Dear sir, I have recharge online stv 34 but stv not working & i have call to reliance customer care center but he told that not any 34 stv transaction detail show in our system .pls help i have attached transaction receipt . Regard anurag singh [protected]

    I have purchased the luvlap pram ( baby stroller ) cost 3599 rs on 1st june 2015. I got 50% discount and u transffred 1800 rs in my paytm wallet. 3/6/2015 u confirmed and shipped the product by bluedart courier service. On 5/6/15 paytm cancelled the item without notify me. I contact on paytm customer care they told me that product is lost by courier service . So i called bluedart they tracked the product and they told that product delivery is not in thier range. So now I not understand who is really speaking true . So I would like to solve paytm my difficulties or else I will go for legal action against Paytm.com.       I have booked bus ticket from Paytm.Due to some reasons, Bus had been cencelled by bus operator.Bus operator assured me to refund full bus ticket amount money.I have already told the same issue to Paytm but haven't got any response from Paytm.It's been more than 1 week still I haven't got any money refund.       The same thing happened with me. Iam following up with them including their Greivance cell from last one month. There is no response from them.

        I have ordered 1 jeans with order id[protected].i have raised a return request.after 3 days i got cal from customer care stating that my address is not available for reverse pickup.after that i have sent 2 emails to get some assistance in proceed cancel no reply from them.finally i found a call back link in paytm site and given my number.he called me and told me like they will come and collect my parcel once i sent the images of jeans i received. he told me he sent an email and i should reply to that email .but i didnt received any emails from him.now i am looking for that call back link in paytm website.but now they make that link not visible to me. i am very irritated with .it took 15 mins to me update this email.this much worst of experience which got from them

          Respected sir. I am one of your sincere viewers. I have ordered for 2 LED bulb of eveready of 9 and 12 watt each as per my order no[protected] on 22 May 15. The item was delivered by blue dart on 3 Jun 15. When i opened the consignment i found that there was thre bulb available but one 12 watt bulb was missing for which i already paid 550/- . I complained and uploaded the photographs of order too as advised by cuctomer care of paytm. I got reply on 4 Jun that item was delivered. I again told them that the order was delivered but it was partial but issue not resolved. please do needful to help me out.             I have realized now that Paytm is worthless E-Commerce website which has no respect for its customer.Its sole moto is making money with no regards to customer experience. I ordered 3 sets of Philips HR1351/C 250 W Hand Blender (White) from Paytm . The chopper jar of one of them(ORDER NO.[protected] was broken, for the other(ORDER NO.[protected], the chopping attachment was dismantled and some butter kind of thing was applied all over the rim and was stinking. This is disgusting and highly disappointing.I returned both of them and after a month I again ordered for one(( OrderID :[protected], This time again I got a product which is in used condition. The product was in dismantled state when delivered to me. Some butter kind of thing was there inside the and it was stinking badly. It has got scratches allover its body.

                Dear Sir / Madam, I am very much disappointed by PAYTM customer service, I was a regular customer of PAYTM but now I have stopped shopping on PAYTM. I ordered a Corelle dinner set (Order No[protected] but when I received the product it was different from the description and the picture on your website. Therefore I raised the request immediately and I was told someone will come back for pickup but it’s been 1 week now and nobody came back to pick up. I called the courier guy again and he said that the pickup has been cancelled from their system. They also gave you wrong information that customer is using the dinner set, however it is complete packed as you guys left it, they just gave wrong information to you because they never wanted to pick up. I paid Rs 5360 for this dinner set from my credit card and I want it to be returned asap. This is complete fraud under indian penal code and a case under IPC 420 (confiscating money under false pretext or showing wrong information). I have already send several emails and raised requests on your website but no help. Looking forward for your reply and urgent assistance on this.                   I ordered a Red Tape shoe from Paytm recently. On receiving the order, I found a piece of brick inside instead of my order of Red Tape shoe. I had seen such incidents happening all over the online shopping. I have been buying stuffs from Paytm for a long time now, and never expected that such a misconduct will happen here. I tried to return it to the delivery guy, but he refused to take the parcel back. Also, I raised a return request in Paytm site but didn't get any response from there too. I have raised a complaint on [protected]@paytm.com but all I am getting as response from them is that the issue has been escalated to the concerned department. It has been 2 weeks now since this issue has been resolved by them. The details for my order is: ORDER NO.[protected] Red Tape Blue Loafers (Size-6)

