I had been seller at Paytm since Jan 2015 Also recieved my very first eCommerce order via PAYTM BUT unfortunately have faced following list of problems. 1) No contact number for seller Help. 2) Emails are not answered till I add some seniors in CC that too need to send mails 4-5 times. 3) Out of 250 orders 70 are showed REFUNDED without any notification to the Seller. 3.b) OUT of 70 Refunded, reason of refund is not provided to seller. 3.c) On contacting the Buyer's directly they say that product has been delivered to them and also they are using it. In-fact PAYTM has not given any type of refund to them too. (It shows seller as REFUNDED) 3.d) If either product delivered were damaged in TRANSIT no claims available for seller from the Shipping Partner. ( Full Loss only to the Seller Logistic partners don't have to bear their mistakes.) 4) Very late Payment report of REFUNDED orders. 5) In order to list a Catalog I have sent them mail Attached with Catalog file 4 times in last 15 days still catalog not uploaded instead i got a call from Some SHOBIT saying that why did I marked mail to their seniors ( RESULT:- now they have completed deleted my catalog just to take revenge I too have call recordings.) 5.b) Reason was said that PAYTM's Internal DATA has been Corrupted ( Proof attached see this) 5.c) Is this the security of Paytm's servers? Clearly shows Just an form of revenge taken by SHOBIT and GARVITA (So called Paytm's Employees Catalogue Assist Team )in order to delete my listings. 5.d) They sent the contact number at end of their email reply but on calling on that number (During office hours) they complain that its private number dont call (WHY THE HELL YOU PROVIDE IT THEN?) 6) Been an Indian Based company we thought it might be seller friendly but PAYTM proved it Wrong Many times one after other. 7) We get mails from the Manager of order process Team Stating "WELCOME TO PAYTM! Call me or email me if you have any problem" but failed to get any other reply to the queries. 8) Paytm assigns managers to MERCHANTS but still of no use no call pickups, Ignoring mails (as if not alive) and off course we will get reply as soon as we add CC to seniors just WOW !! 9) Conclusion:- I am just an Student and also an seller on most of other Trusted eCommerce platform but such corrupted organisation and unprofessional environment just helps in demotivating NEW Sellers. And no COMPANY HAS GOT SUCH RIGHT TO PAY WITH OTHER JUST FOR THEIR BENEFITS. BYE-BYE Paytm thanks of DEMOTIVATING and TESTING LIMIT TO REMAIN QUITE Play more my creating confusions between Buyers and Seller and Finally as usual you will win !! Still hope that Paytm will work hard with company "ALIBABA" more then own Countrymen. Regards

    Dear Dharmendra, As per the trailing mail, I have already inform you that I do not want to keep your product then where is the problem and I do not know about DOA letter ok . now I understand that you do not want to return your product so I will file the complaint along with your will our communication and one copy of the complaints or petition. I will send your corporate office and your head office too. In every mail, you are showing one excuse for not returning the product. I have purchased the product from the website of Paytm and I have firstly cancelled and then filed the request for return when I have cancelled the product then why your courier boy has dropped the courier at ground floor and my address was first floor. This is cheating by the company that firstly take the amount and now harassing to the customer for returning the product. You have mention in the cancel or return policy that if you do not want the product then you can cancelled the product or return if I have cancelled or return. The Paytm is fraud company and cheating with the customer.         Someone has trasacted my money from my account for their shopping. That person has faked his I.d.as a manager of SBI. He has taken the account no.by manipulating me. After a couple of minutes I got msg in my mbl that 31, 000/- shopping has been done using my account. Please help.

          Hi I have purchased "Jazzup Chiffon Pink Color Dress For Girls " from paytm website on 17th March, 2015. And I received the item on 25th March, 2015. However the dress size is large and I decided to return the item to Paytm. I have raised return request to them and they agreed for reverse pickup. After many reminders finally they arrange reverse pickup on 18th April, 2015 and taken the product from us. They haven't refund the money till now. After again many reminders in email, they were not able to trace the product is reached to their seller or not. The courier has not given AWB to us and we were also not known about the product. Till now neither paytm customer care traced it nor they given refund to me. They stopped responding my emails also.

            Hi, My name is Anuj Garg. Around two weeks ago Rs. 650 were deducted from my paytm wallet for no reason and when I asked paytm to refund it, they said they have already initiated the refund to my axis bank account, but the thing is i do not own any axis bank account, and now they are not even responding to my mails and my complaints.

                The return request has been placed on 13th May and today is 23rd May, though i have been mailing Paytm to provide me an update on the issue since 14th May onwards. Hence, I have not received any update from Paytm. I ordered Spunk brand shoes and while order is delivered, which was old and torned Reebok Shoes. I have sent all the snaps of goods which was received at the time of delivery for their reference and as they requested. It is been very irritating and worst kind of customer service ever seen. As Paytm call themselves as India's most leading company to create online chain, after experiencing service from paytm website and customer service. Just by showcasing product and its features and providing discount Paytm minting money by providing wrong and outdated product while delivery. Paytm harrassing me by not providing any update on my order and still i am waiting for the product to be returned. Kindly look into the matter and do needful. I request fpr my money to be returned.

                      This is to inform you that as i had order mobile through paytm.com on 15th May but the product did not shipped due non availability and i had received msg stating that my order has been cancelled on 19th May around 10:40pm and amount has been refunded to my paytm wallet and within 5mins of this msg received one more msg stating recharge of Rs.5000/- successful for mobile no.[protected] and again recharge of Rs.1500/- and next day early morning of Rs.100/- and when i saw my paytm wallet only Rs.2 was left out, hence raised issue to customer care informing that my money has been miss used by someone and asked for my refund but customer care people denied to refund and informed that it has been happened from my side only and i had so many mails but non of them have come up with the solution, kindly request you to help me out get my money back to my bank account.                             i have ordered mobile cover through site with order no:[protected] on 17th may 2015 but still now i have not received the product. i made a complaint through your site and with respect to that i received a call from your side and the person who spoke with me asked for my ATM card number for refunding of the order and i gave my ATM card number for the same. within 5 or ten my account has been debited with 9990/- without my consent. Below is the details of the Transaction. Without my card a purchase has been made in my account which also comes under the ambit of PHISHING. POS PRCH POS 988002 WWW MOBIKWIK COM NEW DELHI i hereby also provide the details of the mobile numbers and name of the persons who have contacted me for the above process. Amit Sharma - [protected] [protected] Vijay - [protected] These people from your end have assured me on re-credit of my account with Rs 9990/- within half an hour by 9:00 am today. But i have received any amount in my account. So look into the matter for refund of amount as early as possible. On accounts of neglect i will be forced to make a complaint on this regard to the Police. And this has highly questioned your credibility on e trading.
