i consulted my advocate to further with this issue, as your company not paying attention on return request, i dont have any regular contact with courier or logistic companies as like you have to whom you are regularly dealing thousand times,
my advocate advice me to go to media, if not then he further advice me to go to consumer court, consumer affairs, ministry with Consumer Forums like CoRE . nic .in
i hope your company dont want to spoil his name for mere few bugs, and without any if's and but's arrange pickup of item,
