websites very bad but to say but very bad service

                                      Hello, I had cancelled a order ORDER NO.[protected] on paytm of Rs 2152 on 29th may. As per the rules The money was added to my paytm wallet.But the problem starts When i tried to refund the money (Rs 2147) from wallet to my credit card from where i had paid On 1st June.It immediately pops up a message that "Transaction failed due to technical error".
