I was really happy with the services rendered to me by paytm for the past 2 years, but now why i have recharged my Airtel DTH vide no.[protected] for Rs.355/- on 16/5/2015 evening through netbanking but it showed recharge not successful, but when i checked up my bank account on 17th morning by 10.10am the money is not retrieved back. and again on 17/5/15 i have again recharged for the same amount .so pls arrange to retrieve my at the earliest.

        Rs4000.00 received by paytm on 28/04/2015 by order no.[protected] and canceled the order by unknown reason and and refunded that cash in my account. But after 18 days rs.4000.00 not received in my bank account. I have send my bank statement in PDF format as PayTM says to send that. Now Paytm is trying to ignore me when i asking about my rs.4000.00. Please help me to ... And ask to paytm release my 4000.00 rs in my bank account.

          I have purchased a wardrobe(Order #[protected] from PAYTM, as per the offer, once PAYTM will ship the product, they will provide 40% CASHBACK within 24 hours of shipment, but even after 10 days, no CASHBACK has been provided, I have written almost 20 mails to PAYTM, but no satisfactory reply yet . I am planning to file a case in consumer court. Kindly suggest
          I ordered a drools cat food(Drools Ocean Fish - 400Gms Pack Of Two - 800Gms) in paytm.com. I bought it for Rs.380/- but the actual Mrp of each pack is Rs.150/-. In addition to that the product which I got was already expired . When I ask them about this they didn't response me properly. If I mail them I got a reply only after two or three days only. Last week I got a mail that they said we won't take back the product.

            I recharged my number([protected]) of rs.200 on 14th May from the account garimatulsyan.[protected]@rediffmail.com from my cashback balance but i didnot got recharged even though i got the message.I called airtel customer care number but they replied that no recharge was done on that day. Please look at this matter as soon as possible.

              I have booked my apple iphone 4s black 8gb from paytm on dated 2nd may 2015 having order number[protected]...In my wallet it was showing that my order will be handed over to me on or before 9th may 2015...but till today i did not get my apple iphone...i had made payment of Rs. 15670/- in advance to paytm through my HDFC Credit card..but till now i do not receive my apple iphone ..many times i had complaint to paytm care through email..but problem is as it is...it is requested to arrange to deliever my apple iphone 4s with 8gb memory or refund my payment.. my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.. i shall be very thankful to you Manjeet Kumar Mob. no.                 I have brought a power bank from Paytm on 19th april with order number '[protected]'. As per the status they have delivered the product through GoJavas. Now the courier has changed the status as delivered the product without even delivering it. Neither paytm is taking any responsibility on that. Dont ever buy any anything through Paytm.

                    Dear Sir/Mam, My paytm wallet account [protected] has been hacked by unknown person on 16-May- 15 04:10 Am. My wallet Rs 108 money has been transfer to other unknown wallet account. Now my wallet account balanced is showing 0. please do secure my account and refund my money to my wallet. After that today i recived a fraud call from this mob. [protected]. He was saying - I am speaking from paytm do upgrade your account. He want to changed my account password. I have recieved request OTP through SMS for change password. but he can not sucess for it. But i have lost my paytm wallet money. so Please solve my problem as soon as possible. Thanks Devendra YADAV

                        This is Rajasekhar Yarramsetti. I had booked bus ticket on Last Wednesday(6 th May) at Pune. My Reporting time is 7:30 PM at Jahangeer Hospital. But I did not get that bus driver number. I had waited up to 10:15 PM at Jahangeer Hospital but I did not get that bus.I got bus ticket only.I tried to call somany times to this number [protected].But that mobile number was Switched off.After that I had bought one more ticket from another travels and I traveled from pune to Hyderabad.Even I didnot get any call from that travels.My order ids[protected].Could you please return my money asap. I have sent this mail totally 3 times and you guys are created 2 tickets regarding this. Still i did not get any reply from you. PAYTM IS THE WOREST SITE.                                     On may 12th I used paytm to recharge my BSNL prepaid connection with a roaming STV of Rs.90. (order no:[protected] The transaction succeeded and paytm reported my recharge as a success. I was traveling a lot and had a lot of incoming calls for the next 2 days. It is when my account balance was zero that I realized that paytm had not recharged my phone. I contacted bsnl regarding the same and they reported that no such recharge had been made. I filed 2 tickets(#[protected], #[protected] regarding with paytm regarding the issue. They keep lousily asking me to wait for a few more hours saying it is a server latency issue. Now this is just outrageous as I had already waited 3 days and no server latency lasts for that long. Since I'm still on roaming, I could not wait till when paytm decides it is a good time to recharge and top up my number again and I was forced to do another STV-90 through the bsnl portal, and it works just fine. Including the roaming charges, the false claim of successful recharge by paytm cost me around Rs.200. Therefore I am filing this complaint asserting my rights as a consumer for proper compensation from paytm. Note: I have already done the recharge using bsnl again. So any form of future recharges on my number cannot be accepted as a compensation

                                        i hav visit your paytm site to recharge my tata docomo haryana mob no-[protected] for 2G data pack of 95 but 95 Rs balance deducted from my account and the plan not activated.. please look into the matter to refund my money as sson possible
