On may 12th I used paytm to recharge my BSNL prepaid connection with a roaming STV of Rs.90. (order no:[protected] The transaction succeeded and paytm reported my recharge as a success. I was traveling a lot and had a lot of incoming calls for the next 2 days. It is when my account balance was zero that I realized that paytm had not recharged my phone.
