I was using a Paytm offer, where by recharging with 100₹+/month for several month had a cashback offer or 300₹. But paytm deleted the offer, even 300days were remaining in expiry deadline, and I was only 2 transection away to get the 300₹. I was using paytm recharge to get the offer cash back from months, but paytm created on me. Now I will not use paytm anymore.

            I booked a bus ticket from paytm with order no. [protected] on 10th aug 2019.
            I even raised query on paytm with query ref no.[protected]

            I contacted paytm help center on 11 aug 2019 and wrote something like this.
            My bus got cancelled midway just one hour after i boarded the bus. Bus depot counter and bus conductor told me to contact paytm for refund. They told that bus is stopped midway due to road blockage because of rain so bus isn't updated as cancelled online.

            Then they replied me on same day, "greetings from paytm! Thank you for contacting us and apologies for the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you that as per your request raised against the order [protected] our team is working to get a confirmation from the operator.
            We request you to please give us 15 working days to work on the case and revert with a positive resolution. We seek your understanding and patience in this matter

            And then again on 18 aug 2019 they replied, "greetings from paytm! Thank you for contacting us and apologies for the inconvenience caused.

We request you to please give us 72 hours to work on the case and revert with a positive resolution. We seek your understanding and patience in this matter.

            Then forget 72 hours, they didn't reply till 27 aug 2019.

            Then on 27 aug 2019 i contacted them wrote, "hi, how much more time you need, you said that give us 15 days and it has already been 16 days without any resolution. I know very well that bus and paytm help center are open 24×7 then why so much delay?"

            To which they replied, "sorry to hear that. We are looking into this on priority."

            And then after several hours on 27 aug 2019 they replied this, "your request for full refund on journey date[protected] has been declined by bus operator.

            We regret the inconvenience caused.

            And then i contacted bus operator and they're asking me for pnr number and ob number. I have pnr number on my ticket but there's no ob number written on ticket.

            So i again wrote them this, "i want ob number, give me that. I'll directly contact bus operator for the issue. If you won't give me the ob number i'll file a case in consumer court, you can't just fool and harass your paytm users. Mail me every detail about this booking including ob number."

            To which they gave their robotic reply, "your request for full refund on journey date[protected] has been declined by bus operator.
            We regret the inconvenience caused.

            Then i sent them this, "you wrote that"you may reach bus operator for further clarification."i asked them for refund and they're requesting for ob number which i don't know, but you do. Send me the ob number, i'll no longer contact you."

            After that i haven't got any response from paytm till now.

              I make a payment by using patym upi on 29 june 2019 of rs1800 at petrol pump, Etawah. Patym deducted 1800rs on my account but they do not receive a amount merchant. They show a message in your phone. Then i raise complaint patym but they do not resolve yet. My complaint no.[protected] and reference upi id [protected].

                    I had subscribed 11 pe 300 mobile recharge offer from paytm company on 2 Nov. 2018 and after complete all recharge company had to give me Rs.300.
                    as per rule I have to complete this offer within 365 day but my offer expired before the date of limit.
                    Paytm company give me only Rs. 60 to close this matter.

                      I have made electricity bill payment of Rs.11150.00 through paytm by using paytm app dowloaded on my mobile number[protected] The details of electricity board is as under -

                      State - Rajasthan
                      Electricity Board - Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. (JDVVN Ltd)

                      Due Date - 26.8.2019

                      I have made payment of Rs.11150.00 on 22.8.2019 and the same was debited to my saving bank acccount immediately and debit is being reflected in saving bank account. but when I see through the App it is showing still showing the electricity bill as "DUE". My paytm order no. [protected]

                      Since 23.8.2019 I am following up the matter with 24x7 Help but no solution has been provided so far. I have made repeated request and query but I get the reply that wait you would get solution within 2/3 days. Everyday it is within 2/3 days which will no turn to specific date. This is disgusting.

                      They are also not cancelling the transaction as a result I can not get back 11150.00 from them otherwise on their refund I can withdraw the same from the bank and deposit it with electricity board in cash as today it is last day of deposit of the bill.

                      Agony is increasing

                      So please see that the payment is credited with the elctricity board well in time to avoid any penaly on account of delay.

                      It is for the first time that I have opted electricity payment online that specifically to avail the cash back benefit of Rs.150.00 available under voucher code "ELZH XAW6 C3AM ZZ" . I find that that also has not been credited back despite making the payment through paytm

                      So it is requested to please see the followings

                      1. Electricity bill payment of Rs.11150.00 is credited with aforesaid electricity board
                      2. Arrange the credit of cashback of Rs.150.00 which has not been credited to my wallet which perhaps could not be there due to not going through the correct process as it is for the first time that I have opted online electricity bill payment through Paytm. So cashback should be credited back to my wallet as a very special case as the validity will end within 30 days and next electrcity bill will be due in Octob er 2019. Besides customer should be educated properly to avail the cashback.

