    there is no button to cancel the bus ticket in the website, service, not even reply to the mail and don't show case their number, some how I find the number and called then, again there are some hiccups, not even let us connect to the care, ask for order ID then automated voice says will get you back and got disconnect. fed up with their service for reference check the FAQ for cancellation and check the below screen shot

      Order ID[protected] Bus was cancelled by the vendor stating "Due to vehicle breakdown your journey ticket is cancelled" and I did not receive the refund even after 2 weeks. Also there was no response for any of my emails. Kindly do the needful

        I have paid my Vodafone bill through Payatm...on date of 03 may 2015 and time was 19:00:41...but at time.. so kingly reward of my money. Money deduction is 1269... and I checked outstanding balance was nill..at Vodafone account. So kindly reward of my money as soon as possible

                The transaction failed due to server issue and the ticket was not booked. However, the amount was deducted from my bank account. When I raised a query regarding the same, I was told that the amount will be refunded to my bank account in 10 days. However, its the 14th day today but I have not yet received the refund!!! Please refund the amount to my bank account as soon as possible.
                dear sir previously paytm providing money transfer to bank account also now this advantage not available and when i paytm account opend that time providing this service now closed this service making a more expenses they are braking consumer policy.

                i just want money back to my bank account

                  Hello sir/madam today at 10 am I e recharged on number ie.[protected] which ws wrongly inserted in my mobl . I request u to pls refund me my amount of rs.150 in my paytm wallet. As soon as possble. M leaving my email id-msadawarte.[protected]@gmail.com.

                          Dear Sir, I had a booked a 'Bus Ticket (OB8LEB) from coimbatore to hosur on[protected]' on 13 May 2015 in the site PAYTM. My order id is[protected] and the Paytm Cash Transaction No is 7E0BB03E8C8062DC. I had notified paytm three times through mail, my previous complain ticket numbers are 1.[protected] 2.[protected] 3.[protected] I was having the mobile message as the mticket. There was no such bus "Sri Balaji Travels" at the boarding point ie Gandhipuram. I was at the boarding point one hour before (i.e. @10.00pm) the scheduled departure(which was at 11.00pm), and still could not find the bus there and stayed half an hour more than the scheduled time to find no such bus. The contact numbers PAYTM provided were use less as they were connecting a person who does not work for the said travels ("Sri Balaji Travels") any more and he was not helping me in anyway. So I tried calling PAYTM customer support and their customer support would pick none of my 16 calls (up until 11.00pm) and PAYTM people are still not attending or replying me. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I did not travel using PAYTM's useless ticket, so kindly refund the amount for this ticket. Regards, Joel Fernando [protected]

                            I had ordered pair of Ray Ban sunglasses from the aforementioned site with cash on delivery and few hundred bugs have been deducted from my paytm wallet when the order got confirmed. I waited for more than 8 days quietly and when I called customer care I have been told that the good will deliver in 24 hours. Again I kept waiting.. After few more days I called them up and asked regarding the same and they replied the same and this time they took 48 to 72 hour. After four days all of a sudden they canceled my order. I'm writing down my order details below.

                              My Paytm account: [protected]@yahoo.com, got hacked and amount of Rs 7980 was stloen from the account . It was done with transaction ID : Paytm Cash Txn ID 63AEA72C6064C3B9(Rs 5000), 950BB2DF415D1CD1(Rs 2900) & C15C5CD972E6BC96(Rs 80).. The amount I have mentioned was transferred to some one account through 3 transactions.. I have contacted paytm they are no responses from them.. Waited for 3 days.. and finally they said they cant reverse the amount asked me to change the password.. Really it is unacceptable.. and without account holder knowledge how come amount can transfer to some one account.. I had a doubt whether paytm has stolen the amount.. Please solve this issue.. If you want i have all tranactions screen shot.s..
                              No response from any one.. IS this site is workabel ?

                                order number[protected]. dear sir, on the given above order number i have recharged mobile [protected] with overall amount of Rs 155 from my paytm wallet. But I have been credited by only 1Rs . You have charged an amount of 136 as processing charges. How can you charge so much like that? It has to be refunded otherwise I don't mind going to consumer court. I have a text received from you as well as screen shot of the transaction if you want..

I have complaint in Paytm support..its executive reply me that wait for 2-3 hours recharge will be done..after long time i had mailed the complaint again but there is no response from paytm support.. and my amount also not refunede

                                      sir, i hv rechrge on rs 69 but due to some problem it was refunded in my paytm wallet. after that i was transferred amount in my bank account on[protected] at 18:35:00 Transferred to Bank Bank Txn ID: IG00SZLYA6 Paytm Cash Txn ID 4A36009FEBD765D8 but amount was not transferred in my bank account and money was deducted in my paytm wallet cash. so, pls amount was refund on my bank account or paytm wallet.
