Why do we use it?
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point o[censored]sing lorem ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'content here, content here', making it look like readable english. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use lorem ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (Injected humour and the like).

    I placed one order of Puma shoes on #PAYTMMALL.COM. when i received order theb i found size is very big. Then i placed rwguesty of replacement. Paytm immediately cancel my replacement request. And now they denied to pickup the item. paytm executive said you account has been flagged with to much returns. That's why your account is blocked for return. But I did not placed to much return requests. Now they are not agreeing on return of that shoes. And that item is useless for me.. Item cost is 2500rs. Plz help me to recover my hard earned money.

      I tried to make payment of bill for water supply (Djb) on 19.08.19 & 20.08.19.
      4 times my account (Pnb - mayur vihar phase-ii) was debited with rs. 1078.44 and the transaction was failed.
      I got messages that the refund is processed, but so far nothing received in my account.

        I requested so many times to paytm returns
        My money back but didn’t get
        I send paytm all old mails for my balance but not taking care
        Paytm is bad company not taking care their costumer
        At lest i am sending everyday one mail since last 20 days but they are not give any response.
        Bad bad bad bad bad so many times bad paytm 😡😡😡😡😡

          Made an accidental recharge of rs 3998 on airtel number [protected]. I was trying to recharge only rs 399. The transaction id is [protected] dated 22 august 2019. Please reverse the recharge amount as no international roaming, etc, have been done.
          Please email me back about your action. I am earning 20k per month, how can i afford losing 3999 in one click. Please resolve my issue and transfer the same to paytm account
          I did not receive my cashback from paytm. still waiting from 2 days.

              Dear all on 16/08/2019 i had purchased a vivo v15 pro on paytm mall exchange offer . exchange item was my an old used vivo y66 imeai verified in time of exchange .. as all we know after usage of 1 yaer a nominal scratch will be spotted on mobile after the new mobie delivery on 20/05/2019. they send a pickup boy from shadowfax to pickup my mobile but they just rejected my exchange by saying that it has minimal lines on screen screen not damaged not broken just sign of 1 year usage ... plz help me to get right offer

                  -date of incident: 21/08/2019, 09:40 am
                  -client (Spam number): +91 [protected]
                  -i have already registered a complaint with paytm mobile solutions a few weeks ago [id: 2419458], but i have not got any response till yet from you guys.
                  In addition to that, the fake calls and msgs are still flooding in. As already mentioned in the above complaint that these crooks are providing fake documents (Aadhar) and fake employee id card of paytm.

                  I'm attaching all the proofs including new msg as screenshots in this complaint as well.

                  Please look into this issue asap and let me know the resolution.

                    I have ordered one product through paytm.

                    I gave my home address for product delivery ( between 7.00 Am to 9.00 PM)

                    But the delivery person came today after 2.00 PM

                    I told him I opt for the option for product delivery in the morning, he said due to rain he could not deliver the product in the morning.

                    Later he said, in paytm there is an option for delivery between 7.00 Am to 9.00 PM. blue dart services don't giving the delivery in that time.

                    If there is no option why they need to pick the delivery. If not we you would have given other address for delivery.

                    I told him, I will tell the address for delivery. he did not wait until that.

                    I did not pick my call. I didn't get my product.

                    If there is no delivery option then why there are giving such option while booking the product.

                    Delivery person number is[protected] Damodhar. At least I didn't not able to connect to customer care executive of the Blue dart

                    I request for the refund.

                      This is regarding issues with the return of my order number [protected] of Redmi note 7s- 32gb-sapphire blue. My main issue is that I ordered a black colored phone and I remember it very clearly. However, I received a sapphire blue colored phone and to my shock, my order history was also faltered with by that time and it was sapphire blue in the orders as well. Next, I called customer care and registered my grievance. The customer care told me that it was returnable and I should register a return request from my side on 8th August 2019. Thinking that the blue-colored phone will be returned, I ordered for myself a black color phone spending another set of 10, 500 INR.

