We booked total of 5 indigo flight tickets for to and fro journey from mumbai to kochi with paytm on the date of 17th aug 2019.
Paytm booking id for first three tickets is [protected]
And paytm booking id for remaining two tickets is [protected]
As you are aware flight to kochi were canceled on 9th aug 2019 due to heavy downpour and flood like situation.
It has been more than 7 days and we still have not received...

I ordered an apple watch on 11th august 2019. And it was to be delivered on 16th august. But still they are not delivering my product. As a matter of fact they have not dispatched my product yet. They keep pushing the dispatch date first it was 12th august then after that the moved it to 14th and then 16th and still it has not been dispatched. And they are not even telling me the reason behind it i have called their customer care like 15...

I Ordered Puma jacket from paytm mall, and when i received parcal it was a used T-shirt in a bad condition, so i request you take action against this type of fraud and misleading by Paytm, and have my refund or proper compensation from them.

Iam kaviyarasu from krishnagiri i was paytm user last two years on 9 august 2019 i was sent money on my paytm account through upi to my friend account the transaction was failed but the was not refunded to my account and after three days it shows the transaction was successful but the receiver not received the money i was raised a claim but i don't receive any further information so please refund my money rupees 2000...

I pay 800 through axis bank internet banking on date[protected] and my transaction was successful but i don't get the product ( in free fire game ) please resolve my issue and give refund of my money in my account . I'm facing issues with your postpaid services i was using this service and paid the bill on time i got the 5000 as a credit every time i used and paid on time but from last 3 months it's closed due to some verification and it's failed as per u but there is rs 2250 of mine which i canceled train ticket and refunded in paytm postpaid and i complained about the same from last 2 months every time i got the same reply that we will revert you verification...

I have lost 1000rs from credit card with below sms.
Transaction of rs.1, 000.00 made on sbi credit card without effecting add'nl factor of authentication mandated by rbi, at paytm (Pgsi) on 15 aug 19.

I never made any trasaction on this. But i lost 1000 rps. And also i am not using paytm as well this is very disappoit me..

Could you please help to get refund on this.

And the expected delivery date was 13aug...
But the product is not yet been delivered...
Not the tracking details is being updated...
And that shadowfax delivery...
There is no source of contacting them...
When 2days continuously calling and msging the paytm 24×7 service... The assist persons everyday they are saying that the product...

I booked bus ticket through Paytm app. for 10th Aug.From Pune to Hariar

Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 14aug 2019 at 11am via internet banking. Costing rs.420 for uc credit of 300

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

I have tried sending money from paytm upi to my friend first 2 days it was showing pending but on third day showing it was a success but money has neither credited to receivers account nor reverted to mine this was the ref no[protected]...

I booked an international flight ticket through paytm on 8th August 2019 (Order No. [protected]). I used a promo code DKPLHE49LU2QV4 while booking, which was supposed to give me a cashback of Rs 10, 000 in 24 hours. I have a screenshot of the confirmation of the promocode used which says that i will get a cashback (screen shot attached). Its been 48 hours and have not received any cashback.

We have booked air tickets through IRCTC app from Nagpur to Mumbai on 9th September, 2019. The payment has been made through Paytm gateway and amount has been deducted from the account but the booking status is 'not booked', please look into the matter and do the needful.

1) paytm recharge done for bsnl rs. 110, it was advertised on paytm app as being full talktime. Receipt shows rs.90 talktime only.

2) secondly, recharge not performed and showing as successful. Checked on bsnl portal no mobile no [protected], recharge not performed no transaction exists.

3) please recharge immediately or refund the amount.

I have a upwest bsnl sim roaming in delhi. Performed recharge...

Everyday i call paytm customer care and they say the same thing to wait for their so called concern team to call you and they are only making fraud..
Worst service ever i experienced..
