Hi, My Paytm Order ID is[protected]. I made any order on 3 Nov 2014 of a Laptop Bag of Rs..445 & payment was made through netbanking at the time of placing order. Deliver Boy came on 5th nov & asked to provide Rs.1380 as it was mentioned in slip aginst my order whereas payment was alreday done.. I sent mail to paytm on same day & no solution provided till now.. Till now i have not received my product whereas payment already being done & No response received from Paytm. no one picks up call at the customer care number provided by them. Please help..     Complain Registered on 28 october with complain number #[protected] as product delivery was expected on 26 oct.Product details are as ORDER NO.[protected] OCT '14 10:02 PM 1 ITEMORDER TOTAL Rs 449.They people asked for more 5-7 days, Its already 9-10 days and now they people had cancelled order and refunded balance without any notice.Even this particular product is still not out of stock as per there website.

      I bought two single bed printed bed sheet on 01 November 2014 & delivered on 05 November 2014 but as I opened it, it was not according to the quality which was described on the app even it was losing it's colour as I touched it. I also ordered 2 bath towel with the same order that was also fully useless. I want to return it. Can anyone suggest me, how to return it & get my money back???

        I have done recharge of Rs 451 on 9th october 2014 of 3G data pack for 90days. And it was mentioned on paytm 4.5GB data will be given for 90days. But I got only 1GB data. IDEA customer service centre is not willing to give me additional data. And telling it is ''paytm'' fault we do not have any such recharge pack. So what paytm can do about it now. ??

          Hi team I have purchased a mobile on date 30.10.2014 by paytm.it is showing me that the mobile has been shipped on date 03.11.2014.When i am trying to track the same on your website it is showing me "WE ARE UNBALBE TO TRACK YOUR REQUEST.PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER" since last three days.After having lot of pain When i raised a query on PAYTM for the same after two days i have got the AWB number([protected]).But on your website still it is showing the same status (WE RAE UNBALBE TO TRACK YOUR REQUEST.PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER). When i tried to get the details of the shipment from the Bluedart company they are telling that they have not taken the courier physically.Its really pathetic.I have fed up with all this and finally i decided never to puchase anything from this website and will inform others also not to purchase the same on PAYTM.its really making fool. Once again kindly tell me when i am going to get the shipment.and how i have to track?KINDLY understand the pain of the customers.Do not reply for the sake of replying only.Please confirm me the exact status/receiving date of the shipment. One more irretating thing is that i have contacted the BLUEDART company they are telling that however PAYTM has given youn the AWB number but they have not received physically.I am really fed up.Kindly provide me any contact number/email ID/Detail status of the shipment also so that i can directly talk with you.

                              Paytm is android based application. This application i am using to recharge my mobile phone. In diwali they have some offers on products. So i have purchased according these offersoffers. After 1 week they I have not shipped mymy order. So i have try to cancel the order. Out of two product I have cancelled one product and I have got refund for the same. For that refund also I have to do continues follow up. For the second product I was trying to do cancellation but it wasn't get cancelled and after 2 weeks the product was delivered. As per offer they has to refund somesome amount after product get shipped. But I haven't received any refund yet. after all this problem I open the parcel. But I found that it was wrong product.For all these problems I am trying to contact them through the mail. They are not replying.                                   i ordered a 350 rupee product and the product was not delivered to me, when asked for refund the paytm guys replied its been delivered to me so i have to retun the product to get refund . how i am supposed to return a product which is not delivered to m ? this is totally ridiculous from paytm and i am very disappointed .

                                      Dear Sir, I had paid amount of Rs.455 for my Airtel number (****334566) for recharging 3G pack through Order No#[protected] on 01 NOV '14 4:21 PM. Payment was done through ICICI Bank Transaction No#[protected]. Regularly sending mail regarding non receiving of recharge amount but no action taken. Only received ticket no#[protected] against complaint lodge. Status showing "Processing your order". Amount neither recharge nor credited into wallet. I am a regular customer of Paytm and this is demotivating me and force me for switching to other sites. Please help and do the needful.

                                        Dear Sir, I had been purchased a mobile through paytm. The Item was delivered on 25 Oct 14 and received by me but the item was found unserviceable condition by me. Mobile was not working properly same time I reported to paytm team regarding this issue, paytm asst Mr. Aman told me that shipped back the item to the merchant however I shipped back the item to the merchant by Indian speed post and send a scan copy of Indian speed post to the [protected]@paytm as they told me, the item received by the marchant on 30 oct 14 after that there no response by paytm team to do further process for revert back the payment in my account and another solution ... order id of product[protected] and ticket no.[protected]
