        i just recharge my net pack through paytm of rs 43 net pack.There is nothing any description about net packbe cause of that i lost my main balance more than 70 rs. when i call airtel costumer care they told me to that pack for whatsApp chat only.when i use net pack on other site i lost my main balance how would i know that is for only whatsApp chat.               With reference to the order number#[protected]. I have booked a ticket using Paytm, from Tirupathi to Bangalore for SVR Travels(appleibus) and it got confirmed and Paytm even generated ticket for the same stating that the journey date is 1st of June 2015 and the scheduled time is at 4AM. When I visited to the SVR Travels office in Tirupathi, they say that the ticket got booked for 2nd of June 2015 and not for the 1st of June and further they also mentioned that they cant take the request to cancel the ticket as I have booked through the Paytm hence contact them only for the cancellation or refund. This caused immense difficulty and inconvenience to me as I was in emergency travel to Bangalore. However regarding the same, I have mailed Paytm authorities immediately at 6AM from my mobile and same has been reached to them. This is purely Paytm mobile app, date related issue or technical glitch that they have processed booking for the wrong date. Its been several times I have reached out and finally they responded saying we cant cancel the ticket as it is too late. Though I have initiated the process more than a day before, its disheartening to listen the response from Paytm. I would be glad if you could take this forward and help me out in getting my money back refunded. Its not just money refund when they are not completely equipped technically they shouldnt venture into this kind of bus ticket booking and several things, when they cant provide better service and follow ups further. Glad to notice this forum and hoping the issue will get resolved at the earliest.

                          Hi, I ordered adidas white and blue shoes on 21/05/2015 successfully and paytm mentioned shipping date is[protected]. After two days of booking i received a mail from paytm like item is packed and waiting for dispatch. I waited till 26 and wrote couple of mails regarding shipping and they replied usually like order will be shipped with in 1 or 2 days, even after 2 days i wrote a mil again, i received same standard reply with out thinking about concerns. Then next one of paytm executive called ( i requested call back in website) and said that i will be personally looking in to this issue and order will be delivered with 1 day, then i said ok, But suddenly on saturday night[protected] saying your order has been cancelled due to some concerns and will refund your amount. Immediately i wrote a mail and no proper response at all, simply sending a standard template mail and no proper phone channel to communicate about our issues, they made me wait so many days and simply they are passing time instead of delivery, but i don't want any money i need item immediately, but i want to ask Paytm below questions. 1. How you can cancel order with out any prior intimation to me? 2. In spite of many follow ups, why you told order will be delivered and suddenly what make you to cancel order. 3. As you said item is not with seller, how you kept for sale, if it is not why you send wrong information to me like order will be delivered? 4. I didn't understand one thing initially i received information like Item Packed and waiting for dispatch, If it is dispatched why didn't you shipped? and why you cancelled? 5. It is not our responsibility to make sure whether it is available with seller or not? It is your responsibility to ensure. 6. Why you are providing wrong information to customers? 7. If we write some mail regarding order, I will receive only standard emails without sending any replies, they never worry about customer problems and no proper phone communication to reach and explain our problems I don't want any refund or any cash back, i need my ordered items at any cost. I need one help from this complaints forum, how to raise this issue further higher organization. Thanks, Raveendra

                          Once i asked about my order they simply told like seller couldn't able to deliver product since he is not having item with him, but they mentioned status in earlier days as item packed and ready to ship. I am not understanding why they are doing like this, but i don't want leave Paytm at all. i am ready to take wherever it is required. I sent a plenty of mails to [email protected] and [email protected] I received a call from 0120 4587250. Please help me to take necessary action.

