Sir I ordered a airtel recharge through Paytm. They had received the payment of Rs.800 through order no.[protected] on May 23, 2015 after which they didn't recharge my Airtel account for two days. Then i cancelled the order and refunded the money in my PAYTM wallet (PAYTM WALLET TXN E9977F65C5EA0F8B), But as i wanted the money refunded to my bank account. Hence they deducted it from PAYTM wallet (PAYTM WALLET TXN ID AD[protected]B46 ) AND BANK TXN ID ([protected]) but it IS STILL not credited in my BANK account. after that i've been waiting from 25th May 2015 waiting for my money to be credited in my account . it's been very bad and exhausting experience with Paytm. I was regularly using this app and also telling my friends about this app but now i doubt o[censored]sing it in future. Hpoe this issue get resolved ASAP. Saurav Chaudhary

i booked the bus ticket from pune to nagpur. while booking i use promocode bus200 but the cashback is not added into my paytm wallet, my order number was ORDER NO.[protected] before this booking i also tried to book but it was failed because of some paymet error from this website .their order number was ORDER NO. I have a/c in SBI, Singhana Road, Narnaul (HR) in the name of Ranjan Kumar I received a call from Mob No.[protected] of an unknown person on my mobile No.[protected] on[protected] saying that he is speaking from head quarters of SBI branch Mumbai and told me that your ATM card will be issue within 72 hrs as i had applied for new ATM card in SBI, Singhana Road, Narnaul (HR) and he asked me to tell my old ATM card number and as per his enquiry i gave him my ATM card number.after few minutes i received six messages on my mobile regarding purchase of six different items. i made payment to Groupon.co.in through paytm that time paytm website showed transaction was success but Groupon.co.in website showed transaction failure... then i contacted with Groupon executives, said we didnot get any payment through paytm contact to paytm...many time i contacted paytm through mail but very very worst response from paytm ...

i purchase one mobile i ball Andi Plus grey (Order No [protected]) dated 1st June 2015 for Rs. 3349 from esteemed organisation. 60 % cash back show in offer. But cash back not credit in my account till date. Please credit cash back in my account or inform me when I received cash back. I try so many times customer care but I did not received any call from your end. I request you to please look into the matter and sought out my problem.

Order no.[protected] Item not delivered. Messages kept coming that Shipment out for delivery for many days. One day I got the message that product has been delivered. I called Paytm Delivery helpline @[protected] and they sent me an image showing delivery @ first attempt and a fraudulent signature of my wife. I sent a mail To: [protected]@paytm.com. I have escalated the issue to the concerned department and I will get back to you within the next 48-72 hrs with an update. If you have further queries please let us know. Happy to help, Name " I don't understand that if they will keep on escalating the issue without taking any action, I could have directly written to Paytm CEO and asked for my order delivered. I leave mobile number on each mail, but none of them picks up the call and care or dare talk to me. I want to allege Paytm for the Delivery Fraud and Signature Fraud.

Regarding order no[protected]. I got a my paytm wallet recharged by 600 on 12th of May but the transaction failed.I waited for 10 days for my refund amount because normally we get our refunds in 5 to 15 days. Then I dropped a mail to them but did not receive any response .Later I called on their customer care number but was surprised to hear that they do not have on call support for refunds only way is that you need to drop a mail.Luckily I got a response from them on mail stating I should check with the bank as they did not receive the payment .I contacted my bank but they said payment is successfull from banks side so I need to enquire from paytm. I told this to paytm via mail and in retuen they asked me to attach my bank statement for verification, I did so.After receving it they said they will get back to me soon on this.But that soon has not come yet. I have dropped them 2 mails after that which went unattended. I want to ask paytm is this the type of service to provide.Just have a check on my account .I always used to get my recharges done from here but sorry not any more.

Hi, i purchase 3 packs of jockey briefs from Paytm website in total 6 piece. The MRP of the product is 298 per pack which makes total of 894. So i want to understand first of all how could they charged me more than MRP so far did not received any explanation for that. Now the second issue is that the briefs which was ordered by me was 70-75 in size but the product delivered by them is 80-85 in size. Its a wrong product So the things which i am looking for is 1 explanation for fraudant 2 reverse pick of the product as you have delivered incorrect size So far problem is pending and no action has been taken after continues mail exchange

Sir, My paytm I'd is dr.[protected]@gmail.com. I placed a order of 2 park avenue deodrants.Order no is.[protected]. In website it showed that original price was RS.299 per one deo and offer price was RS.240 and shipping charge was RS.40.Totally one deo costs RS.280 including shipping charges. I ordered 2 deos for Rs.560.and both were delivered after a week. After receiving the parcel I was shocked to see the MRP which was printed at the bottom of the deo, it was only RS.190. I became frustrated and made a complaint to paytm care.Ticket no is[protected]., The representative asked me to send some photos of the order. I did as his instructions and he replied me to wait for 72hrs and I waited but no reply from paytm. Again I made a enquiry about my previous complaint, again they given a ticket no.[protected] and asked me to wait for another 72hrs but for that also no reply. I bought 2 deos, each one for Rs.280 which originally was worth for RS.190 only.See how I was cheated. Pls kindly make enquiry and do needful for me. Thanking you.

I raised return request for order number #[protected]. where my return is cancelled by courier person without collecting the parcel. Even i did not got option to raise again return request for the same order. I raised ticket of the same to Paytm. I received four mails from fours different executives mentioning that they will assist me on this. Since last 5-6 days i don't have any update regarding that ticket(#[protected] i raised. This is very dis appointing, i have never excepted this unprofessional behavior from Paytm. I was loyal customer to Paytm, but you spoiled your own image and now you made me think that Paytm is not worthy of customer trust. I want my parcel to be collected and refund me back the order amount. Or i have to force fully file a complaint against Paytm in Consumer court. Order No. :[protected] Placed an order of IFB Convection oven of INR 13560 (Effective price INR 8800) on 21st of March. After many reminders to get my order delivered, the Paytm portal got updated to "the order has been delivered" but actually the order was never delivered. I have been writing complaints to paytm from last 2 months and every time they call and say that the money will be refunded within 2 days. WORST SERVICE. REFUND THE MONEY ASAP OR I WILL PURSUE THIS FURTHER.
