First i ordered a Woodlands Sandles on 9th May and they promised me that order will be shipped by 12 th may but after waiting for 10 days they cancelled my order on 19th may.My question is why did they take order from me and wasted my time(10 days)maight have told within 3 days.( Order #[protected] Second time i ordered the same on 26 thMay till now no responce. Third one is The Big loop hole while booking buss ticket (not thru app) from hyderabad to Bangalore.I booked it for the date 31 st, But it booked for the date 27th may.I raised the query n also called customer care they are not responding at all.VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Hi I have cancelled the above order & as the paytm didn't have reverse pickup so I have dispatched the product with DTDC courier which reached the merchant on 23rd of may 2015. It has been more than 3 working days still I didn't get any information regarding the refund + courier charges till now.. I have attached the courier receipt + the screen shot of DTDC courier websites which shows the delivery of product on 23rd.. So i request you to look into the matter & refund the money + courier charges at earliest.. Thanks Mohit

the battery bought from paytm i have using from last 4 days i found the battery not usefull i have to charge it daily it drains very fast please take back the battery and send the good one don't make people loose hope on your paytm products by sending this type of product

On 27.4.2015 at one person by name Mr.Sanjay (Mobile No.[protected])spoke to me and claimed that he is calling from SBI CREDIT CARD and informed the SBI is offering me a Special Discount Card & offer free of cost . He insisted me to provide the credit card details including CVV for authentication to get the discounted card to his customer care. As I thought the person is really from SBI credit cards department, I have provided the requested details to his customer care sir. Later, on the same day I received a SMS on my mobile about a transaction of Rs.4995/- done by Shoppinggyan_Paytm pvt Ltd. Upon seeing the message, I called SBI credit cards department and informed about this fraudulent transaction and got my credit card blocked. Please help me !! I have recharged my prepaid airtel mobile no.[protected] through paytm.com web site on 28 May 2015 with the user id [protected] . An Amount of 198.00 Rs debited from my PNB bank account for 3G internet data but internet data is not credited, with the ORDER NO.[protected] May '15 3:11 pmand Payment of Rs. 198 is received by Paytm ! Right from beginning, Paytm is offering the facility of transferring the money which is in Paytm wallet to another user of Patm. But past few days the Paytm is not allowing the such trasfers and it is mentioned in that site as 'We are improving our systems so 'Send Money' through Paytm Wallet will not be available for a week. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.' but this is not a week, we are seeing this message from more than one week. it seems The big reason behind this is to hold funds o[censored]sers and do business with it. Could you please bug the reason behind and help the needy people.

I was booked bus ticket through PAYTM my order id is Order No.[protected] Rs. 600 12 May '15 8:20 pm Bus Ticket (OB8AYY) from karaikudi to coimbatore on[protected] The vendor suddently called and bus schedule is cancelled due to puncture "Maruthi Travels" his mobile # is [protected] and he is simply telling please contact PAYTM for your refund till now i am sending continuous mail and also trying to connect customer care but unable to talk with them. Please don't use PAYTM they are not a good sevice provider.

i have ordered Sandle on 18th may. it was mentioned that the product will be delivered by 25th may but till now i see status as shipped. past 2 days it has same status. i also tried calling the customer care number but no one respond to call.

I have placed an order in Paytn with below order number. This order is not delivered to me but website show that this order is delivered. The worst part here is that Paytm has no customer contact phone number. If you mail them they will not reply to you. This is the worst ever experience in Online shopping. [protected] is the order id, its still not been delivered but the order status is showing delivered. I contacted the courier partner Ecom Express, they say that even they have still not recieved the physical shipment from vendor and in there website its shows yet to deliver Am planing to approach police station

I had ordered 2 packs of intex combo of teddy chair with baby swimming pool and hit me bop bag. Even though it was not received my me, the product has shown in my orders as ddelivere. I don't even the courier information and no. Of the courier boy. Its a fraud. Please solve this issue.
