On may 12th I used paytm to recharge my BSNL prepaid connection with a roaming STV of Rs.90. (order no:[protected]
The transaction succeeded and paytm reported my recharge as a success. I was traveling a lot and had a lot of incoming calls for the next 2 days. It is when my account balance was zero that I realized that paytm had not recharged my phone. I contacted bsnl regarding the same and they reported that no such recharge had been made. I filed 2 tickets(#[protected], #[protected] regarding with paytm regarding the issue. They keep lousily asking me to wait for a few more hours saying it is a server latency issue. Now this is just outrageous as I had already waited 3 days and no server latency lasts for that long. Since I'm still on roaming, I could not wait till when paytm decides it is a good time to recharge and top up my number again and I was forced to do another STV-90 through the bsnl portal, and it works just fine. Including the roaming charges, the false claim of successful recharge by paytm cost me around Rs.200. Therefore I am filing this complaint asserting my rights as a consumer for proper compensation from paytm.
Note: I have already done the recharge using bsnl again. So any form of future recharges on my number cannot be accepted as a compensation

As per paytm side my order was delivered on my office address but i didn't get any courier on my office address . So i have locked the complaint on paytm site and send the many e-mails regarding my issue but from there side i did not get any good response ..
