I placed order #[protected] on 7/5/15 for 5 books totaling Rs.936/- with a promised cash back of 45% within 24 hours of shipment on orders above Rs.300/-. I applied the promo code successfully and Initially I placed order for 6 books. But it said only 5 books can be ordered. So I removed 1 book and completed the transaction. The shipment was delayed and it was sent in 2 packages and both were received together by us on 18/5/15 only, with poor packing and 1 book a little damaged. I did not get the cash back of Rs.421.20 and when the issue was reported they kept refusing the cash back insisting that I did not use the promo code, though I repeatedly made it clear that I had applied it. But they paid no heed to it at all. They make all promises like "100% Assurance" "At Paytm, we provide 100% assurance. If you have any issue, your money is immediately refunded. Sit back and enjoy your shopping." "Paytm Trust" "Your money is yours! All refunds come with no question asked guarantee." "Our Promise" "Happiness is guaranteed at Paytm. If we fall short of your expectations, give us a shout." and 15 days return policy. I clearly informed them that I am not interested if the promised cash back is denied. But they are not accepting returns also and only engage in rhetoric like "I am going to do my best to help you" repeatedly when they do absolutely nothing and let the customer suffer. I feel totally cheated and their acts are disgusting to say the least. Paytm is a fit case for judicial enquiry and parliamentary action like that of the Flipkart sale. I want the cash back or return and complete refund.

I took it up with the service head directly by email and the issue is resolved as I have got the cash back to my paytm wallet.

    Dear Paytm I was ordered vega helmet 15 may 2015, But still not receive my order product see I don't have helmet to ride the bike I am not asking to any body, So kindly improve your shipment other wise in future I will not buy any things in Paytm. Thanks

      I diposited amount of Rs. 1000/- towards the payment of Electricity Bill on 16.05.2015. I was informed that said amount has been reveresed on account of non received of said payment. The amount of Rs. 1000/- neither came in my account nor in my paytm wallet. Request to said the reveresed amount immediatly in my account or paytm wallet to avoid unnasessary problem. Matter may be given top prority.

        Hi I have booked a bus ticket on 8th May 2015 for the route of Rajkot to Ahmedabad at 8.42AM. But in afternoon I got call from bus operator that the bus is got cancelled. So I request you for the refund of money. Please do the needful.             My order no. is[protected]. I got my bus tickets cancelled on 9/5/2015 via paytm but the amount has not been refunded yet. I got a message stating that it will be credited in my account in 3-10 days. But it has not been credited yet. I mailed to paytm customer care but did not get any response. I request to resolve the problem and credit the money as soon as possible.

              Guyz please be very careful about www.paytm.com online bus booking, this team is set for cheating only. I booked ticket under Male passenger category 2 month back to Bengaluru. But when I was trying to board the Bus, the operator rejecting with the reason as the ticket is booked under female category. But to substantiate the reason, either operator or paytm never mentioned the passenger gender in either SMS or Online ticket. However the paytm helpline number was not responding to contact at the moment and the bus operator did not allowed me to travel or provided any other seat by adjusting available seats or any other alternate way. After the incident, I received a reply from Paytm for my numerous email complaint; saying that it is the paytm system error and they cannot given any compensation or refund. The whole trauma really cost me a big loss and I lodged a legal suit against the operator & paytm. Further I would request public to be very careful about Paytm & its associate company for following reason. 1). Paytm automatically mixes passanger gender (Male gender becomes Female) 2). If you contact their Helpline, all numbers are not reachable/not responding. 3). To get a single reply from Paytm, you should send more than 20 emails. 4). If you send email today, you will receive acknowledgement & reply after 1 month 5) You will never get any refund for Paytm technical error. 6) Irresponsibility towards customer Overall you will get 90% assured above mentioned cheating upon booking on paytm.
              I had purchased a Samsung mobile for which I have to receive 750inr for six months for the same I have received a promo code but it doesn't works and when I complained the same to the [protected]@paytm they give rly saying I'm not eligible for offer then how come I received a promo code stating I will get cash back you can find the attachments for the same
              i ordered a long lugguage bag of about above 5000/-rs, waited for one week and finally they gave me a hand bag of same company.i booked the complaint, lazy respose then and again tried booking, reply was "we will resolve"waited 3 more days.no respose.then a thought of reaching customer care executive" use less numbers"...no way to reach personally to them.i wasted my time using paytm. i am loosing my temper to put a cheating case against them...but i dont wanna loose myself.still wating for...but

                      I have ordered "Popo Crunchy Pista - 500 Gms" 2nos (Order No.[protected] and delivered by Delhivery courier. One of the 500gms pack was torn and the quantity was very lesser. The other one (500gms) received in good condition. I have created a ticket #[protected] a week before for the issue, but customer service is not at all responding for the query. I keep sending the reminders but they simply don't respond. I was loyal customer to them due to the good cash back offers and I have referred to PayTM a lot. But I have lost trust on them due to their hectic customer service.

                          I had ordered a power bank on Paytm on 5th may 2015, till now i have not received a single valuable response on delivering the product. Every time they are sending same mail "we forwarded to the respective department, if you want you can cancel the order". Such a irritating response and pathetic service. Giving wrong commitment to customer about the product and holding the money, ticket is getting closed by sending some response.                               I have ordered Puma shoes from Paytm on 10th of may. It has been dispatched and reached bangalore on 15th may 2015. Courier service is Delhivery. But after 5 days of reaching bangalore it is yet to out for delivery. When i contacted delhivery customer care, they are simply saying we don't have Bike to deliver your goods. ha ha ha. super know. and after that I have contacted PAYTM yesterday[protected]. that guy is simply saying it will reach you in 7 days. are they guys serious. after courier reaching my location and after 5 days again I should wait for another 7 days? god damn. I have added all photo proofs. So guys pls dont buy anything from Paytm if you are time consious. but deals are good in paytm. At the same time i have ordered a mobile on 17th may in flipkart and the same is out for delivery now. (order Id:OD[protected] oh god, are flipkart guys come down from heaven or what? and also post sales service from flipkart is very good. one more thing to mention here. I have requested call back from paytm. they called me around 1 PM yesterday. due to some network issue call got disconnected. but again they didnot call me. so as a conclusion Paytm's after sales support is worst worst worst. so dont buy from them guys. thanks paytm for your wonderful service...

                                    there is no button to cancel the bus ticket in the website, service, not even reply to the mail and don't show case their number, some how I find the number and called then, again there are some hiccups, not even let us connect to the care, ask for order ID then automated voice says will get you back and got disconnect. fed up with their service for reference check the FAQ for cancellation and check the below screen shot
