    Dear All, I am Girish a resident of Bangalore India. I have faced severe difficulty in getting refund of an order cancelled with paytm services. Their communication system is not really updated to track the chain of communications. As a result of this weakness, I am at a loss of Rs 720/-. Let me list down the sequence of events for easy understanding. 01. I placed an order for Cozyat Quilte Cotton Mattresses Protector King Size on 18th May . It was available for Rs 1799 with cashback offer of Rs 700. The order no was [protected]. 02. Paytm accepted the order and credited the cashback of Rs 720 to my account next day. 03. However on 19th May, i requested for cancellation of order. By that time the item was already shipped. Hence paytm advised me not to take delivery of the product. On 20th May the cashback amount was deducted from my paytm wallet. 04. On 20th May, I ordered for another piece of Cozyat Quilte Cotton Mattresses Protector King Size on 20th May. The order no was[protected]. This time the price was Rs 1799 with cashback offer of Rs 900. My order was accepted. 05. However unfortunately the item as per [protected] was delivered in my absence and by mistake the delivery was accepted. 06. On 23rd May your team attempted to deliver item as per order no[protected]. I rejected the delivery and sent it back. Subsequently I got a message stating that the item has been delivered. 07. After several follow up communications, the status of the order No[protected] was updated as cancelled. Against this, order I had a cashback credit of Rs 900/- to my paytm account. Hence post cancellation of, you credited a sum of Rs 899/-. Which is perfectly fine. 08. In the meantime, as per my requests (too many) your team accepted cancellation of my order No [protected]. 09. But paytem credited only a sum of Rs 1079/-. When I asked the reason for short refund of money, your team has no response. (It has been more than 5 days since I last raised this issue and upto the point of writing this mail no response.). Just to reiterate, the point, the order value was Rs 1799/- which is the sum I paid. While you credited Rs 720 to my paytm account as per the offer, the same amount has been recovered from my account as soon as I placed cancellation order (On 20th May itself). This fact has been ignored by your team while refunding the money and credited only Rs 1079/- to my account. As a result, I am being left high and dry for Rs 720. So many of my communications and requests have gone unattended leaving really a bad feeling about the services of Paytm. It seems nobody in your team is really bothered to get to the bottom of the issue and resolve it to the satisfaction of client. Every time I send this long list of events, the paytm team just comes out with bizarre repetitive answers. While I talk about cancellation of Order No [protected] paytm talks about order no[protected]. They conviniently ignore the important fact that cashback credited to wallet for order no [protected] has been reversed. While refunding the money they have deducted cashback and credited only Rs 1079 to my account. I am getting frustrated at this mismanagement of communication by paytm. Every time I send a mail, a new person initiates a new chain of communication. I am tired of explaining this story to everybody, but alas nobody seems to care.

      Paytm : Face of a modern day crooks This is my very first experience with Paytm for my Order No.[protected], date 28th May 2015 on behalf of my younger brother, which is unfortunately quite disgusting. Paytm is selling their products more than that of mentioned MRP on products. Moreover, they sell their local products under the ‪#‎hashtag‬ of famous brands, even Intex is a victim of this. When I approached to Paytm via email, this saddened me in a step up way. There were 5 customer care representative within 4 hrs, every time a new one, asking the same questions to provide details despite of providing all details to the previous one. A full day spent and they did nothing more than giving a reason of sorrow. Finally, Here I’m. My friends, Be aware of such a fraudster like Paytm who draws your attention in the name of CASH BACK which is in actual your hard-earned pennies drawn from your bank account by Wolf of Online market in their wallet. Raise your dislikes so that Paytm can stop such master art of making a fool to customers.

        Really Appreciate the Way of Making Fool to customer !!! While Booking you Showing the Date of Delivery is Next Two Days, But After Payments Done Expected Date of Delivery is INCREASED Twice a Day. I had Done the Payment in the (Morning) May 26, 2015 Then Why you Shipping my item on 30th May 2015, While Shipping Address is is the Heart of Delhi pin 110001. Other Vendors are Delivering all item in Just NEXT Day of Purchasing item. I will update the Status Everywhere on the Internet Fastest Courier and Fastest Delivery and Biggest Supplier PAYTM.

          Recharged Rs.200 my airtel number([protected]) on 29-May-2015 at 12.09 am(Order no[protected], NB Transaction:[protected]. Paytm order history shows the order successful, but I didn't receive any amount from the Airtel operator. Since this recharge was not successful I have used other recharge app "freerecharge" to recharge again after 9 hrs. I have received the second recharge successfully. When I contacted Paytm through mail(Ticket #[protected] they said that they would contact the operator once to confirm the same. Then I received a mail saying that they contacted the operator and the recharge was successful giving me operator reference number-[protected]. When I contacted Airtel support, they're saying that there was no such confirmation given under this reference number. And now I'm receiving the same reply from Paytm eveytime I contact them.

