I am very much disappointed by PAYTM customer service, I was a regular customer of PAYTM but now I have stopped shopping on PAYTM.
I ordered a Corelle dinner set (Order No[protected] but when I received the product it was different from the description and the picture on your website. Therefore I raised the request immediately and I was told someone will come back for pickup but it’s been 1 week now and nobody came back to pick up. I called the courier guy again and he said that the pickup has been cancelled from their system.
They also gave you wrong information that customer is using the dinner set, however it is complete packed as you guys left it, they just gave wrong information to you because they never wanted to pick up.
I paid Rs 5360 for this dinner set from my credit card and I want it to be returned asap. This is complete fraud under indian penal code and a case under IPC 420 (confiscating money under false pretext or showing wrong information). I have already send several emails and raised requests on your website but no help.
Looking forward for your reply and urgent assistance on this.
Please consider this email as my final documented request after which I will be going for legal procedure.
