Will anyone address the status of my cash back since it is too much delayed since the delivery, Customer care executives are continuously replying that the cash back will be added to my wallet but since many days no action taken from the PATYM Customer care, such a pathetic service i have getting into with . Guys do not shop for more value on paytm some instances they will swallow your money, even if they target 1% of the customers they will be filling up there pockets, Think before you go for heavy amount transactions. Disgusting regards Ankesh

      I buyed samsung galaxy e7 from croma along with I got an offer by paytm that I'll be getting 500 rs paytm money for 6 months but i am unable to get it from 2nd month . I have been trying to write complaints day by day but i am geeting no response . This is the worst app i have installed . Its just for the sake of money that i am unable to get .

        I recharged 1 gb idea internet of 245 rupee. Rupee 70 was deducted from my paytm account and 150 from my atm. My transaction failed so I just got my 70 rupee back to.           paytm system hacked and transfer my Rs.5000 to another account. The email id used to transfer my money is " [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com" The Transaction ID is 048865E02D6DD1BC & Transaction ID is 9D96E291DB66DA3F. Please check ASAP I quickly complain paytm but after 2days, paytm said, sorry we wouldn't get back you money. Please healp

            On 12th Apr 2015 At 4:14 pm placed an ORDER NO. [protected] of Rs 200.00 to add money into my paytm wallet I made this transaction via SBI Internet Banking. The amount of Rs 200.00 was deducted from my account that time only but it was not added in my paytm wallet. i contacted customer care from past 26 Days but it always says me that we have to received yet i contacted the SBI and register complaint about this transaction but they said the payment has been credited to merchant Contact your merchant for further details. and second time i order a rail ticket on irctc and paid via paytm wallet money was deducted and reservation was not booked and irctc customer care told me that the money has already been transferred to you payment method but money is still not added in my paytm wallet of transaction Rs 608

              I have purchased samsung A5 mobile in April 2015 from croma they told me about paytm offer that I will get Rs 500=00 every month for six month in my paytm wallet when I download the application in my mobile i have done the same and informed the paytm about the same . Paytm asking me that thay want my mobile number and email by paytm email I have given them 2 times but there is no reply from paytm . paytm giving advertising for the same offer if they are not willing to full fill the offer than why they are offering om 11 may 2015 i have received email from paytm about the above offer but they are not giving any credit in my account payth giving me email of offer but not crediting I am attaching the email copy for your reference

                I have ordered one toy wide order no.[protected] & which was delivered to us on 09th May'2015. I have already paid the amount through HDFC BANK credit card at the time of order. When the delivery boy came to deliver the item he took Rs. 500/- in cash from my brother also. Now I have paid 2 times for the same product. Kindly refund my amount by 12th May'2015 EOD.                 I ordered one item from paytm and its delivery is delayed. One delivery boy came to delivery but he have so much proud, he fights with me on cal and he didn't deliver that item.                   my order no. is[protected] and today i have received this but this package contain only two books where is my 3 book. paytm is fake and did not meet to customer satisfaction he broke my trust and no reposes of mails comes ferom paytm after sending them proof.they are liar too i have alredy paid for all 3 books but i received only two books.

                    Hello paytm, I have paid totally 449+449 = 898 Rs ok? For 2 Quantities (1+1) of Marine DX Angle Cock ( 2 quantities was booked in one single order tracking number Order#[protected] Saturday, April 11, 2015 22:21:47) Order was confirmed! Shipment was done on (Saturday, April 11, 2015 22:21:47) I received cash back as 224+ 224 = 448 Rs In my wallet. (No Doubt for this) My Product was delivered on April 18th and the surprising was I received only 1 quantity of Marine DX Angle Cock, (I received only one for which I had ordered for 2 quantities) Where the hell is another one??? In Status it was showing 2 quantities is been delivered and also I received a mail saying my 2 quantities of Marine DX Angle Cock is Delivered. In Courier BOX it was showing quantities were 2, I opened it and found only one piece, again I am asking where the hell another one is. For the same I complained several times to paytm customer care and I received all unrelated replies… I asked for where is my other quantity? I got reply from one of the executive saying Sorry for the inconveniences your order will be marked as return request and after that other executive said I have to send a picture whether the package was tampered or not, I sent picture also…. Suddenly courier executive called to me asking for returning the product, I denied that my query is not properly answered. And again repeated complaints I did, and at last changed my mind to return the parcel back to paytm so that atleast I will get my full amount.. Again courier executive came and took my product… After returning the product, immediately after some time I received a message on May 7th saying my order of Marine DX Angle cock is cancelled and Rs 224 is been added into my wallet. That is ok… I receive my amount for 1 quantity (I have paid for 2)… Now I am asking for another 224Rs which is missing… I have also have returned the product I received, please collect that and give my Rs 224… I have also mailed a photo copy of reverse pick up slip given by courier executive… Now don’t ask me anything else for evidence, look into my history and read all the complaints I have given… Give my Rs 224 back to my wallet… Find the attachments… Regards Nanda

                      Hi Team, I have bought one Nilkamal Churchill New Shoe Cabinet from paytm.com but after assembling it as per the instruction and Diagram given in the PACK (of Nilkamal). But, the main point of concern is that the card boards or plates which are for the inside fitting are getting FIT in this shoe rack. They are very loose. I am sure they have given me SMALL sized boards.plates that is why they are getting FIT inside the shoe rack. For this concern, I tried to reach paytm.com so many times but they are not at all listening to. I raised so many ticket for this issue. After having a talk with Ankita Shukla on 05-may-2015, she assured me that they will call me again in evening of the same day and will have a discussion on my issue along with the SELLER (i.e Nilkamal) but it never happened yet. So, I raised Ticket on 7th-May-2015 also but they have not even responded yet. So, I would request to kindly look into this matter ASAP. Thanks, Kapil

                      It seems that Paytm doesn't even care for the complaints registered in consumercomplaints.in.
                      Now I'll manually register a CASE against you (Paytm).

                      Paytm must be thrown out of the E-commerce market. They should do some other business.
                      I think, on one is listening to this complaint.
                      Is anyone there to listen/look after this issue??
                      Will this issue be resolved or it would be in unresolved state for ever??

                        I have placed an order form Paytm on 4th April 2015. At the time of creating my Paytm account i was updated a wrong address on my Paytm account which is nowhere exist in this world. I have not realised this thing and placed my order and the surprize thing is after few days of my order I have received an SMS that my order has been delivered successfully. When I have raised the complain for this first paytm has not responded to me for long time. After so many chase up and email finally I received the first response from their side that they are looking into this matter.. But till now it's almost more than a month and my complaint is still not resolved. Now I don't need that product I just need my money back which is 2500RS net... Please help

                            I made three orders[protected],[protected],[protected] of bus tickets via coupan code BUS200 but cashback received only for 1 order in this case and did NOT received cashback for other two orders. Can you please let me know when will I receive cashback on other two orders
                            Hi, I had recharged, my tata sky through paytm website from my loggin. I used the RECH50 code to get Rs 10. cashback. The transaction was done twice for Rs 50 recharge. The recharges were successful both the time but I did not receive the cash back money.

                                I was trying to recharge my mobile no. [protected] but paytm showing that I am in Queue that time I didn't get my recharge and my balance was deducting continuously .now it is showing only 58 INR in my account. I am not refunded yet in my wallet.

                                      I ordered a jeans of size 32 but what I received was of size 28. Thereafter I complained to customer care. After convincing them they said that they will arrange for return.After 3 weeks has passed, they did not arrange any pick up. I called them many times mailed them but that did not work.
