I have ordered an item in paytm on May 5th with order number[protected] and i have paid the amount of 699 INR. At the time of payment they have indicated estimated delivery date as May 11th. However, i have not recieved the product so on May 12th i mailed to customer care asking the status.I got reply saying that shipment of product will be done in 1-2 dys and after that i will recieve mail or message . again iwaited till May 14th and i have not recieved any thing from paytm.

    I booked a ticket in PayTM with Order NO#[protected] & PayTM Ticket Id# OB7QJH. Since my plan has been changed I just tried to cancel my ticket 50hrs before, surprisingly I haven't get Cancel option. Disappointed a lot & talked to PayTM people. Never experienced such a worst from them & they are very rude and more over very helpless. I just want to cancel my ticket and wants 90% of refund.. Thats it.'

      Sir, My PAYTM Order ref_[protected].The order was SAMSUNG BHM1100 BLUE TOOTH HEAD SET (BLACK) WITH CHARGER. Complain details. 1. The item delivered with without charger. 2. There is no user manual and warranty card. 3. Charged with other Samsung charger, but the device didn't hold charge. 4. Device is not in working conditions. 5. The seller BEST DEALS isn't responding.         I purchased a mobile through paytm my order number[protected] i got a conformation mail from them and they Detect money from my account now they are saying stock is not available but i noticed in website it is still in stock. Now funny thing start they are saying we will transfer money to wallet then you can transfer to bank account and this will cost 4% of transaction money is this fare why i need to pay 4% for their fault. I composed 4 mails they replying same thing one by one, those are useless even there is no customer care support to speak. Big funny thing is this i noticed transfer to bank account option is not available now i need to spend hole money on paytm. Why should i need to spend no one is contacting me

            I booked the ticket from bangalore to jamkhandi with worth of 1800 and i canelled it, so its shows 1530 will be credited to specified bank I havent got any update from bank -I dnt know why relly never trust any ecommerce as well named company they least bother about 1530 i m calming aganist higher authority though it small amount but this should be done anyone

                I made a recharge through paytm of 30rs amount has been deducted from my account but i have not got any recharge done. This is actually what you guys to each n every time. I have not ever done a single recharge easily and while taking the amount you don't took a second. I want the recharge or amount to be refunded as soon as possible i am not going to bear all this crap every time.

                  Paytm Ticket ID:OAJ9LC; PNR:D[protected] The ticket says that the departure time is 00:30 on 25th April 2015. I was waiting for the bus and the operator said that there is no such bus to my destination. Tried calling Paytm at +91 [protected]. It doesn’t work. I had to switch 2 government buses in that uneven time to reach my destination, Because of which I missed an important appointment. The operator said that the ticket is for a bus at 12:30 PM and not 00:30. So I had to cancel the ticket. Now they come back and say that I cancelled the ticket without boarding the bus. I had to email paytm and their response is very bad. I'v sent the email to [protected]@paytm.com and no response yet. Screenshot of ticket is attached.

                      Hi, I was using Paytm service since past 2 months in order to book Uber cabs. On 6th of May 2015, I received a registration email from Paytm inspite I have already registered way back. Not only this, I also got an email that some have added a coupon in my account of Rs 10 and then she has transfered that money to some other account. I have reported this matter to Paytm without any delay and told them to please look into the matter. Though, my original balance which was around Rs 450 was fully intact in my account. I got a confirmation Ticket from Paytm the very same day. After a day when I tried to pay to uber, it said that my account is blocked. I waited for a day by just imagining that it may be a technical glitch at Paytm's end. And then reported the matter to them a day later. Since then, my account is blocked. I have asked them many times on facebook via email on [protected]@Paytm.com and [protected]@Paytm but they are not responding in a proper way. They have not told me the reason of making my account blocked. They even asked my bank statement as well which I sent 4 days back already. Still my account is blocked. I want to use that money for booking Uber cabs. I just want them to unblock my account and then I will not use their service again ever! (after using my balance). Please help me!                                 This application works great for me but last month i paid my electricity bill for the first time through paytm and this month i got my electric bill with due last month bill filled woth penalties, this is really dissapointing for me . Ive lost 1020 amount from my bank which is really not good. Please you people have to get me my cash back. I will never choose paytm for anymore billing i guess only good for recharges

                                  I have purchased Samsung tab 4 T231 from Reliance Digital, Dwarka sec 10 on 24.02.15. IMEI no [protected], Purchase price - Rs.15400 there was scheme/promo code running at that time from Paytm of Rs.2400/- cash back on purchase of Rs.15000/- & above. Till date i have received no cash back, no intimation on the same. I have written several mails to [protected]@paytm.com, but no response. Some tickets #[protected] & Ticket#[protected] were raised by paytm, but problem still not resolved. 2 nos given by Reliance digital - [protected] and [protected] of Paytm are always switched off.                                       Hi I booked twice bus tickets from paytm with transaction order no.[protected] & order no.[protected]. I mailed many time to paytm regarding this. I just got one transaction money back in my paytm wallet for order no.[protected]. the bus operator called and assure that 100% money will be back as our bus is broken down. Apart from that the another bus was also not available for ride. That was also cancelled. If the bus is canceled due to bus operator's fault I should get my 100% money back. Kindly confirm the same. I would like to request you please resolve the issue so my trust on paytm will be continued. Hope you understand your Customer.                                         I have ordered a Dell Vastro 14 laptop on 21st march, But the received product is Vastro 15 with 32bit, Also the battery backup very poor and system gone hang state after sometime use, You have send wrong product and the bill is for dell 14, Now how if i want to change my battery and checked with dell office how its possible.It is a biggest mistake from your end for wrong product delivery so please resolve the same asap, I know the policy is 15 days return but the person who ordered was hospitalized that time so he saw the product configuration late and getting product is poor quality and wrong, I know your return policy but where is my fault in which just that i inform you after some days but accept your fault also that u have delivered me a wrong product so request you replace the same no one checked the internal configuration and performance at the support. The fault from your end that you have send right bill with wrong product so Please update and change the same also send me the bill for vostro 15 laptop which you have delivereid.So i request you please replace the same and provide ordered product.