                                1. in paytm page my mobile no. location shows in TAMIL NADU but actually it is West Bengal. 2.In paytm page offer shows DATA BENIFIT: 1GB 3G DATA FOR 28 DAYS this is for TAMIL NADU but in my actual location(WEST BENGAL) offer is AIRTEL TO AIRTEL 900 MINUETS Please find the attached print screen short. my SIM was WEST BENGAL ISSUED and i am in WEST BENGAL but in your paytm account it shows TAMILNADU. You can check my location and SIM area in link shown below. In the link add my no.                                     Dear All, I am Girish a resident of Bangalore India. I have faced severe difficulty in getting refund of an order cancelled with paytm services. Their communication system is not really updated to track the chain of communications. As a result of this weakness, I am at a loss of Rs 720/-. Let me list down the sequence of events for easy understanding. 01. I placed an order for Cozyat Quilte Cotton Mattresses Protector King Size on 18th May . It was available for Rs 1799 with cashback offer of Rs 700. The order no was [protected]. 02. Paytm accepted the order and credited the cashback of Rs 720 to my account next day. 03. However on 19th May, i requested for cancellation of order. By that time the item was already shipped. Hence paytm advised me not to take delivery of the product. On 20th May the cashback amount was deducted from my paytm wallet. 04. On 20th May, I ordered for another piece of Cozyat Quilte Cotton Mattresses Protector King Size on 20th May. The order no was[protected]. This time the price was Rs 1799 with cashback offer of Rs 900. My order was accepted. 05. However unfortunately the item as per [protected] was delivered in my absence and by mistake the delivery was accepted. 06. On 23rd May your team attempted to deliver item as per order no[protected]. I rejected the delivery and sent it back. Subsequently I got a message stating that the item has been delivered. 07. After several follow up communications, the status of the order No[protected] was updated as cancelled. Against this, order I had a cashback credit of Rs 900/- to my paytm account. Hence post cancellation of, you credited a sum of Rs 899/-. Which is perfectly fine. 08. In the meantime, as per my requests (too many) your team accepted cancellation of my order No [protected]. 09. But paytem credited only a sum of Rs 1079/-. When I asked the reason for short refund of money, your team has no response. (It has been more than 5 days since I last raised this issue and upto the point of writing this mail no response.). Just to reiterate, the point, the order value was Rs 1799/- which is the sum I paid. While you credited Rs 720 to my paytm account as per the offer, the same amount has been recovered from my account as soon as I placed cancellation order (On 20th May itself). This fact has been ignored by your team while refunding the money and credited only Rs 1079/- to my account. As a result, I am being left high and dry for Rs 720. So many of my communications and requests have gone unattended leaving really a bad feeling about the services of Paytm. It seems nobody in your team is really bothered to get to the bottom of the issue and resolve it to the satisfaction of client. Every time I send this long list of events, the paytm team just comes out with bizarre repetitive answers. While I talk about cancellation of Order No [protected] paytm talks about order no[protected]. They conviniently ignore the important fact that cashback credited to wallet for order no [protected] has been reversed. While refunding the money they have deducted cashback and credited only Rs 1079 to my account. I am getting frustrated at this mismanagement of communication by paytm. Every time I send a mail, a new person initiates a new chain of communication. I am tired of explaining this story to everybody, but alas nobody seems to care.

                                      Paytm : Face of a modern day crooks This is my very first experience with Paytm for my Order No.[protected], date 28th May 2015 on behalf of my younger brother, which is unfortunately quite disgusting. Paytm is selling their products more than that of mentioned MRP on products. Moreover, they sell their local products under the ‪#‎hashtag‬ of famous brands, even Intex is a victim of this. When I approached to Paytm via email, this saddened me in a step up way. There were 5 customer care representative within 4 hrs, every time a new one, asking the same questions to provide details despite of providing all details to the previous one. A full day spent and they did nothing more than giving a reason of sorrow. Finally, Here I’m. My friends, Be aware of such a fraudster like Paytm who draws your attention in the name of CASH BACK which is in actual your hard-earned pennies drawn from your bank account by Wolf of Online market in their wallet. Raise your dislikes so that Paytm can stop such master art of making a fool to customers.

                                        Really Appreciate the Way of Making Fool to customer !!! While Booking you Showing the Date of Delivery is Next Two Days, But After Payments Done Expected Date of Delivery is INCREASED Twice a Day. I had Done the Payment in the (Morning) May 26, 2015 Then Why you Shipping my item on 30th May 2015, While Shipping Address is is the Heart of Delhi pin 110001. Other Vendors are Delivering all item in Just NEXT Day of Purchasing item. I will update the Status Everywhere on the Internet Fastest Courier and Fastest Delivery and Biggest Supplier PAYTM.