                      After that, I was waiting for pick up of my return of the old order of sapphire blue phone which again I should mention that, was a faltered-with order. I got another shock on 13th August when I got the message that the product was not returnable.

                      This is nothing, but a gross violation of my consumer rights. This has not just cost me economically but has caused harassment to me. I'm writing this to you to arrange a refund of my order number as mentioned above as soon as possible. Otherwise, I'll be compelled to file a consumer complaint against Paytm for insufficiency of services and consumer harassment. I request you as well as insist you take immediate action on my concern.

                        I have paid the water bill through paytm order number on date 16/08/2019 time 9.00 am

                        I am not interested for this insurance. Kindly cancel the "home burglary insurance" of rs. 2 lac of 1 year for rs. 199 which added by default, it is ticked in check box automatically. I also request you to refund ₹ 199 into my bank account or paytm wallet.

                          I had ordered a sweater from paytm mall for my mom, the size was small, so i decided to exchange the product for a larger size but it was not available so u had to return it. After 2 days i placed a return request as i was out of station for 2 days. The very same day my return request was accepted and a courier was arranged which turns out to be xpressbees. I get all the details via sms related to the person who is gonna pick my order like his name and phone number. I tried to reach him in his number but the incoming in his number was blocked so i was unable to contact him. Later that day i got a notification that the return was attempted i neither recieved a call from the person nor the person came to my place. Again 2nd day i got the very same message but the result was same nobody came then i decided to complain about this to paytm i called them up told them the entire thing and they promised me that it will be picked up by the end of the day or we will again arrange for the pickup. Again the pick up was scheduled but no use. I was in constant touch with the paytm support team via the app. Then i messaged them and told them that the order was not picked they told me that the order will be picked up by 20th august but today i got a notification that the return is rejected.
                          So is this some kind of a joke?
                          You # # don't come to pickup the order and later blame it on the customer and reject the return wow nice strategy. I # want to return the product i don't know what you are gonna do i want to return it as simple as that.

                          I've transferred 1000 rupees to my friend using Amazon pay upi and the money is not transferred yet and it's pending and the amount is deducted from my bank account.i have waited for 3 days and it's not successfully transfer and yet it is pending please help me and refund my money..

                            We booked total of 5 indigo flight tickets for to and fro journey from mumbai to kochi with paytm on the date of 17th aug 2019.
                            Paytm booking id for first three tickets is [protected]
                            And paytm booking id for remaining two tickets is [protected]
                            As you are aware flight to kochi were canceled on 9th aug 2019 due to heavy downpour and flood like situation.
                            It has been more than 7 days and we still have not received refund for paytm booking id [protected], even though indigo has communicated to us that they have already issued guidelines for refund to ticketing agency.
                            We have received refund for our booking id [protected] on the same day even though tickets were booked afterwards.
                            Even after communicating with paytm customer support team we are just getting repetitive and non convincing answers.
                            We are really feeling frustrated and helpless in this situation.

                              I ordered an apple watch on 11th august 2019. And it was to be delivered on 16th august. But still they are not delivering my product. As a matter of fact they have not dispatched my product yet. They keep pushing the dispatch date first it was 12th august then after that the moved it to 14th and then 16th and still it has not been dispatched. And they are not even telling me the reason behind it i have called their customer care like 15 times and they are still not resolving my issue they keep promising we’ revert back to you but still no response. Please resolve my issue as i am having an horrible experience with this.

                                      I'm facing issues with your postpaid services i was using this service and paid the bill on time i got the 5000 as a credit every time i used and paid on time but from last 3 months it's closed due to some verification and it's failed as per u but there is rs 2250 of mine which i canceled train ticket and refunded in paytm postpaid and i complained about the same from last 2 months every time i got the same reply that we will revert you verification is in process it will take 17 working days and not it is showing failed and now i am not able to see postpaid option on paytm and i have send screen shoot multiple times but only i get robotic scripted reply.. No solution till now.. I have been using this service for so long and use yo pay on time still i am facing no solution from paytm team.