                    I ordered Air sofa got delivered on time but (8 days as it was mentioned) I raised the compliant on the same day when it delivered. I could feel it is getting deflate it self so I raised compliant but they person from paytm keep on asking me to send the pictures of the product even i replied with those pictures on the first email itself. they simply dont read emails. Now I lost all my patients. I dont want money just want my BP reduced. ALL PLEASE DONT GO FOR PAYTM ANY TIME flip kart, Amazon and eaby are best in my experience

                              Hi, I have purchased a product from Paytm, the product that i received is a damaged product. I have put that concern to them and asking them to arrange for return pick-up and provide refund. I have raised this concern to them on 18-May-2015. Till date they are still in process of asking for the picture of damaged product, I have sent image multiple times. Every response that i receive from them is just asking for picture of the damaged product. Am really fed up writing emails to them wasting my time and energy. I have attached a screen shot and the number of times i have conversation with Paytm with no resolution. Please help me to get my refund from them.
                              Same problem happened to me also. What PayTM did is they send a box with a booklet instead of my hard disk.

I asked for replacement but not get response. I received +60% Cashback in my Paytm wallet. There was remaining 483 Rs in My #Paytm Wallet & Waiting for 175 Cash back in #Paytm wallet. Suddenly a Vodafone Mobile No.[protected] recharged from my account two times and deduct the amount (351 + 130) from my #Paytm wallet, but This mobile number[protected] is switched off while I'm calling. 1) Rs 130 Recharge of Vodafone Mobile [protected] 2) Rs 351 Recharge of Vodafone Mobile [protected] Above both recharges is not done by me through my account. 3) Promo Code FOOT35 applied successfully. Cash back of Rs 175 will be added to your #Paytm Wallet within 2 hours. "Still I didn't get this cash back in my #Paytm wallet" Current Balance of my #Paytm Account was Rs 2 Only. I got 175 Cashback on 28th May 2015, then my balance was Rs 177. On 28th May, I recharged my mobile with 150 Rs. Remaining balance was Rs. 27 Only. Suddenly a Airtel Mobile No. [protected] recharged from my account two times and deduct the amount (10 + 10) from my #Paytm wallet. 1) Rs 10 Recharge of Airtel Mobile [protected] on 29 May '15 5:01 pm 2) Rs 10 Recharge of Airtel Mobile [protected] on 29 May '15 5:01 pm Still #Paytm didn't refund my 130 + 351 + 10 + 10 = 501 money in my #Paytm wallet and not replace my product. I mailed and generate query many times on #Paytm since Tuesday 26th, May 2015, but still didn't get the good response from Paytm side yet. I'm heartily requested to all of you, please do not buy anything from this fully fraud #Paytm company. #Paytm is fully fraud & fake side, Do not trust on this website.

                                    Hi, I have ordered HTC Desire 826 (White Birch) phone in PAYTM whose cost is 25500 for that order i paid 2150 from my Paytm wallet and remaining amount from my HDFC credit card below are the transaction numbers for both payments. Paytm Cash Transaction No C1BF5F9DB181AA91Rs 2150 EMI Transaction No [protected]Rs 23350 After getting my phone it was not working properly it is getting heated with out using the and hanging problem also so i returned that phone. After receiving the product they refunded the paytm wallet money but they din't refund the 23350 amount which i paid through card. It's already 20 days that i returned the product to them. So could you please look into this issue and refund my money back.please respond to this as early as possible. My order number is:[protected].
                                    I bought dell laptop through order no.83151145 in March, the product has defect so I returned it back, they assured me that they will refund within 3-10 days and its been more than 10 days no refund has been received by me. I have already written a lot of mails to them. But no satisfying response from them. I told PAYTM that I bought it on EMI's and already got 2 emi's due. But they are not bother a bit. It is causing a mental and financial pressure on me.

                                      Hi, I have ordered HTC Desire 826 (White Birch) phone in PAYTM it is cost of 25500 for that order i paid 2150 from my wallet and remaining amount from my gdfc credit card below are the transaction numbers for both payments. Paytm Cash Transaction No C1BF5F9DB181AA91Rs 2150 EMI Transaction No [protected]Rs 23350 After getting my phone it was not working properly it is getting heated with out using the and hanging problem also so i returned that phone.After receiving the product they refunded the paytm wallet money but they din't refund the 23350 which i paid through card it's already 20 days over i.e i returned the product to them. So could you please look into this issue and refund my money back.please respond to this as early as possible. My order number is:[protected]