                      I recharged RS. 55 on my reliance GSM. This recharge for reduce the call rate. But in your site under desc. you written with 100 MB net for 7 days. After recharge i enable my data but my Main balance deduct INR 50 . I called the Reliance customer care and he say this recharge give only reduce call rate benefits not 100 MB net data. Paytm Provider wrong information on his site. It's a illegal thing. So, my recommendation please ignore paytm.

                        Hi, I have purchased woodland shoe through Paytm website and my Order No.[protected] the size is incorrect I have requested for return on Apr25th still now no resolution from Customer care or Vikash. No one is taking serious they keeps on sending email wait for 48-72 hours its almost 40 days over. Customer service is very worst, They rejected my return due to one time they told that I have ok with the size and second time courier guy call not responded. I have not received any call from either customer care or Courier guys. They are simply playing games. The same scenario happens to my friends as well. Two of them told the same thing where they have not received any call still they told that they have not responded. I think the same reason they are telling to every one with out calling. Very very worst services and no use of booking goods through Paytm site. Please some one help me on my issue. Regards, Raju

                          I have purchased a trimmer from the paytm against order number[protected]. It was not as per my expectation so i have filled for return it on 24th May but till now they were not responding to it so i have marked a cc copy to [protected]@ paytm.com. I got the reply that they do not have reverse pickup at my address but last time when the same case happened they have arranged the reverse pickup from my address. Now they are not doing the needful. I want my money back.

                              I ordered a bag with Order #[protected]. I got this bag and kept it packed as was a gift. When I opened today, I gave it to my friend and I found that it was damaged. I emailed to Paytm but they are refusing to return this since they say 15 days are over. However, I told them that the bag was opened later since it was a gift. Details are - Placed order on 29th April, 2015. - Opened product on 28th May since wanted to gift to a friend on 29th May - Mailed to Paytm since no customer care number is provided by them - Want a refund/exchange of the transaction

                                Paytm really doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I booked three orders but was shocked to see two items are wrong shipment, they sent me the wrong items and when i send them somany emails they just simply say sorry or apologies for the inconvenience and same big copy n paste emails.They really don't care about what items are delivering and all. Here are the two wrong items delivered order details: 1) Order:[protected] 2) Order:[protected] The other order third order also not the exact product which was displayed. Here is the actual point now. They agreed for the refund of the amount to my bank account and they picked up the item and add the amount to my Paytm account which i never wanted. This is really worst experience with Paytm i never had with other top services.

                                    Paytym runs an offer with groupon, On minimum purchase of 500 get 550 rs cashback Mine order worth rs 799 is already delivered and it been 2 weeks placing the order, Paytym is not refunding the cashback. got two replies saying sorry for the delay, we are working on the issue. and now they have stopped responding to my mails.                                         we purchased a saree order id[protected]rs5580) and a shirt order id[protected]rs.389) from paytm. the product delivered to us was not in accordance with our order so requested for its return . the quality is also poor. as per paytm return policy a product can be return within 7 days of delivery . its been 9 days i am constantly mailing them to process the return request and they are giving any update regarding the same . everytime they reply saying that we are sorry for the inconvenience and will revert back to you in 48-72hours. and those 48-72 hors never come and they dont have any contact no. also. they dont give any response and my money around rs6000 is blocked in paytm. its a huge amount and i want refund of the same asap. please look into the matter asap and help.
