Order No.[protected] done on 4th may and on website status is showing as delivered on 17 April. How is it possible? Even after so many calls and mails they are neither delivering me the product (shoes) nor refunding me the payment. i am really frustrated with their behavior....

I bought Samsung A5 on 27th April and was told about the Paytm scheme of rs.500 addition in my paytm wallet for 6 months . My account is verified but till now I didn't get the scheme money ! Kindly look into the matter. This is my 2nd complaint!...
