Hi team I have purchased a mobile on date 30.10.2014 by paytm.it is showing me that the mobile has been shipped on date 03.11.2014.When i am trying to track the same on your website it is showing me "WE ARE UNBALBE TO TRACK YOUR REQUEST.PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER" since last three days.After having lot of pain When i raised a query on PAYTM for the same after two days i have got the AWB number([protected]).But on your website still it is showing the same status (WE RAE UNBALBE TO TRACK YOUR REQUEST.PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER). When i tried to get the details of the shipment from the Bluedart company they are telling that they have not taken the courier physically.Its really pathetic.I have fed up with all this and finally i decided never to puchase anything from this website and will inform others also not to purchase the same on PAYTM.its really making fool. Once again kindly tell me when i am going to get the shipment.and how i have to track?KINDLY understand the pain of the customers.Do not reply for the sake of replying only.Please confirm me the exact status/receiving date of the shipment. One more irretating thing is that i have contacted the BLUEDART company they are telling that however PAYTM has given youn the AWB number but they have not received physically.I am really fed up.Kindly provide me any contact number/email ID/Detail status of the shipment also so that i can directly talk with you.

                      Paytm is android based application. This application i am using to recharge my mobile phone. In diwali they have some offers on products. So i have purchased according these offersoffers. After 1 week they I have not shipped mymy order. So i have try to cancel the order. Out of two product I have cancelled one product and I have got refund for the same. For that refund also I have to do continues follow up. For the second product I was trying to do cancellation but it wasn't get cancelled and after 2 weeks the product was delivered. As per offer they has to refund somesome amount after product get shipped. But I haven't received any refund yet. after all this problem I open the parcel. But I found that it was wrong product.For all these problems I am trying to contact them through the mail. They are not replying.                           i ordered a 350 rupee product and the product was not delivered to me, when asked for refund the paytm guys replied its been delivered to me so i have to retun the product to get refund . how i am supposed to return a product which is not delivered to m ? this is totally ridiculous from paytm and i am very disappointed .

                                Dear Sir, I had been purchased a mobile through paytm. The Item was delivered on 25 Oct 14 and received by me but the item was found unserviceable condition by me. Mobile was not working properly same time I reported to paytm team regarding this issue, paytm asst Mr. Aman told me that shipped back the item to the merchant however I shipped back the item to the merchant by Indian speed post and send a scan copy of Indian speed post to the [protected]@paytm as they told me, the item received by the marchant on 30 oct 14 after that there no response by paytm team to do further process for revert back the payment in my account and another solution ... order id of product[protected] and ticket no.[protected]

                                    I order on 6-oct a bombay dying double bed sheet in rs 800on PAYTM. My order number is[protected]. I received the product on 13-oct. But when I opened the product it was completely different from the sheet what I ordered. When I email paytm about the issue they told me to sent the product back to the seller. I do the same. I sent the product through DTDC courier service and the consignment number is Z33363033. The status shows that product is delivered on time to PAYTM seller, but they have not send any details about refund. I am waiting from 22 oct for PAYTM response but they reply nothing. Every time I sent them Email they issue me a ticket number and what I have to do is to wait and watch.Till now I have not received any money or further response from paytm. I want to said to Paytm, First of all your email service is completely disgusting. Flipkart and Snapdeal service is much better than PAYTM they provide anytime call support to their customer. I want to know from public what I can do now to receive my money back and what action I can take to prevent such consumer against Practices of online seller.
