I purchased a limited offer pack on 08/09/2019 morning but I didn't received the befinits of the purchase ie) I didn't received the gems and megabox ingame amount of Rs:400 is debited from my account.

I first thought it was a error on game side so I contact them they asked me wait for 24 hours and then I asked them again they told to provide them with the gpa code by Google and then only I realized it was because of you guys so kindly refund my money.

      Have purchased worth rs. 799, the amount got deducted from the bank, but i didn't got the uc's. I have also texted the consumer care service, but they are also not replying, kindly help me with this, below are the proof of the successful payment to the times of money limited for purchasing the royal elite pass season 9.

        Respected sir/mam.

        I have purchased paytm swipe machine for my shop dolly ethnic vadodara-gujrat.
        At that time paytm executive said you will get 💯 refund if you are returning machine during one year and now i want to return that machine and they are not giving refund full amount.

        Now they are giving 50% amount and showing t&c.
        That's cheating by most sincere payments bank paytm.
        Rent for machine also high compared to other available options in market.

        Request all customers and retailer don't buy paytm machine it's transection commission and other hidden t&c are looting our hard earned money.

          I'm doing a upi transaction amount of rs 5000 upi referencenumber is[protected] through paytm app paytm payment bank to sending bank of india linked upi id [protected]@paytm in 30-august-2019 first upi pending then 2-september-2019 upi successful but receiver didn't get any amount credit that particular upi reference number. I'm complaint regarding this in paytm but they told upi instantly successfully done. But i'm visiting bank of india branch 6-10-19 they told complaint on npci. Please sir help me in belongs poor family.

                  My paytm account was blocked on 1st september and when i enquired about it, i was told via message that i had committed a fraud hence my account got blocked. When i asked to talk to an executive, i was told to enter otp sent on my phone number but i received no otp either. I had rs.1700 in my paytm wallet and now i'm being told that the account is blocked. This is clearly a fraud commited against me. I want my rupees back anyhow and will never use this # app again. I trusted paytm and was using it since a year now.

                        Bought a bus ticket through paytm. I haven't selected any other option, paytm automatically selected extra charges for free cancellation. It went unnoticed while me booking ticket since i didn't select any other option. It was 79 rupees. I called customercare immediately they said non refundable. This is how company is stealing from lakhs of customers. It's obvious at least 1 lakh customers book and face this problem so 75 ×1lakh i. E., 75 lakh rup3es paytm did fraud through this at a minimum.

                          Sir,
                          Paytm executives are so much irresponsible that they are not able to arrange a pickup for my damaged product, and now i have to even pay the emi of this damaged product. Everytime i call in paytm the executives are just delaying the pickup and are asking for 48 hours. But i t has already been 15 days but they are not taking any action. The onlyu work they are doing is harrasing me by making fake promises. The resolution is to make the emi cancel from bajaj finserv and making the pick up as early as possible.

                            On 01 sep 19, i got an sms of transaction of ₹1000 from my credit card by paytm (Pgsi) without pin or otp as authorised by rbi. How is this authorised by rbi as stated and done? This is a complete flaw of my credit card company (Citibank). I raised a complaint and further block my credit card on the same day. Citibank bank should pay me back because of there flaw in security of transaction. The culprits should be find out and send to jail.
                            Everytime I try to recharge on my mobile number, a warning box pops up. It shows network and connection error. I have rechecked multiple times but this problem is stagnant. Please help!
                            I have purchase Paytm Fastag from paytm with rs.500/-(100for card+250 for security money which refund when i close the account+150 in fastag wallat.)
                            i am closed the fastag 2 month ago. but still the date i am not received security money. and they ignore my mail. and avoid. my contact no-[protected]. which registered with paytm.

                              It's been more than 10 days. Whenever i try to recharge through my paytm phone. It says error occurred. I tried multiple times to contact customer service.. They say allow 2 says and ask again to enter code.. It's been 10 days. They can't fox the issues

                                I ordered a mobile on paytm mall app in exchange offer. I ordered this mobile on 13 aug and i got delivery on 14 aug. I got confused that this new device is defective so i complained about this on 15 aug. On 16 aug a courier boy of paytm partner come at my home in my absence and asked new phone from my sister for replacement. He take picture of new device and told my sister that imei number is not matching so i can'nt picked this device. I raised this question to paytm customer care executive and he told me that please visit vivo service center and get a job sheet and send us than we will arrange to pick your device. I visit vivo service center and i got solution of my problem from vivo service center and call to paytm customer care executive
                                To withdraw my request to replacement my new device. I also said to arrange the courier boy to pick the exchange device so that i can get my cash back. I told a lot of time to paytm customer care executive that your courier boy was come to pick new device but customer care excutive is saying that your exchange device was rejected by courier boy at door step check. Sir, i want to ask how courier boy can rejected my exchange device when he didn't show my old device. My complain number is[protected]. I am also attaching the old phone pic. Please look into this matter.

                                  Hello i made a debit card transaction in amazon.in of 10000 and after that i cancelled the order of 10000 so generally amazon refunded me the money with the refund reference no and tells me that the money should be recived within 3-5 working days so i waited for it but still i don't receive my money i rasie a dispute against my bank but there was no help... Whenever i contacted to my bank along with the refund reference no they are unable to track it and they tells me to contact with amazon and whenever i contacted with amazon they tells me when the refund reference no is generated that means the payment is successfully done from our end please contact with your bank minimy 20 to 30 times i called amazon and paytm bank such for the situation.. And amazon have a refund reference no proof so i don't raise to do the complaint for them... But i raised 3 no in dispute against my bank but there customer support is very pathetic they are told me the refund is not received from the merchant please contact with them... So my request is to solve the issue.. If you need transaction id refund reference no all thing i give you... Please help me... I will upload my transaction id and the refund reference id from amazon...in the screenshot it have the payment proof and the transaction id which is debit money from amazon and it has also the refund reference no in which amazon clearly done the refund and the refund amount so my request is to take the action against paytm

                                    I was order amazon pay at ₹5130 at 15/8/19, 8.15pm through paytm digital debit card and same day i ask to cancel order then amazon take request then proceeded they say refund amount will get on 26/8/19 after wards i ask amazon customer care they sent a mail 29/8/19 you will get refund amount will reflect on your account i ask paytm customer care
                                    They wouldn't give proper reply they say our team will give revert i was nearly waited for 15days pls helps us to get refund amount ammount and also i attached snap

                                      Paytm had given me an offer to get cash back for mobile recharges. Just to get that offer, i did 3 mobile recharges one after another adhering to all of their terms and conditions.
                                      But every time i did the recharge, they would create some new unwanted offer & would avoid giving me the cash back.
                                      If they're not interested to give the cash back, they can freely tell so without resorting to such cheap tricks. Why don't these guys resort to begging instead of committing such frauds & unfair trade practices...

                                        Sir amazon refund me rs 892 on 19 august 2019 in my paytm payment bank account bebit card.. But time of refund is over and still i don't get my refund... Banknis told me that no refund is come and we are not able to search this arn number you provided...
                                        And amazon says that your refund is completely processed by amazon... So sir plzzz help me to out of this..
