I have ordered for an product from Paytm Order # <[protected]> 15 days of passing order the shipment not delivered yet.after many follow up no revert received . Today i got revert as amount refunded in my wallet and order cancelled . I am too frustrated with the sevice of Paytm . I want componsation on this and action against Paytm for mishandling of my money . What can i do from Paytm wallet . Now onward why i use the Paytm service . So Please help in this regard.

    Product has already been returned after making so many complaint for one month to PayTm and final complaint on Consumer Complaints. But I didn't get refund for that product. Then again I raised the complaint (Ticket #[protected]: RCtkt (http://paytm.zendesk.com/requests/[protected] to refund my money. I got reply from Rishubh Tyagi, to send the scanned copy of the returned slip. I Sent the slip but now I have got reply for Md. Aftab, saying "I would like to inform you that as i checked and found that your return has been rejected because you want to keep the product". Now please tell me, what to write to get my refund money. It took one month to get my order returned, now dont know how long will Paytm take to refund the mone I have attached the email conversation with Rishabh and Md. Aftab and a copy of product return slip

        Hello I am not getting my this order number.But in my paytm account already I getting this product on 28-APR-2015. But I don't received this product. Already i send around 10 mail for paytm support.But still not any good responce... Ps.Dont buy any baby product from paytm like diaper etc. because in paytm pampers seller is thief and lier.. I got this type of problem 2nd time and first time also got a issue on pamper Thank you very much

I have ordered no.[protected] of rs. 250 recharge of my Vediocon dth.paytm deducted amount of rs.250 by my bank account but not recharge my dth.please look that matter and refund my amount.bank also give transaction id no .M[protected] of deduction of amount.               Hi, I have recharged in paytm to my mobile, unknowingly I have recharged to wrong mobile number, so i have raised a request to paytm. Today I got a call, he said that, I am calling from paytm, he asked all the details about the recharge and he asked the card details, and cheated to 10000 rupees. I have the call recording as a proof. Kindly think about this point. 1) How he got my confidential recharge details to outer person? 2) After raising the request, with in 6 hrs I got call.

At the time of payment they have indicated estimated delivery date as May 11th. However, i have not recieved the product so on May 12th i mailed to customer care asking the status.I got reply saying that shipment of product will be done in 1-2 dys and after that i will recieve mail or message

                  Order #[protected]. Booked bus ticket from Chennai to Munnar in SRS Travel for the journey date 5th May 2015. But on the journey date, I received the SMS stating "Dear Passenger, Due to Vehicle Breakdown today your journey ticket is cancelled. For refund, kindly contact www.srsbooking.com". When I called SRS travels, the executive communicates the same and said, Paytm will refund your amount. I send several mails to Paytm, but did not receive any reminder from them.                     i ordered a led LG 32LB550A 80 cm (32) LED TV (HD Ready) on paytm order no[protected] on 30/03/2015 but on 19 apr when courior person come to me to deliver the product it was in broken condition so i refuse to take delivey but the paytm system was showing the product was deliverd but i never get the product as it was in broken condition now from the that day i already mailed so many complaints to customer care of paytm regarding the refund but till now i am now been satisfied . please help me whatever you can

                          My experience with Uber is worst and disgusting. Uber has used unfair practice to deceive me, it has cheated me by debiting my Pytm wallet and forfieted my uber credits which I genuinely earned by promoting your cab services. Just before booking the Uber cab for my last drive from Bhayander to Mumbai Domestic Airport on 11th May 2015, i was having uber credit of Rs.650 which was forfeited later when i took my drive with uber, w/o prior notifying about their action and reason for doing so. It tantamount to cheating and fraud by Uber (I know you may not like such feedback, but its the truth). I have raised the complaint same day to bring the issue to the notice o[censored]ber support, but unfortunately no satisfactory response has been received yet. I also escalated this matter to your grievence officer, who even fail to addressed the complaint..truly pathetic..it was complete harassment to genuine traveler. Re-credit Rs.369 to my Pytm wallet. Uber Cabs is using unfair practice, cheating innocent customer and for fraudulent acts. Also, such an incidence needs to be brought to general public at large to safeguard their interest.

                            I orderd 3 pairs of shoes where in only 2 got delivered, i followed up with them to know the status of the pending one but they were least bothered, when i posted the issue on their facebook they resolved the issue saying the money will be refund.They have refunded 250 INR and took back 450 INR from my pay tm cash wallet and not returning the money.Everytime i reach them they are giving a different answer.I want my money back and i also want them to refine their process of responding as it gave me an immense dissatisfaction and they tortured me for responding.

                              wrong status and delivery date updated. product still not receive. My product still not received. I have sent many mails and complaints but nobody called me. They are neither sending the ordered product nor they are refunding me the payment

                                I did a vodafone recharge of 196(50 from wallet and 146 by debit card) from Paytm failed and money was credited to my Paytm wallet, but I wanted it back to my bank account so I clicked on transfer to bank account button. Its about 15 day the money is not credited to my bank account. I wrote number of times to paytm customer care but the response was not upto the mark, now they are not even responding to the mails. They even don't have customer care number so that we can call and ask. Paytm is a very big laier. Please don;t do any recharge on shopping through paytm they are cheater and will eat up your money.

Since my plan has been changed I just tried to cancel my ticket 50hrs before, surprisingly I haven't get Cancel option. Disappointed a lot & talked to PayTM people. Never experienced such a worst from them & they are very rude and more over very helpless. I just want to cancel my ticket and wants 90% of refund.. Thats it.'

                                        I purchased a mobile through paytm my order number[protected] i got a conformation mail from them and they Detect money from my account now they are saying stock is not available but i noticed in website it is still in stock. Now funny thing start they are saying we will transfer money to wallet then you can transfer to bank account and this will cost 4% of transaction money is this fare why i need to pay 4% for their fault. I composed 4 mails they replying same thing one by one, those are useless even there is no customer care support to speak. Big funny thing is this i noticed transfer to bank account option is not available now i need to spend hole money on paytm. Why should i need to spend no one is contacting me