                      If it is not possible for you to please cancel the transaction and credit back Rs.11150..00 back to my saving account

                      The Rs.2500/- deducted on 23.07.2019 at 05.59pm from PayTM by using my Mobile Account No.[protected], which transaction was not done by me. The narration shows that "Paid for order at Store Mall" against Order ID[protected] Wallet Txn ID-[protected].

                        I paid my electricity bill using the Paytm mobile app. It showed that the bill is under processing after my money got debited from my bank account, A sum total if rupees 1311. I waited for 30 minutes as the app suggested me to do but still the bill payment was in pending status. I tried contacting their customer service and when they picked up a guy started talking, I told him what happened and he put me on hold and further didn't get and update from them. Such negligence, they are making us fool. Such bad service. I still haven't got my bill paid receipt or any refund from PayTm

                          This is with reference to order number: [protected] in which i tried to pay electricity bill of mppkvvcl of rs 1195.0 by paytm but to my surprise rs 1394.0 got deducted for paying the same from my account.
                          On checking i found that home burglary insurance of rs. 2.0 lakh for 1 year for rs.199.0 was added without my acceptance.
                          Then immediately i applied for cancellation of both the transactions i, e.
                          A) electricity bill of mppkvvcl of rs 1195.0
                          B) home burglary insurance of rs. 2.0 lakh for 1 year for rs.199.0

                          But to my surprise i got refund of only electricity bill of mppkvvcl of rs 1195.0 and no refund for home burglary insurance of rs. 2.0 lakh for 1 year for rs.199.0.
                          I opted for cancellation of both transactions & i got conformation of cancellation of both transactions as well.
                          Now paytm is saying that i must uncheck the home burglary insurance before paying the electricity bill and not refunding home burglary insurance of rs. 2.0 lakh for 1 year for rs.199.0. Instead paytm is saying that i should have uncheecked home burglary insurance before making bill payment.

I was thinking that it will be refund with in 7 days so i don't complain any where but it is goint to be almost 14 days but still there is no message of refund. So please help me to get my refund back 🙏🙏this metter is not for only rs 99 but it is the metter of cheat.

                              Respected sir/madam

                              The company paytm promised to provide a cashback amount of rupees 300 on completing 12 mobile recharges within 750 days considering 1 transaction per month. I had activated the offer and completed 10 mobile recharges which had cost me around 4000 rupees, then all of the sudden they said the offer expired without providing intimation or notice.

                              Taking advantage of loyalty tempting customers to use pay tm. While i have spent almost 4000 rupees to get a cashback of rupees 300, this is completely a fraudulent attempt from paytm to attract customers to use paytm and cheat them by canceling the offer at the end once the customer used the app for transaction.

                              Kindly address the issue.

                                Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 21nov at 11pm via internet banking. Costing rs.799for uc credit of 660.

                                My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.
                                Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

                                  Why so???
                                  Paytm is cheating people by giving false commitment on selling purchase coupons.

                                  Paytm should stop cheating innocent people.

                                      On 2nd october 2018 after doing a recharge of 199 paytm gave me an offer of 300 cashback for 12 mobile recharges of 100 or more only one transaction in a month is counted so i need to do 11 more recharges of 100 or more in coming 11 month to get this and i did 11 recharges as of now next month if i recharge i will get 300 cashback but today i checked this offer and it was gone it was expired my friend also experienced this they are cheating customers in the name of cashback i am also cheated i could have recharged from somewhere else please take action against it i am attaching screenshots of the offer nobody can complete it in 11 months so they did it to not give anyone cashback
                                      Also there is no way to contact them with this issue

                                        I have unlocked offer rs 300 cahback on recharge on 29th october 2018. As per t&c i have to do 12 mobile recharge of 100 or more within 365 days and only one recharge per month is counted for the offer. So i did 11 recharges from october 2018 to august 2019. And till today it is only 298 days are passed but the offer seems to be expired. They removed the offer because they don't want to give the rs300. As per terms and conditions i have to do recharge once in a month for 12 month but they made the offer expired on 11th month. As per terms and conditions the offer will expire on 365th day but it expied on 295th day. How someone can do the offer with in 11 months. I unlocked the offer on 29 october 2018 and the offer showed to be expired on 21 august 2019. Please help
